I have been a customer for years. Now, for the last 7 days any numbers I call in Germany do not connect. Customer service is so busy the disconnect to call back later and report a problem on the web site is not working.

This is very frustrating, day 4 now and still not able to call Germany, Tel3 support is supposedly reviewing the issue, their website is now down as well, can not access my account.
Horrible unreliable service
Horrible..it was fine but lately whenever I try to call overseas, primarely Europe...keep getting all 'circuits are busy now'..yeah right..rubbish.

I was a Tel3 Agent. They changed their back end years ago and their agent relations never replied to me on how to get logged into their new system. After many attempts I gave up on promoting their services. Additionally now I couldn't even log into my tel3 personal account but it works so i didn't bother trying since nobody at customer service over the years replied. Now I changed emails and just changed my phone number though I have sms access to the old phone number. So now I need to update my personal tel3 account but so far nobody replies to the support ticket. The world is going down the tubes for customer service and business practices everywhere!

After unsuccessful attempting to contact costumer service regarding my account that was closed more than 3 years ago and waiting for them to send my money back I decided to take this issue to Attorney General.

Is Anyone else having issues placing calls with Tel3 ex keeps saying that my phone numbers are invalid and I know that they are correct. When I call them they transfer me to the customer service and then they hang up
I received a phone call from Tel3. They gave me a new access code told me they were having issues. They are working on them to get it all fixed and get their call-center problem fixed. They were very professional. I made my call using the new access number and everything worked perfectly. Thank you very much.

I needed to call France
I needed to call France, but hadn't accessed my account for several years. I left both a text and an email message to Tel3, and Kary responded withon one hour. Amazingly quick return call! Kary spent several moments with me - insuring the reset, activation, new access number, and account balance. He was able to get me back on Tel3 services with one phone call, and even informed me of a special bonus to which I was entitled.
I have read all the negative reviews of Tel3, and just wanted to say "don't believe all you read" when it comes to reviews. Personally, I rate the company a full and unequivocal 5!

This is the MOST unreachable
This is the MOST unreachable, unresponsive, unprofessional and unattended customer service company i have ever deal with! I call to the four different numbers they have and their menu is pathetic! Gives you option 3 for customer service and once you are there, it will say EVERY TIME that they are busy attending other calls NO MATTER at what time you call them and did not offer to transfer the call and says GOODBYE! what?? I was not helped by anyone and they dismissed me? It is confusing and scary because they answer from Phillipines, Thailand etc and other countries and our Credit/ Debit cards information are internationally store! How about that? and you can NEVER talk to them either with any issues like finding the account number that I do NOT know! SO, my minutes are held hostage because I cannot use them and nobody alive, a human being is behind answering calls.
You deserve a ZERO on accountability as well as every single issue exposed above at the beginning of this message.

Was having trouble taking advantage of…
Was having trouble taking advantage of the 600EXTRA minutes they offered. Would not let me do it online so I telephoned the help #. That did not work either, so I sent them an email telling them I was having trouble. Was sent an email back saying they would be in touch within 24 hours. The next day Kary telephoned me and helped me to recharge my account. He was very kind and helpful and so polite. Thank you Kary.
I've been a long-time Tel3 customer
I've been a long-time Tel3 customer. There have been on & off technical issues, such as receiving an automated message of, 'ALL CIRCUITS ARE BUSY NOW", or not being able to get through using my local access # given me by Tel3. The latest is that #1, Have NOT been able to contact or speak with anyone @ customer service, phone rings & rings, & then an automated msg comes on saying to "PLS TRY LATER".
I was calling customer service b/c after dialing my long-distance #, I'm repeatedly getting a msg stating, "INVALID NUMBER" - I've tried calling several long-distance #'s (in Canada), & keep getting the same INVALID NUMBER" response. Finally, in frustration, I sent an email to Tel3 customer support, which said they'd respond within 24 hours, & so far NO RESPONSE! Very inconsistent technical service, & really unsatisfactory customer service, NOT happy with Tel 3.

I have been TEL3 customer sincve2008 and all my long distance calls were more than satisfied.
There was some interruption in service due to some Technical difficulties but TEL3 working hard to fix those issues. Had an issue with adding new CC and recharge my account, send an email. Kary Baker replay with in 24hr, asking me to reach out to him. Few days later made a call, left a message, minute’s later Kary Baker call me back, explain an issue and my problem was fixed in less than two minutes.
Thank you Kary for prompt response and excellent customer service.

My service person was Kary. Response to my problem was fast, and followup was also very fast and responsive. He carefully listened to my rather complicated problem and understood it after a lively back-and-forth. He gave me a free 800 access number to use until he can get the problem solved. Kudos to Tel3.

My calls to Japan rarely goes through. I do not know why. I called the customer service, but the line is always busy. How can I get help?

I have been locked out from my account since last year .... I can only recharge the card when I place the call ... Called and emailed the customer service countless times to resolve .... no one ever answers. Terrible service.

I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET THROUGH TO MY SON FOR TWO WEEKS BECAUSE IT SAYS CIRCUITS ARE BUSY. THEN WHEN I CALL TEL 3, THERE IS A HIGH VOLUME OF CALLERS. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS CALLS TO MY SON.

Hey everyone that is trying to use Tel3.
For a while I was having problems trying to put money on my account and couldn't get a answer on the phone to tel3. Apparently they are having some little issues but they are getting corrected. I had emailed them and they have returned my call and they have fixed my situation and I am so happy and they put money on my account and now I can call everywhere I want to. Thank you Kerry for getting in touch with me. I really appreciate that very much. I have been a customer with Tel3 for 4 or 5 years . They are the best. And this is my first review I've done on anything. But I feel they deserve for people to see that even though it's taken time, they are working on fixing their problem and getting in touch with whoever tried to get in touch with them. Thanks Tel3 your awesome.
