I ordered a pair of sandals four weeks ago. Payment taken, email says payment is OK but on the Teva website status is payment failed. No sandals and no answer on my email. Do not use Teva.com website.

Reading the other reviews, I do not believe Tevas actually send the goods out, they just keep your money. When you highlight it they say you can have a 40% refund for the item you have not received! There is no notification from any delivery company to say they are on their way, suspicious? Is it a scam, because I have not known any other companies to behave like this.

In 2017 I bought a pair of Teva sandals for a trip to Italy. The high-quality materials and construction were perfect for Venice streets.

Fast forward to 2022: I bought a new pair online and was shocked at the drop in quality. The materials felt basic, light and more akin to cheap sandals you might buy at the beach.

The sole material is inadequate for an adult to wear. After wearing them for 2 days I noticed my heels were sore, I stopped wearing the Teva Sandals, and the pain miraculously disappeared.

In conclusion, the aesthetics/design are still good. The main issue is materials. The company appears to of found a cheaper factory and decided no one will notice!

In the UK we have shops called 'Pound Land' where everything is £1. I wouldn't be shocked to see them stacked on the shelves.

My first pair of Hudson's: took into rivers, went hiking some times, had for 14 months. When they broke I chalked it up to wear and tear.

Bought a 2nd pair, didn't do any of these activities, and broke within 3 months of my first wear! It's upsetting, they're supposed to be durable. Return policy is atrocious also.

Website down. Got this "406 Not Acceptable" after website disappeared when I was shopping. Everybody else is willing to sell me their TEVA shoes, like DSW, Shoes.com, ShoeMall, Amazon, etc.
Also, this occurred while you, Teva, had a sale, which of course ended while your site was down. Hmmmmmm.

I got a pair from REI several years ago. I wore it a handful of times but it never broke in for me and caused minor chaffing. So it stayed in its original box for a number of years. Last April I took it to the Caribbean and the entire bottom layer came off from both pairs once I jumped into waist deep water to anchor our boat. Neither REI nor Teva will take it back or exchange it since it comes with a one year warranty.
I don't think that a sandal should completely fall apart with so little use no matter how long ago was purchased and tucked away in a bedroom closet.
Dishonorable manufacturer and poor product!!!

Ordered sandals in April 2022, payment taken, email notification of purchase, then..silence. No delivery, no response to emails, no refund. Do not use this company, do not waste your time or money. As previously listed here if there was a minus rating Teva would get it.

Beware these sandals are dangerous! I got them for backpacking in Costa Rica as they came highly recommended. Unfortunately on my 2nd day of wearing them 3 days into my holiday I slipped and severely broke my ankle. The grip on the sole of the sandal is non existent and these are dangerous. I reached out to teva to be told they don’t know of any grip issues and dismissed. I’ve seen at least 3 other reviews of slipping due to grip. Considering what I have been through your customer service has no empathy

If I could give minus stars I would. The courier lost my parcel leaving Teva UK so I never got my order.

Teva claims they can't issue a refund until the 'investigation is complete' which apparently takes 6 working days. Or 10. Or 20. Or "25 or more". (depends on the time of day and the agent you speak to). It's been, at this point, 10 working days, but still no refund.

This is completely inappropriate as customer's money should not be held indefinitely for an issue between Teva and their courier.

They also completely ignore emails when you try to escalate to a manager (you can't get through to a manager on the phone).

Absolutely shocking customer service.

EDIT: 30/06 Put a chargeback on this via my bank, and Teva finally responded after a week and accepted this. Hopefully the refund will come through soon.

I ordered a birthday present from their online shop, and the parcel was not delivered to my house; I was in, but no one came to my door, and I was sitting at a desk overlooking the front door all day.
So a couple of days later, I went to pick it up from the store they said it was left at and wasn't there.
When I sent a complaint to find the parcel, but they just sent a refund and said I would have to wait for it to go in my bank and order again if I want: no real solution here and slow, poor customer service.

Teva Hurricane 4 Sport sandals are JUNK. I purchased a new pair from Amazon and was shocked to see that Teva puts a thin layer of slippery black felt flocking material over the rubber of the traction grooves. Shoe companies do this to decrease the import tariff costs, the slippery material allows companies to import the soles or the shoes as "slippers" so they pay less to import them. This is what Walmart does to cheap 5 dollar sneakers made in China, but this is usually not done with expensive footwear like Teva Hurricanes. I wish I still had my original Tevas from the 1990's they were better made, no felt on the rubber !!. I am returning these new Tevas to Amazon for a refund. !!! I did not even try them on. So disappointed in Teva .

I ordered a pair of sandals from Teva. They refunded the money and said I'd returned the sandals before I'd even received them. Despite several emails to their customer service address, I got no response. Reading the other reviews, I see this is common practice when something is out of stock. Such a waste of everyone's time. I won't be ordering from them again.

I love the style and fit of Teva sandals but after four pairs over around 5 years, every pair wear out in the exactly the same place at the ball of the foot, after about a season of wear. This is patently built in obsolescence as the uppers are fine and could take a another season at least. So much for their sustainable credentials, need to make their product last.

Ordered a pair of sandals, got a discount but still paid £76 got a text / email from their courier DPD a photo sent to my app whilst a work showing they had left my package outside my front door on the pavement which is at the side of the road, i was horrified, i was at work and was 2 hours from finishing, when i got home no package, contacted teva several times sent photographs to show the package was not left in a safe place, but would not fight my corner accepting every descision from DPD, no customer service skills leaving me out of pocket

Over the years, my wife has bought no fewer than 6 pairs of teva sandals… ALL of them have come apart… the upper separates from lower … I have tried everything… glue, sewing,etc.
Vulcanization technology has been around for ever. you folks cannot make a more reliable product? I told my wife to quit buying these substandard sandals… she’s learning… if they were really cheap. It would be different… but these sandals are expensive! Make a more reliable product or just quit altogether…so disappointed
