Really good communication both prior to and after ordering, they answer any and all queries quickly!

The customer service has been very good; any questions that I have asked have been replied to quickly. I have received photos of the product in question. I cannot review the product itself at the moment as I am waiting for delivery.

Also being given a time scale from order, manufacture , to delivery and eventually photos my doll, I found very helpful.
The courier UPS website and customer service was unhelpful to myself and The Doll House.
Not allowing contact with the driver to arrange a more precise delivery time.
Only through luck, was I at home to take delivery. The UPS driver was excellent.
My doll was well packaged in a large box.
I was surprised how heavy my doll was to lift and move. Very well made, just as the website
says and exactly to my choice of individual doll characteristics. I highly recommend buying from The Doll House.

excellent service all round, pre purchase and post purchase. If you are a first time buyer of the TPE please read the forums on maintenance as there is critical steps to be taken within hours or two days of delivery. Namely do not let silicon stay in contact with the TPE skin for a long time, it will "burn" a hole into the TPE and re-hydrate the doll using baby oil, that's fun. This information should be printed and shipped with every doll purchase, since it is very important to the life of the doll. My started getting cracks within the first month I had her.

Spoke to Phil before ordering a WM doll. Even though going through the requirements for a new doll can be a strange conversation Phil made me feel at ease. The ordering process was easy and I got factory photos once the doll was made. The doll was shipped in the predicted time and arrived in pristine condition wrapped in a pink fluffy blanket.
Thanks for making a large investment easy and puttin my mind at rest.

I found this vendor via the doll forum, and also mentioned on "TFM" channel on you tube. Phil Bass has given interviews on there and I knew his voice as soon as he answered the phone. I had issues and just a few facts about the doll I was thinking of purchasing from him. He answered all my queries concisely. we ended up on the phone talking shop for an hour, I thanked him and made my purchase. within hours he text me to make sure all boxes were ticked correctly.
It took 39 days in total for my order to arrive at the door step because it was a custom build from Z-onedoll, but every step of the way I had texts and email on the progress. Even when an express delivery from TNT went south, he still managed to find a refund on the late delivery (NOT his fault) and we have spoken since...
DO NOT BE AFFRAID TO SPEAK... this guy knows his subject very well and is a vendor I would use again when this little lady is paid off... I would and AM recommending him to those who are showing interest because of my purchase.

I have ordered twice from The Doll House, and I really can't fault the service. The first purchase was a doll, and they kept me informed all the way through the production and delivery process, even accommodating my delivery time preferences when it arrived in the UK early! Talking over the phone was not an issue, and the conversation was not at all rushed... making sure I was happy seemed to be the primary aim.

Aftersales was great, there was some very minor damage on delivery due to the shipper not being careful, and he offered a full replacement if I couldn't/wouldn't repair it - thankfully the damage turned out to be virtually unnoticeable now.

Have since ordered a couple more items, and everything arrived quickly and safely.
