We had such a lovely time here as a family. Lindsey, the manager — she went above and beyond to make sure we were all looked after and that the kids were happy and settled.
It honestly felt like she went the extra mile for us and it didn’t go unnoticed.
We’ll definitely be coming back — thank you again!

Bowling okay but flys everywhere when eating food
Bowling overall was okay; choice of having barriers, points keeping up with scoring, tips on how to get the remaining pins. However, this was overshadowed when we went to eat our food. You don't want to really want to sit in the lounge area in the back. It was infested with small flies where a couple landed on our ketchup and fries.
We also noticed that there was also fly paper stuck to the door frames of the toilets to catch the flies. We had hoped to eat while bowling but the food arrived at the end.

Some improvements to be had.
The facilities here are really good. Such a shame that the food and beverages services were so poor. Ordered from the QR code on our table, 40 mins later we were still waiting for 2 drinks. We had to go up to the bar which was about 20 people deep and only 2 staff serving. Other people were also complaining.
The building was very busy, not enough staff to accommodate the need.
If they can sort this bit out then its definitely worth a trip out.

Sadly the lights were not working for…
Sadly the lights were not working for some of the time so definitely impacted our game. Also one of the barriers stopped coming up so that also spoilt the game.
Disappointed as it was a 16th birthday celebration for my grandson.

Good venue
As a visitor to the area we booked bowling for a couple of hours.
Nice clean new looking venue. Not too busy for Saturday evening.

I booked burger and bowling in the…
I booked burger and bowling in the Easter holidays. There was only one member of bar staff on duty, one member on the check out desk and no other staff to be seen. The game of bowling was finished before I got served at the bar for the drinks. I then had to spend more money to entertain the children while we waited for their burger which took an extra hour to arrive.

Excellent service
The staff were friendly, helpful and polite making sure we new how to set up the scoring console and did explain it. Both the reception and bar ladies are always polite and friendly.

The bowling, laser tag and arcade games are good .. but maybe because it was the weekend, the food order was not provided correctly, there was a delay in getting the replacement and everything just took too long - and that coupled with it was a kids bday party + the events are lined up back to back, did not help.
