I order a charcoal tray and 2 bbq…
I order a charcoal tray and 2 bbq grills.
The products they sent were different to what was advertised and did not stock what the advertised.
I sent back grills and no refund was issued.
Sent back the wrong charcoal tray as they advertised they found the correct one. They sent me the tray I sent them back again. Asked for refund and it would not be issued.
Absolutely terrible service, false and misleading advertising which I have reported to the ACCC.
Stay away from the crooks and don’t buy anything from them!!

20 days later and still no refund and excuses blaming the transport company. They advised PayPal money would be refunded irrespective of the transport company does not find the items lost which has not occurred. Worst customer service company to deal with and non stop lies.
