I ordered a pair of sandals from Teva online. The sandals were too large so I sent them back following all the procedures as outlined on their website. Three weeks later, they say they have not received the package even though I have provided a post office receipt and tracking number. Terrible customer service so far.

Zelfs is 1 ster teveel. Slecht bedrijf, wel betaald niets ontvangen.
Gereageerd op teva.nl en kwam op teva.com dacht dat het gelijkwaardig bedrijf was maar helaas…
Na diverse mailtjes waarop geen reactie, bellen blijkt niet te kunnen.
Gelukkig betaald met creditcard dus ga mijn geld terug eisen!
En dan geeft de bank aan dat we met criminelen te maken hebben. Creditcard word vernieuwd.

I ordered hiking boots. They were not delivered after 3 weeks. E-mailed daily but no acknowledgement. Attempting to obtain refund through card provider.
Total disdain for the customer!

I purchased 6 or more pairs of sandals over the years, when I made the latest purchase in a sale they let me place the order then cancelled as no stock. Teva’s idea of good service is to inform you they have cancelled your order, its not good enough, if they advertise a product at a price Teva should honour that, they simply don't. I gave then multiple opportunities to correct this, they weren’t interested. I will now seek an alternative supplier.

Second pair of Teva's where the staps broke long before sandals wore out.

I used to love Teva sandals but now I am looking at other brands. I live beachside in Florida so I live in sandals but Tevas is so cheap on how they glue the straps inside the sandals as of late that they fall apart long before they wear out. I would look for another brand

Purchased sandals - next day they are on sale for $40 less. Email to see if they will price match and they simply tell me I can return them.

Longest lifetime of a shoe I had ever.
I got Teva sandals when I was under 14. Used them a little and forgot them in the wardrobe for a few years. Rediscovered them with 18 and used them for at least 12 years on all kind of terrain on 3 continents, never went easy on them, had them repaired once and then slowly saw them grinding to the last bits this summer after my 31st birthday. Thanks for the long walk together

Bought womens Hurricane sandals. Great sole unit. Terrible polyester webbing straps that aren't even lined which were scratchy on my skin from the word go! The velcro bits were badly cut with rough edges.
Can't believe these were supposedly £65 full price. Couldn't find a phone number anywhere to ring the company. Never again!!!

Teva terra sandaler holder ikke mange kilometer så er sålen slidt. Den består af nogle lag med luft i mellem. Der er hurtigt slidt hul i lagene. 900 kroner for en vandresandal der ikke er noget værd. Køb dem ikke!!

Still waiting for my shoes to be delivered, purchased them on 08/07/21. Sent several emails and no reply.

Send me my shoes or refund my monies.

I purchased TEVA sandals in early March 2021.
Despite an initial email confirmation and tracking number - SIX months later they haven’t arrived. I have corresponded several times with someone called Emily and despite saying my purchase was delayed and they would follow up no luck.
I don’t expect to see it and when I asked for refund correspondence has stopped.
Don’t expect to get money back and regret not checking website reviews before purchasing.

Response from “Emily” assuming I had received sandals & offering a 30% refund. (HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING)
I have asked for full refund or send me purchased item…I would advise anyone against buying from TEVA.

I never Got my money back, when i returned the sandals i didnt fit.
I followed their return policy and regulations. But they just keep writing me answers about “someone else is on the case or Will look into it”
There is NO case.
You wrote me in a e-mail, i get my money back within 5 days. Its 1,5 month ago now!

Great hiking sandals, terrible customer service. If you have any issues with your footwear, don't expect to be able to get them fixed or replaced. They're generally built to last but it'll be one and done.

I echo the previous reviews on poor customer service. I live in Sweden and used teva.co.uk customer service as there is a local operator. I ordered my Tirra sandals on line from an reputable outdoor outlet not direct from them- it means one does not get qualify for help from them and the 1 year guarantee is also not valid. My shoes are 2 years (season's) old and my issue is that a thin layer of fabric on the sole (ball area) has worn off leaving the sole a little uncomfortable. I asked for advice but got a standard response 'only interested if your sandals are less than 1 year old and ordered from us'. I simply asked for advice and offered this info for their product development. I got the same response about the 1 year warranty and an order number. If they bothered to read my mails, this info was evident in my first email. I'm obviously wasting my time. To think this is my third pair of Teva's and I have purchased 3 more for family.

I live in Madeira and ordered a pair of sandals in the Portuguese online shop. It said: free delivery. I paid € 100 with my PayPal account and got an email message that my order was cancelled because Teva 'could not verify'' my information. After contacting the support I got standard reply messages. Finally I got a personal message in which I was adviced to place another order with another payment system; I did, and....again I got a message that my order was cancelled. The two creditcard payments are still missing. Behind the scenes and 'polite' mail replies there are refined imposters working.
