Unreasonable procedure with no alternatives for solving an issue, one of the rudest way I've received by any company and even discriminatory because im not from the U.S.
The only good thing its because of this problem i look for other dolls stores and found several ones with better prices and quality (because yu don't have to pay for their propaganda neither charge for been 'the most popular' doll store, or have to handle b.s.

Phil made my purchase and experience a memorable one. All of my questions and concerns were addressed quickly and thoroughly. I received the same level of service with my post doll delivery issues and transactions. Phil is a true professional who I would definitely do business with again in the future. My doll is so beautiful and lifelike that I have already bonded with her.

I ordered TPE glue, it arrived fast (to the Netherlands). With a piece of TPE material to practice on....great service (very willing to help).
The glue (solvent) works well, you only need a little bit!

I ordered a trial insert, been debating on a doll. It's an excellent item and has me sold on the overall quality of the material. Shipping is a bit steep so I'd recommend orders of a few items at a time. Arrived relatively quickly.

I received excellent support from this company. Any questions or queries you have will be promptly answered via email or the chat facility. Phil even arranged for my doll to be delivered in the week I wanted. The dolls are very realistic, lovely, and anatomically correct in all poses.

Any questions prior to my purchase were answered quickly and truthfully and the whole process was simple and discreet. some of the parts are cheaply made. the digits on hands and legs are made out of wires rather than joints, that twist at unnatural angles and have a history of breaking off after a short time, requiring cutting into the tpe to repair or replace them. the legs are even cheaper than hands, as while hands have a wire for each finger, the legs only have a wire for the big toe.

the feet are pretty small, which creates a posing problem. coupled with rather weak ankle joints means the doll can't stand on its own and needs to lean on something (with something soft under it to prevent tpe deformation when stored) all the time, otherwise it falls over under its own weight.

but other than those, the doll is good.

Dealing with the Doll House was an excellent experience all around. From my initial contact where I had some pre-sales questions, through to the ordering process itself, and finally some post-sales questions. It was dealt with smoothly and professionally. For me, even more impressive was that this was all being done over the Christmas/New Year period.

The service offered by Phil is second-to-none, and many could take lessons in how to treat customers from him!
