Always very professional in the way they handled phone calls and emails. Even when we messed up the parking permits they remained courteous and helpful. And the cleaning was great too!

Very disappointed with both the service…
Very disappointed with both the service and customer support. I paid £130 for a washing machine clean, but the entire job lasted around 15 minutes and consisted of little more than a quick wipe of the drum and detergent drawer. There was no thorough or professional clean carried out as expected.
When I raised my concerns afterwards, customer service was dismissive and simply stated that because I had paid at the time, there was nothing they would do. Overall, poor value for money and an extremely frustrating experience.

Jay was brilliant
Excellent service from team Jay in Swindon area. Perfect work, very focused on every detail, making sure i will take my deposit back as he promised. He was very polite with me even tho the guys from the office confused me a bit with time and details. He helped with everything and even took a time to help me take my items left in the property into the car downstairs.
Thank you again!

End of lodger clean!
Very friendly, hardworking and did an excellent job. Shaida and saza were great. Only one niggle - I thought the sofas would be steam cleaned but they were wet cleaned. Not a problem as it’s done the job and cleaned them - just have to wait for them to dry 😊

Regarding the sofas, thank you for your understanding. Upholstery is cleaned using professional wet extraction methods, which are very effective but do require some drying time afterwards.
We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to assist you again in the future.

Great tenancy cleaning service with the…
Great tenancy cleaning service with the added bonus of a customised quote option. I appreciated how they tailored the pricing to exactly what I needed instead of offering a one-size-fits-all package. The team was professional, thorough, and left the property spotless—helping make the move-out process much less stressful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for flexible and reliable cleaning services!
