I came to visit USA but can't open an account with the textbroker.
I really want to work with textbroker

I have been working for Textbroker for 7+ years as an editor and writer. What I love most is that it's a remote job, and I can work from anywhere: home, a cafe, a hotel. I was even able to move from one city to another without my income being affected.

As an editor, I appreciate the direct contact we have with our managing editors - especially if we have questions regarding the orders we're working on. They're always available and very helpful.

I'm a 5-star writer as well and I like the writing orders we get from clients. It's worth it for writers to get to the 5-star level: better articles and more pay.

CONS: I wish there was more work - on both the writing and editing side.

I’ve been working for Textbroker for more than a decade now, and I absolutely love it. The editorial team is friendly and professional and makes client satisfaction a priority. Textbroker’s staff knows how to produce high-quality articles optimized for the best search engine performance. With competitive writing and editing rates, it’s a great place to work.

Textbroker makes articles available as they come in. That there aren't as many 5-star articles as there once were is not Textbroker's fault.

The support from Author Support is always on the ball. The support from team administrators has been spotty in the past, but Sean Ammerman and Keri Williams are both equally on the ball. Further, they stand by the people on their teams and have our collective backs. I appreciate the work they do on our behalf.

One thing to work on would be having editors who are on the same page. I've gotten consecutive revision requests asking for exactly the opposite thing. That is counterproductive and wastes time.

There should be a process in place to handle situations where authors write to author support and/or team administrators for clarification on a point and, thereafter, write the article based upon that clarification only to get a revision request that differs from the clarification that came from Textbroker's communication with the clients. These needless revision requests also waste time and cause frustration.

Still, I am happy with the support I'm now getting from Textbroker, and with 14 years' experience with the website, it's like an old friend.

I have mostly enjoyed my time doing work for Textbroker. My primary complaint is that there is little to no support on the weekend. My two main direct order clients (for a total of four order PER DAY) need breaking news and weather information. There have been times when there have been issues and there has been no support to help me assist the client. When the news is breaking, I can't always wait until Monday at 8 am for help.

I've worked with Textbroker as a writer for more than 10 years. The experience has always been satisfying and professional. I'm grateful to have made the connection then and plan on continuing my relationship with TB now and in the future. TB, if you're reading this? Thank y'all for all y'all do.

Overall, I enjoy the flexibility of writing for Textbroker. It helps as well that we can get paid twice a week and that, generally, we writers have sufficient orders from which to choose. I appreciate being able to research and write about new topics and demonstrate my knowledge of topics about which I have written extensively for other clients.

Not transparent and false advertising. Saying you will explain and then have an excuse to why you can't. Misleading. I would give zero stars as a rating. Seems like many others have same issues. Not a good company.

refused application when i knew it was extremely good. cheap and broke and just a hassle! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! they say that they listen to concerns but yet to fix absolutely anything about this crap, ugly built website

Like another person on here, I had my account closed out of the blue on Sept 1. They cited TOS violations and no explanation. I can't think of anything I did. I sent two emails and got no response. It was once a good company, though the pay was low.

ETS in response to teh owner, I was not told which TOS I broke.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Textbroker, and let me tell you, it's been far from pleasant. I'm giving them just one star because of how they handled my situation. So, here's the deal! I had an account with them, and out of the blue, they shut it down, citing multiple breaches of their Terms of Service. I was shocked and confused because I know for a fact that I played by the rules. I reached out to them, hoping for some clarity, but what I got was incredibly frustrating.

Their response was like a broken record – "breaches of our Terms of Service." They didn't give me any specifics, just this blanket statement. What's worse, they flat out told me they wouldn't be responding to any more of my messages. I mean, come on! If I supposedly broke the rules, wouldn't you want to let me know what I did wrong?

I'm no expert, but I believe in fairness. I was kicked off without any real explanation, and that's just not cool. Yes, I get that they can close accounts whenever they want, but when they accuse me of something I didn't do, it's frustrating as heck. I took their policies seriously and followed them to the letter. It's disappointing to be treated like this.

When I started with Textbroker, they gave me a decent rating – four stars to be exact. But here's the kicker: they don't seem to care about the writers who actually make their platform work. They take credit for our hard work and pay us peanuts in return. I poured my time and energy into this for over a month, only to be shown the door without a real reason.

So, here's my take: if you're thinking about giving Textbroker a shot, maybe reconsider. If you're a writer like me, who wants a fair deal and some respect, this might not be the place for you. Their lack of transparency and disregard for us writers is a major letdown. They've got a lot of work to do before they can truly say they value their contributors.

Stay skeptical, folks.

The site is really confusing and unintuitive. No possibility to choose writer or at least to communicate with him before order starts to proceed.
A writer just dropped my order after I requested for revision and asked him to hurry up with my writing. Also, I asked if he has any certificated to prove his qualification - that was another reason for him to to screw me over.
Moreover, this guy obviously used AI even though he denied it.

I am a teenager and was looking for a long time to increase my writing skills. Since the day i go through this app it gradually started increasing my skills.
I am giving a straight 5 star because it did not took much time to improve my skills. One can be a better version by giving 5 mins daily on this app.
