Misbehaviours
Staff are friendly and helpful, facility is nice too. But there are often malicious customers trying to break the bowling lane by deliberately hitting at the bumpers or rolling two or more bowling balls at the same time when the game is finished or when they shouldnt be rolling.
Staff should be more alert about and report these misbehaviours, and please step in to stop them or remove them from the premise in order to protect it, thanks!

Okay.
Super fast on giving us an aisle. Food service was slow, was told 20 mins and ended up asking for out food after half an hour. We were almost done playing bowling.

Fantastic customer service very friendly. The atmosphere was absolutely electric myself and my partner really enjoyed our experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Avoid at all costs
The table area was filthy from previous people- cups, mess, spills. Even thou we had booked so they knew we were coming. Toilets were dirty- arcade was full of unsupervised kids- no manager or staff around to tell the parents to keep an eye- just general chaos- we had one game and left didn’t stop to do anything else as it was absolutely horrid. Avoid as it cost a small fortune for 5 of us to have 1 game- also ball selection was appalling and no spares to use.

Our lane was all dirty granted a family…
Our lane was all dirty granted a family had just finished but we were told to go straight on, no hold on whilst we clean I ended up cleaning as in moving rubbish and glasses then wiping the sides down n chair where their was spilt slush

Awful unclean staff unhelpful , bowling game stopped half way through , food disgusting inedible hard mouldy rolls very unhappy about the whole experience asked to email tenpin about this and one reply absolute joke

The staff were amazing! my daughter had a problem with a machine in the arcade and the staff were approachable friendly and sorted the problem straight away! deffo be coming back! Thankyou

Young kids zero customer service
Bowling part and arcade experience was great but the young staff seem to be more bothered about having their own conversations either together or via earphones than customer service , due to the laughes and giggles my meal didn’t come out with the kids meals and when it did the special requests on my meal was wrong and they sent me out a kids meal instead of the adults meal , so by the time my food arrived the kids had finished and wanted to play in the arcade. Team should get along and have fun at work aswell as selling Brillant customer service but the boy curly hair had zero customer service very rude and sharp.

Bowling experience
Staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the bowling booths were sectioned individually. Loved the childrens/Disney music playing in background.

Bowling was fine, Bar service substandard
Bowling was fine, kids enjoyed it. Service from the bar disappointing. Ordered off the lanes QR code, after 30 mins still no drinks delivered . We checked with the bar and they had no record of the order even though it had been processed and paid for. To the bar staffs credit they checked the receipt and prepared the drinks, but again for just 4 drinks we had to wait a further 10 minutes for them to be prepared and brought to the lane .

Fun environment
Fun environment, attentive staff but needs more staff as its so busy, toilets a bit dirty and tables but the activities are great.

Quick service helpful staff only down side was a cup of tea for £2.75! Half a cup full and it tasted awful.
