They’re out of business. I got f—k for $22.81 n was never kiss. calling customer service will put you on hold it will say 2 minutes after 2 minutes of holding it will say numerous volumes of call n hold for 3 minutes. Ur hold time is going up not done. I called numerous times since November last year always set circuits are busyness call ur number again I already knew there is something wrong. Send emailed to get reimbursed they will even pretend to give u a ticket number for an open case n it is all bull

They put you on hold for 90 min plus and then disconnect. I will cancel my Account with them and asked for a Refund. Don't do Business with them, period.
This company is a joke
This company is a joke. I have been trying to get in touch with them since March 15 and until today (March 24) I still having the same problem. I call, they put me in hold and I got disconnected. Sometimes they say "good by" and some other times they keep in "mute" and then disconnected. Before the problem happened I was able to open the application I got in my Iphone, but now instead the old application what I got is a different screen asking me for an "Account Number" and a "Pin Number". The associated never answer the phone and the only way co communicate with them is with messages, that doesn't help at all. I have $ 62.62 in my balance but these people doesn't help to fix the problem I am having. It should be a head of the office or real manager that could handle this problems but customer service soaks.

I've been trying to reach my family members over sea, every time I use the tel 3 it says "All Circuits Are Busy Now"
this has been going on for over a month, I've called customer service many many time, sat on hold for at least an hour every time only to be disconnected.
I've sent emails to customer service also. they respond telling me they haven't heard from me and they close the ticket.
I've never received a call from any customer service rep, this is a huge rip off, at a time like this you should be ashamed of yourself.

I can’t call the overseas number I used to call for years past, and customer service is nonexistent now. When I call to complain, I get put on hold for 15 minutes or so, then they hang up on me. I submitted a trouble ticket but got no help. I guess I can kiss the $92 in my account goodbye. I plan to explore options for getting an investigation of this company under way.
We have been subscribing to TEL3 for day one
We have been subscribing to TEL3 for decades to call Siri Lanka from the USA. We didn't know that it is a German company until today. They provided a fair service at the beginning, but, we have not been able to call Siri Lanka from about mid October 2019. TEL3 was aware that they have no connection w/ Siri Lanka, and they promised to fix the issue. Six months gone by, they never got to fix the telephone problem, and we decided to get our money back, $89+. Only avenue was to call them at 800-482-4459, but TEL3 had never picked up the phone for all the time since October 2019. They keep saying that they have a large volume of callers, and after about 30 minutes waiting, they disconnect the phone. TEL3 has become the worst International call provider now, and we have no way of getting a refund. We don't recommend it for anyone.

Dont know whars going on. This used to be a great app for calling the UK. I have close to $100 on my account and can't make a call. Noticed lately they keep sending e mails to get 150% more when you buy more time. Now it looks like service is not working is this just a last effort to get money before doing a runner.

This is pretty awful. I have been attempting to get in touch with someone about my account and spend a lot of time on hold without ever getting to speak with anyone. I have been using Tel 3 for many years and am so disappointed with the lack of customer service. Today when I called, someone finally answered but it was obviously not known to them that they picked up my call. I could hear the customer service people talking to each other and laughing. I will not post on here what they were talking about, but it was not appropriate language for someone who is answering calls. This is just bad business.

Hopefully this means your issue has been resolved; I'm putting this ticket on hold in the hopes that it's true. I get this response a day after I have emailed them.I have asked that someone call me, and received no response.
How can they do this after I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years? They tried to tell me that my account expired after 1 year because of no activity, yet I never received any warning that it would expire soon.
Their customer no service sucks, and I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Totally bad service
I have been a customer for a long time, years, Gradually service has degraded to totally unacceptable. "All circuit busy" is the norm but TEL3 charges for the calls. Customer service responds with asinine replies, e.g., "Calls to Ecuador can not be completed due to problems in Bangladesh." Can you imagine, routing calls to South America through Asia. Perhaps they don't even know simple geography. They don't refund our money either.

I have been Tel3 customer since 2005. I could not make any call for three weeks because of my local access numbers (I tried all 8 of them) had the same 'all circuits are busy now'. This did not happen over my 15 years of customer. I only checked up about Tel3 review today and I was not surprised I was not the only one. Tel3 served me well before and I am very disappointed I will have to find another company.
I contacted Tel3 customer service and was told their local number could not make the call to the country I made and did not give me a date when it would be fixed Even though, their auto system kept sending email said: 'You've got an open support ticket 20269190, and it's been a while since I've heard from you. Hopefully, this means your issue has been resolved;'

Something has changed for the worse with this company. I am a long term customer but they do not answer their customer service line, I am unable to dial long distance. Recording says estimated waiting time is "1 Minute". I have been on hold 21 minutes. When I last tried - same thing. I will change companies. I do not recommend anyone using Tel3. They should be ashamed. Tried to find resolve online and unable to longin.

I tried calling Tel3 customer service after responding to their latest recharge offer. My new credit card wasn't accepted, so I tried calling customer service. There is no service. Each time I was told by a recording that it's a three minute wait, then after a longer period a voice states "Goodbye. Goodbye". I made five attempts to get through. It's lucky that I wasn't in difficulties trying to make a call for an emergency. And I simply don't believe the multiple "best ever" reviews on Trustpilot - there seem to be two distinct groups of reviewers - those who think it's fabulous but not much more, and those who have serious operational problems and describe them in detail. Check out Tel3 on the Better Business Bureau, Facebook or The Complaints Board for a more realistic view. I feel this company is on its last legs, suggest looking elsewhere.

I was a customer of tell 3 from 2010 and was very satisfied. Last year was a year of sickness, etc. and I did not make a long distance call. Tel3 cancelled me and I could not make a call to Canada for a birthday. I have contacted customer service number on 4 occasions,(one call cut me off as soon as I explained my problem, another call I was on the line for 1hour 20 minutes and no answer). I have contacted support on line and told them I tried to apply as a new customer, but the system did not let me proceed because it recognized my email. On line service said they fixed it, but when I tried again, the problem was still there. I have had no further responses to help me. This is terrible customer service.

Tel3 customer service is the worst ever. I closed my account in June 2019 and had a refund of $225.24 USD. Since then I have spoken with customer service many times and opened 6 tickets and have had no results, except that send emails, they have not heard from me so the issue must be resolved. I never hear back from them which is the issue. That's a lot of money that I feel that Tel3 don't want to return my funds. I have been one of the first client of Tel3 since they opened in 1995 and always thought they were a trustworthy company. No one there seem to be doing their job. Now I just got an email from a Mr. Tony Hernandez from CS, saying that I have to call an 800 482 4459, the same number that gets you nowhere, number to get my issue resolved. Originally I was told by customer service that I had to open a ticket to resolve the issue. Now I am being told I cannot resolve the problem by Tel3 open ticket but by phone only. They are obviously giving me the runaround for 8 months and don't want to return my money. Everything everybody has been saying on this blog about waiting for hours for someone to answer the phone is true even when calling the 800 482 4459 number. You wait in line for ages for your turn and then abruptly get cut off without being able to speak with anyone. They advertise on their website that they are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I suggest that the BBB do some homework on the businesses the are standing behind. Frustrated.

On 11-16-2019 I made a call of 3 minutes and my balance was $41.42.
My next call was on 1-1-2020 also for 3 minutes, charge was $0.084, and my balance now shows $4.92
There is now a missing $36.50 from my account.
I tried calling Tel3 but get put on hold. "Estimated wait time" is 2 minutes. After a few more minutes, no more estimated wait time. I waited for 15 minutes on hold after the "2 minutes" and no one ever answered.
Their link to "Support" is a dead link. Goes nowhere.
My email to them regarding this issue went unanswered for two weeks. I then received a response that said:
"You've got an open support ticket 20268061, and it's been a while since I've heard from you. This used to be a good company, I used them for several years for my international calls. It seems to be under new ownership who plans to scam their customers.
I receive email ads from Tel3 at least weekly, advertising "sales" and encouraging customers to add more money to their account. This is a scam, you will never get to use that money to make phone calls. They take your money and give you nothing back.
I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I encourage others to do the same.
Does anyone have a current address for them? I have found several addresses online, do not know which one is current.
