You sent me a message mail to review a product I haven’t received and a service I haven’t received.
I was sent an email a week after ordering my product, stating it was not in stock and would I like to wait.
I was fine to wait as it was not an important item.
I have since not received any correspondence, or Information on progress of product.
I would give 0 stars but that is not an option

Amazing Service and Customer Care
There was a backorder on the Crossray BBQ kitchen trolley that was going to take several weeks to fill and miss Xmas. The BBQ store team were in regular contact with me and sent a standalone trolley for the BBQ to get me up and running before Xmas free of charge. Can't recommend these guys enough to anyone looking for a new BBQ.
