I found the item I was looking for without difficulty and they had exactly what I wanted. The item is exactly as described, was packaged well for delivery, and delivered as stated.

The variety of items we shopped for was great. This is the PLACE to shop.

I placed an order and the wrong address was input. I cancelled and without waiting for the refund I placed another order. This was cancelled without any reason. Since then no refund has been made despite multiple contacts. I can’t even tell if this is a genuine retailer or not.

Very easy to shop especially if you know what you want.

Beware when ordering a custom set of irons!!

I ordered a custom set of Mizuno JPX923 Hot Metal Pros with 2-degrees upright lie angles, and the set was delivers with each club having incorrect angles. The gap wedge was the worst at 6-degrees flat. Half of the clubs were flat instead of upright, the other half were at standard lie angles.

I took the clubs to an independent shop which has a stellar reputation to confirm that the specs were off. They stated they had never seen anything so far off, and they would not try to repair them even though I was willing to give it a shot to avoid having to return them.

Was informed by TGW that I would get a refund after shipping the clubs back to them. Sent them back the next day, and a month later am still waiting for the refund to be issued. Each time I call customer service to inquire about the refund I'm told that they need to research the situation more and will get back to me later.

Made my order on December 6th - golf apparel. 2 weeks passed - nothing. I contacted Customer Service - told me they would check into the delay. Christmas came and went - still no answer from TGW on my inquiry. I wrote a summary of what happened, and tried to post a critical review on their website - they informed me they would not post my review. 2 weeks later - still nothing / no response, no answers - nothing. Im convinced if I didnt pursue the matter, the order would disappear and be forgotten - they were quick to accept payment for the article however.

Placed a first time order. Got confirmation they had received, got another email saying the order was processed, then received email saying order had been canceled. Will not attempt to order again.

Site easy to navigate. Great selections. Reasonable prices. Fast delivery. Very nice quality.

Their shipping very expensive. Their product doesn't arrive when they said it would. When I tried to chat with customer service they didn't answer my questions and ended my chat before they answered my questions. Horrible experience.

I have made multiple purchases from tgw. It’s easy with good prices and shipping options. I strongly recommend the site.

Have used TGW many times and they always have what I need in stock and the shipping times are great. Plus the prices are also a plus..

I purchased a coat and it arrived ok. Shipping was one fourth of the cost. The coat was the wrong size so I returned it and had to pay shipping again...and also tax again (seems like the tax should have been reversed not added on). Shipping is too expensive with them & the tax calc is not right. I won't use them again.

Totally ineffective search program on their site. Asked for merchandise, it showed 16 pages with "375 matches". After going through the entire 16 pages, only two items out of the total matched what I asked to see. And none of them were in normal sizes, only Extra large. Total waste of time to try to find what they don't have.

Two months of waiting and STILL NO SHIPMENT. I ordered a golf driver on May 20, then didn't receive any status update. I emailed customer service a month later on June 20 to no response, followed up and they said they would reach out to the manufacturer.
No response after 3 more weeks, reached out again, they say it's shipping soon. No tracking number, anything.
It has now been more than 2 entire MONTHS since I ordered one single golf club. This is completely unacceptable and no one should ever shop from this company. My experience is apparently all too common.

Made an online purchase during sales , received an email requesting additional money for postage. Seems to be a trend these days with online retailers . Not recommended and will not use again

Had an order cancelled a week after I bought it, but was never told what the reason was.

Price and quality of the product

Ordered a golf club. It arrived on time but without a head cover. I emailed Consumer Services and they responded within 30 minutes with an apology and said one would be mailed out ASAP. You don't see that kind of service very often.
