Laser Tag was good but staff seemed stressed
Held a birthday party for 19 girls at Tenpin Nantgarw for Laser Tag and food. The girls enjoyed it but the service was disappointing. Initially, we were only given 2 booths for 19, eleven and twelve year old girls. We asked for another booth but were initially today it wasn't possible. Eventually, the staff reluctantly agreed we could use another booth. Next the staff got the food order wrong. It was corrected and staff where apologetic but it did mean the birthday girl had to wait 15 minutes for her food by which time all the others had finished. Not ideal.

It was absolute mayhem on bank holiday
It was absolute mayhem on bank holiday, I booked it for 1pm. Got there at around 12.50 and checked in at the desk to be told that it wasn’t booked until 1.10 then we couldn’t bowl for another half hour, won’t be returning. Was quite a stressful experience.

Very good time and easy online booking…
Very good time and easy online booking for a family of 8. Gave us 2 lanes from the booking. Only down side was that the table service was very slow and the bar was not busy. Waited 20minutes for fruit shoots and some pints of pop. However overall a very good time.

Connie the staff member is so lovely
We had lush time here kids went in new play part then had time on the games where Connie was so helpful as our machine got the tickets stuck 😀 she couldn't do enough to help us and was so kind to myself and children.
Highly recommend for family day out

Way over priced for the area
Facilities were great, lots of activities under 1 roof but way too expensive.
It cost £57 for 2 adults and 2 children to go bowling for 2 games compared to Hollywood Bowling in Cardiff Bay where the same only costs £30.
Absolute rip off especially as you’d expect the only bowling venue close to the poverty stricken area of the Rhondda Valleys to be more affordable than the wealthy area of Cardiff Bay- instead it’s almost twice the price.
Needless to say we’ll be going to the Hollywood one in future.

Kids enjoyed it - adult (and wallet) didn't.
Kids enjoyed it, but didn't as an adult. Crazy noisy, the arcades feel exploitative - plastic tat or sugar high as prizes, which are absolutely not worth what the kids spent.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere and vibe! I had a couple of daiquiris that were 2 for £12! They were delicious and not stingey on the alcohol!
We will be going back to do the escape rooms and laser tag at some point 😁

Lots to do
Lots to do, we were there for a birthday party lazer game…she took the kids and i had a free hour in the arcade. Brilliant, all machines still only £1, happily spent £10 by myself. Had a slushie, played games happily, £1 went wasted as there were no balls in one of the basketball games, the man i spoke to brought me another £1 straight away! Ordered coffee to my table via QR code it arrived within 5 mins! Kids come out of lazer game and went straight into soft play! Hour later they were in the arcade. 3 hours spent inside! We won tickets and swapped for a prize left and squinted at the daylight coming out the doors, such a well spent 3 hours, tired kid and a peacefull evening for me. Brilliant!
