Excellent service
I was particularly impressed by the excellent service! I made an error with my initial order of spare parts for my Beefeater BBQ but the folks at The BBQ store were extremely helpful, sorting out the mess I had made and sending me exactly what I needed. My BBQ is now working properly again. Highly recommended.

The right spare parts delivered quickly
I was looking for replacement burners and flame tamer for a superseded everdure ashmore bbq. Contacted the store and they pointed me to the right products which were dispatched quickly.

I ordered 4 cast iron burners
I ordered 4 cast iron burners. Unfortunately, they were not packed appropriately. All 4 of them were boxed together without any individual separation. This resulted in 1 of the burners being broken in several places rendering it unusable.
