I have been TEL3 customer sincve2008 and all my long distance calls were more than satisfied. There was some interruption in service due to some Technical difficulties but TEL3 working hard to fix... Vis mer

Terrible

Terrible, the worst customer service staff. Many bad experiences. Disrespectful, don't call, don't ask questions. This company simply hires pigs...

My account was deactivated and robbed silently

I had $35 balance on Tel3, it was robbed without notification after 1 year of inactivity (as they said). I don't even think it's a truth.
I think, decent people would notify that it's going to happen and give a chance to make a call and reactivate the card. But these people (thieves) just silently robbed the account. They promised to contact me on my complaint, but nothing happened after 3 days.
Sounds like a nightmare!

Tel3 service is a joke.

Update 5 days later.
Tel3 replied to the Trust Pilot review, with their support email address.
I emailed them straight away, where they replied with
"Your request (#--------) has been received, and is being reviewed by our Support staff. Our goal is to get back to you within 24 hours."

Didn't hear anything back since, so over 3 days after their 'goal' - they've failed again!

Oh, and yesterday, I get a "How would you rate the support you received?" email.
The didn't even reply since and they ask how they done!

Tel3 service is a joke.
I've been using them for years - no problems until I tried to login to my account a couple of weeks ago, and get a message
"This user name has been blocked for security reasons."
I then Click on the "Forgot your user name?" but get a message
"Your account is not active at the moment, please contact customer service at 1(800) 482-4459."

Trying to call ANY of the numbers is a waste of time.
Get a notification that I'm #4 in the queue, wait time 10 mins
20 mins later, I'm #3-wait time 8 mins, another 10mins I'm # 2, eventually #1 - then BOOM "Goodbye" - that was it!

Tried again later in the day, I'm #2 in the queue-wait time 6 mins.
20 mins later - still #2, then again "Goodbye".

Call straight back - I'm #2 again, then a couple of mins later, I'm suddenly #3 - Hang on! How!

I've got 1 Account, with 5 lines - none work!!!!!!

JUST RUBBISH !!

Speed, Service & Efficiency

I was greeted with a cheerful voice who was able to handle my questions efficiently and with minimum waste of time time. It was a pleasure doing business with such an efficient company.

The problem was solved and Kary from Tel 3 was very apologetic for the inconvenience it caused me. He even called my family in Italy to make sure a connection was reestablished. Thank you.

I had Tel 3 for 11 years and was very happy with them.
all of the sudden the service went down. Calling the service number is useless and the Support line will promise to solve the problem but does not follow up.I need to have contact with my family in Italy but the country seems to have vanished from Tel 3 list. I also noticed that 20086307 has been erased from the complain list.what does that mean???

Do they have anyone in customer service?

I have like the others emailed and tried to call customer service, calling from the uk is expensive, to date it has cost me £11.35 around $14 but I am still unable to get through, I hold on for up to 10 minutes and then get told goodbye.
I only want to verify my account before we fly out to Florida but at the minute I just cannot get through

Total fraud

This fraudulent company will not refund the money spent on their calling card, which is useless. After numerous attempts to contact customer service I received an email that no one else can call the country I was dialing. Wow, that really helps.
