Awful return policy
The part I ordered was not providing enough power so I had to return it. Ugreen didn't want to pay for the return, and they couldn't find the package that I sent them.
So I lost my money and my time. Never again

Truly awful. I have waited nearly 2 weeks for my NAS to arrive. It's being held at the delivery depot due to problems with the collection point completely out of my control and they are refusing to refund me.
Every time I speak to customer service it is a different person and they stop responding after a message or two because they simply aren't interested in helping me. I have tried to contact multiple times and am now just being told to wait. How long for? I have no idea.
Now I am short hundreds of £ and no product and am completely none the wiser about what I'm supposed to do other than pursue a refund via my bank as they have essentially scammed me.
Do not buy from UGreen and pray you never have to speak to their customer service.

J'ai acheté un chargeur UGREEN NEXODE 65W (3 ports) sur le site officiel car mon téléphone est compatible avec la charge rapide 3.0 à 60W. Malheureusement, l'expérience est désastreuse du début à la fin.
1. Le produit ne respecte pas ses spécifications :
Malgré de nombreux essais, je n'ai jamais réussi à atteindre les 60W. J'ai testé le téléphone seul (sans autre appareil branché) avec plusieurs câbles officiels UGREEN (100W, 5A et même 240W), mais rien n'y fait. Le produit est clairement défectueux ou ne tient pas ses promesses.
2. Un service client (SAV) aux abonnés absents :
Impossible d'avoir quelqu'un par téléphone ou via le chat en direct. Après plusieurs tentatives infructueuses (le néant total), j'ai fini par obtenir une réponse par mail, uniquement en anglais.
3. Une gestion des retours scandaleuse :
La conseillère refuse d'admettre le défaut de qualité (sans même s'excuser) et invoque un "problème de compatibilité". Conséquence :
- Les frais de retour seraient à ma charge car l'article n'est "pas défectueux mais non compatible" : 15 € de frais de port pour un chargeur qui en coûte 19 € !
- On veut "m'offrir" une remise dérisoire de 3 € sur un prochain achat si je gardais le produit.
Leur seule réponse face à mon insistance a été de répéter leur discours sur la compatibilité en concluant par un très ironique "Your understanding would be greatly appreciated".
Ne souhaitant pas payer 15€ de frais d'envoi et ne voulant pas renouveler l'expérience avec UGREEN dans le futur, j'ai gardé ce chargeur "incompatible" et refusé le bon de réduction de 3€...
J'ai des captures d'écran si besoin. C’est une honte ! PLUS JAMAIS ! Quelle déception !!!
Je pense que l'expérience peut très bien se passer si vous n'avez pas de retour à faire, mais lorsqu'il y a le moindre problème, ne comptez pas sur Ugreen, ou préférez peut être un achat via Amazon.

That has now been delayed several times, and now is estimated at 2 weeks, The camera wasn't cheap, but Ugreen is supposedly known for their quality products, so I ordered. BIG mistake. I needed this camera fast, and 2 weeks is ridiculous. If it ever arrives, I will be immediately returning it. Never again, Ugreen, NEVER AGAIN!

Das Ladegerät hat nach vier Wochen erhebliche Leistungseinbußen. Der ausschließlich englischsprachige Mailkontakt war sehr schleppend, es gibt keine Telefonhotline. Die im Impressum hinterlegte Telefonnummer existiert nicht!
Die Forderung nach einem ProofVideo halte ich für unverschämt.

Brought a power brick and charger for 40 pound from them. Broke within the first month or two and customer service is non existent. Having to lodge a chargeback for items not working. Looks like poor quality parts. Shame as on paper they seem good.
Sturdy and fast cellphone charging cord

The charging cord was $12.99 for a 6 foot long cord, which is a great price. It is quality made with a woven, thick exterior. Very happy, it works great! I am surprised so many people had bad experiences.
Ugreen's customer service is terrible
Ugreen's customer service is terrible, and you have to wait to reach a live person to resolve the issue, if you are lucky enough to speak to one. I wish I had known this before I bought this product

Na het bestellen op de officiële site van UGREEN, heb ik meteen vanaf de aanvang van mijn product een retour aangevraagd. Ze hebben in ruil voor een retour een tien euro giftcard aangeboden als ik het product zou behouden. Hiermee ben ik akkoord gegaan maar ik heb de giftcard nooit ontvangen. Ik ben erachter aangegaan en ze negeren mij. Ik heb maar weer een retour label aangevraagd want ik ben nog steeds niet tevreden ermee. Ze hebben alle drie mijn emails compleet genegeerd. Heel jammer, anders had ik gewoon naast het verkeerde product wat ik had gekocht er nóg eentje gekocht met de giftcard die ik zou krijgen..
BESTEL UGREEN NIET! OP DE OFFICIËLE WEBSITE WANT RETOURLABELS STUREN ZE NIET.
Hun producten zijn goed maar de klantenservice niet.

The iDX kickstarter campaign was complete smoke and mirrors. They made all of us wait until Wave 5 to have a chance to buy. But now it’s at full list and we’re supposed to trust a company to refund us the difference? I don’t trust UGreen at all after this. Not only that, but the release date keep pushing further and further back. Now shows shipping in September 2026. I’m going to look elsewhere. This is the most crooked and absurd thing I’ve ever seen

UGreen - thanks for your reply. I understand logistics. I also understand that I’ve seen approx. 3 human responses to the first two waves saying they secured a unit in all of my research. You forced your early backers, the ones who “pre-ordered” by putting up $30, into having to pay MSRP in waves 4 and 5 while also pushing out the anticipated delivery date by 3 months. The game you’re playing with you customers, or those who would have been customers, is insane. You lost someone here who would have had a number of orders after ensuring this iDX series would solve my challenges. But your lack of transparency around Cost of Goods (RAM), exchange rates, etc., created a scenario where the Kickstarter platform “failed” in Waves 1-3, when the reserve price was reasonable and as promised, to taking $30 PLUS an additional $1,040 or so to use as floating capital to finance these builds. I understand and see through your shady decision as I would imagine most of your customers, and potential customers, would. Transparency is key. The above is my opinion of course, and not a statement of fact. We would all love to hear your statement of fact…

Ugreen is taking money from customers, then CHANGING the terms of the agreed upon contract. This is not only illegal in most contries but horrible customer treatment. If this is any indication of their level of customer care, I'd advise you to stay far away.
So NOW they're offering the NAS for 600.00 more than I CONTRACTED for, what a scam.

The way the iDX kickstarter campaign has been handled is an absolute shitshow. I went from an enthusiastic backer to someone who will never consider any ugreen product again in the future. You've shown your true colors after feeding us lie after lie and going back on your word.
Warning to potential customers, ugreen does NOT stand behind their words/promises.
Deceptive business practices
Deceptive business practices. Held a deposit program for a guaranteed release at a guaranteed price and changed terms, not only asking depositers to compete with open market but to provide a 40% additional cost which would be refunded at an undisclosed time.

Typical foreign scam company
Placed a deposit in good faith for a new product around a year in advance. The day before purchase Ugreen pulled the rug out from under deposit holders and they were not given a chance to purchase the unit at the agreed price. Rather Ugreen decided that holders needed to fight for a unit on a terrible kickstarter event. Which crashed and had no units available. Awesome.
I now have absolutely zero trust in the company. Any statement ugreen makes is only valid for that minute and not even then really. Betting security is a HUGE problem.

Terrible customer service/returns…
Terrible customer service/returns policy. Bought a power bank after being led to believe it was CCC compatible. It arrived only CE compatible and so useless. Trying to return the item is expensive and time consuming and customer service are obstructive and unhelpful (offering a $10 dollar gift card when I'm trying to return £70 worth of tech). Would never purchase again or recommend anyone else do so.
