Cuidado con éstos. Pagué premium plus pues claramente para descargar archivos a toda velocidad, de repente ya no me funcionan los enlaces de descarga ni las descargas. Les escribo y resulta que dicen que me han baneado por saltarme unas normas (que no me explican por ningún lado) y que no me pueden decir el motivo. Así que dinero tirado pues no me lo devuelven.
Como no me lo han dicho el motivo no se que ha pasado, pero podrían haberme advertido por ejemplo y hubiera intentado corregirlo, pero no. Simplemente dejó de funcionar y tuve que deducir yo mismo que estaba baneado, que para una persona que no entienda mucho, Simplemente piensa que los enlaces de archivos no funcionan y ya está y no sabe ni que está pasando.
Así que ya sabéis que tipo de empresa es esta tened cuidado pues pagas para un uso a tope de velocidad y después no les gusta que lo hagas.

No tienen ni un jodido botón de eliminar cuenta en PC ni en la web. Nadie va a descargar su app de celular porque ellos quieran.

I just want to say before everything that this review is based on my experience. Take use of this information however you want. This was a app I tried out a few years back, back when it was named DuBox. I've got to say, since then till a few days ago this "cloud storage" gave only headaches. When I tried to unistall it a few months ago, the logo and name of it will still be displayed in my "devices and drivers", making it look annoying and unstable. Finally, after deleting at least 30 files from my registry editor, it vanished. Do not recommand, the storage is not only slow, refuses to work from time to time, and it's just not worth it as most of the time it doesn't work. Absolutely do not recommend.

It's rubbish I paid for premium but although it logs me in via the pc and occasionally shows every once I can get it to show I have the premium account I paid the year up front. Frustratingly the exact same logon details in the android app shows only as free account and only shows some items useless waste of money. Absolutely no response from customer service as to why. Even less any fix. It's hard to cancel the subscription actually still can't tell if I have. Please avoid this hopeless company at all cost

How to refund?

Biggest load of sh*** i have ever used in my life. On free upload was getting 2.4mb, paid for premium and for most of the upload, which took more than 10 hours, i was lucky to get and more than 3-4mb.
Definitely dont bother with this one!!

hi I'm Ryan(I Know Most Of you Don't care) And yeah Some of you Might Surprised Why I Give 3 Stars Which was Supposed To Be 1 but Let Me Tell You This.....Terabox Is Legit Safe and Promised 1TB Cloud Storage but It Requires WiFi Or Mobile Data To Transfer It To the Cloud storage and It requires Data to See Your Cloud Photos, Videos and Documents Unless you Download it That Cost Your Storage to see Your Stuff Offline which Frustrated Everyone Including me. What's Worse is When You Delete Terabox And install Back Your Precious Memories of Photos, Videos And Documents. Why I said This Worse Because You Use Cloud Storage And Uninstall Your Photos From Gallery To save Storage(I hope you didn't Do the same Thing as Me Because I Lost 63GB of my photos, Videos And Documents). Please Use this at your Own RISK. TeraBox Has Very very VERY Bad Customer Service.

Apparently, aggressive poaching on gaming platforms is now considered a valid marketing strategy.
Out of nowhere, accounts (or bots, hard to tell) show up on CurseForge, pushing “1 TB of free cloud storage.”
Very trustworthy. NOT!

Bonus points for professionalism: the contact email looks like Name0707@terabox.... That alone really screams “serious cloud provider.”

Sorry, but if I’m being advertised to via shady accounts on a gaming platform, it feels a lot more like spam than a secure cloud service.
Hard to take a cloud provider seriously like this.

U r very slow download

Excellent free storage of 1GB and features are great. Downsides are : 1) free plan is extremely aggressive with ads and app actually becomes useless. 2) Unsure about data stored with Chinese owned company.

UnUsable For Visually Impaired People.

Its a pishing sotftware which takes your passwords from the saved password and leaks them.

I tried the service with Terabox, just for a few days. When I tried to cancel my subscription, I didn't find the option to do it and I've been trying to avoid charges, but the option is not available; website or desktop application. Very bad service!

Uploads are extremely slow, and downloads of the uploaded files literally takes hours. I can live with annoying ads, but the offered upload/download speeds make this serice unworthy. Ended up deleting my free account.

Advertencia. La empresa (Daydream Technology Private Limited / TeraBox) me ha realizado un cobro fraudulento de 3.49 $ USD el 13 de noviembre DESPUÉS de que mi suscripción ya había sido CANCELADA y REEMBOLSADA por Google Play a finales de octubre.

Fraude Documentado: Han ignorado la cancelación previa y realizado un cobro ilegal. Estas prácticas agresivas de cobro y la denegación de reembolso violan mis Derechos como Consumidor en España y la Unión Europea.

Malas Prácticas: Bloquean la eliminación de la cuenta y obligan al consumidor a pagar para darse de baja. El caso está escalado actualmente en PayPal por un problema con la compra.

Eviten esta empresa. Su servicio gratuito es una trampa que deriva en cobros no autorizados y un pésimo servicio de atención al cliente.
