It was easy to arrange, the staff were helpful and pleasant and the karaoke was really enjoyable. A small tip though, the itinerary could have been explained a little better and Gemma didn't receive... Vis mer

Had a good time
Had a good, fun time, bowling. Arrived a little early and was allowed straight up. Ordering food and drinks was simple and came nice and quickly. Unfortunately a group of children came and threes balls down a neighbouring aisle while they were unsupervised (we’ve all played up ourselves as children). Didn’t affect me and not the fault of staff, parent soon twigged on.
At the end of the game I realised a family had been waiting for our lane. I thought I’d been relatively fast with the bowling, they hadn’t hassled me at all, maybe they were early, would have been better if they had been instructed to wait in the arcade or bar area as their child was, periodically, poking his head round. I thought he was just an inquisitive fellow, didn’t realise it was out of his impatience. Had a good time and nice enough atmosphere

We visited with our children
We visited with our children , at 9pm, the staff were so Disnorgnised it took over 15 mins for me to be served at the bar, limited staff to even speak to, the labs were not clean with cutlery from the last users that I had to personal find the spray and tissue to clean up. Honestly I was in shocked that the staff just didn’t seem to care and the place has really deteriorated. It will make be question if to comeback again or drive to Wolverhampton instead for a nicer family experience.

Over all we had a good time the staff did not Explain how the set up we had to ask other customers what to do as it was the first time going tenpin. the staff were just over run with kids just doing what ever they wanted we had kids running in and out of our lane and coming in the seeking area

Half Term Fun
My husband and I went with our niece over half term.
Played a couple of games of bowling and laser tag which were great.
Food was well priced and really tasty. Not often my niece finishes her lunch.
Will definitely return.

We booked an event at Tenpin Bowling…
We booked an event at Tenpin Bowling Walsall expecting a fun, enjoyable experience. Sadly, it turned out to be incredibly disappointing.
When we arrived at our lane, the bowling area was covered in spilled drinks and empty cups. The floor was sticky and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. For a booked event, this was really upsetting — we expected at the very least a clean and safe environment for our group.
We immediately informed staff and were told it would be taken care of. It never was. The mess remained throughout our entire time there. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and honestly quite embarrassing, especially as we had organised this event ourselves.
What made it worse was the attitude afterwards. There was no apology, no urgency, and no sign that our concerns were taken seriously. It felt like we simply didn’t matter.
We left feeling frustrated and let down. When you book an event, you expect basic standards of cleanliness and customer care. Unfortunately, we received neither. A really disappointing experience from start to finish.

Overall was great expect we booked two games and only 3 bowls into our first game someone came over and told us we needed to hurry up as we was eating into someone else time even though we had waited at least 20 minutes past our time before we was allowed to start playing

Had time slot booked for 6 got there at 5.35 got told my time had been moved so had to have early slot then got told only got 20 minutes to bowl so was rushed

Good place to have a fun time.
Easy web site to browse and book on. On arrival staff friendly and considerate. Place was clean and the lane screen was easy to use. We had a fun time.

Pre ordered food and drink
Pre ordered food and drink, I had to twice ask for the drinks. The food came out, still no drinks. I asked again for them to tell me they had no record of the drinks being ordered even though they gave me my receipt with the drinks on it. For me to then have to go back to the bar after 15 minutes to be told they have no fizzy drinks and to wait for them to sort it, eventually I asked for other drinks due to my children already finishing food

It's a good social area
It's a good social area. However when we came, we had to wait past our time to bowl, which everybody should have a limit and get finished before the next people. The tables were full of crap, nothing was getting cleaned up. We had to play with other people's dirty glasses rubbish. The toilets were dirty aswell. And the computer kept messing up and skipping turns..

Great experience on a busy fridaycheck …
Easy check in once we arrived at tenpin walsall,
Bar staff were friendly and even though the bar was busy getting our drinks took no time . Bowling area was clean and tidy .
We later played American pool , any glasses and rubbish was removed and seating areas wiped regularly.
