Do not buy a car from these people
This company is basically useless
I have recently bought a vehicle from them via my own finance deal. The finance company had already sent the funds prior my first visit
When I arrived the car was on jacks but informed by Ali that they were sorting the MOT issues. Fair enough I mentioned my concerns about the exterior condition and was informed that everything would be sorted including two new tyres.
I arrived the next day on the time I was told to arrive and the vehicle was not there but in having the new MOT. It was arranged to have the car delivered which did happen at 5pm that day but after having several conversations about a admin charge of £360 they were trying to get me to pay for not using there finance company.
This is where it gets interesting and dangerous. My wife drove the car Saturday for the first time and the tyre pressure sensor came on. We pumped the tyre up and I presumed that it wasn’t sealed correctly but no guess what they put a part worn tyre on it with a massive split on the inner of the tyre.
I have had both the tyres replaced at my cost and have tried all day to contact Ali to reimburse me but he has blatantly not replied to any of my attempts to solve this issue along with a few others. He leaves me no alternative but to pursue them through the correct method and will be getting trading standards and the finance company involved
In the meantime people any one else that have had similar issues and there are plenty of you please get in touch with me and I will work on your behalf’s
I am basically furious that this clown has put mine my wife’s and my 91 year old father in laws life’s in jeopardy and there blatant disregard of customer service needs addressing.
Apologies that it’s long winded but I’m clearly annoyed at his actions.
I will also be paying him a visit this week

Them in 1 month I had to go back to them 5 times for the same fault.
I had a mechanical issue to get hold of them was an issue they don’t pick the phone up you call them and they lock the phone off on you the customer and staff are rude will not recommend

I purchased my car from this dealership in October 2025, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing from start to finish.
To begin with, I was told the car was ready for collection, but when I arrived it wasn’t there. I had to wait several more days before I could finally collect it.
Before I bought the car, I was promised several things by the salesperson, Hasib. There was a dent on the door, which they did repair. However, they also promised to remove the tow bar and provide a full tank of petrol. Neither of these promises was honoured. I have these conversations saved on text message.
Within a week of collecting the car, the tyre pressure warning light came on. I took it back, and they arranged for two tyres to be replaced. About two weeks later, the warning light came on again. I took the car to another garage, where I was told the tyres fitted were below the legal tread limit and should never have been put on the vehicle. I then had to return to the garage that originally fitted them, who contacted Car Traders and eventually replaced the tyres again.
Since then, the ABS warning light has come on. When I contacted the dealership, I was told I would have to pay £100 just for a diagnostic because my warranty had expired.I am now left with a faulty car and zi now have to take money from my own pocket for repairs.
This is particularly frustrating because I was originally promised a six-month warranty. When I went to collect the car, I was told it had been reduced to three months because the six-month offer had ended. However, I purchased the car while the six-month warranty was still being advertised.
Overall, I have had repeated problems, broken promises, and poor after-sales service. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership.

According to your review, this vehicle was purchased in **October 2025**, yet this review has been posted in **August 2026**, almost a year after the purchase. We believe that if there were unresolved concerns regarding the vehicle, promised items, tyres or after-sales service, these should have been raised with us at the time so that we could investigate and address them properly.
We are a **used-car dealership**, and our vehicles are sold with the applicable warranty provided at the time of purchase. As you have mentioned yourself, the warranty provided was time-limited. Once the applicable warranty period has expired, issues arising much later cannot automatically be treated as the dealership’s responsibility.
It is also important to note that we did assist with the tyre-related concern when it was raised and arranged for tyres to be replaced. This demonstrates that we have not simply ignored customer concerns.
We are always happy to investigate genuine issues raised within the appropriate period, but a used vehicle cannot reasonably be considered the dealership’s responsibility indefinitely after the sale, particularly many months after the warranty period has ended.

Test drove a car elsewhere and liked it, found the same make and model with NT traders so purchased it without seeing it, the finance and everything went through swimmingly and was delivered in a couple of days, car is exactly as appeared on the website, I am chuffed to bits with it, had very responsive and professional service all the way through, can't fault them, top dealership!

I found the NT Traders ltd online whilst looking for a good deal. I called and it was Mohammad who took the first call and trust me i immediately knew i made the right decision. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I could tell they genuinely care about their customers. The team was welcoming, professional, and created a great atmosphere.
