This bag online shop ripped me off, took my money.
They sent me a poor quality bag. I spoke to a lady in Sydney which she said send the bag to me and I will replace your bag. The bag cost over $200. Then I sent it back to her which cost $20 with tracking, so I know she received it. then she claimed that she sent me another replacement, I sent many emails to this woman over a year period and never received the handbag. She is a scammer.

Never received my order after almost a year. They sent fake tracking numbers and then just stopped answering. Avoid!!!!!!

My review is really -5. How this site is even still in operation is beyond belief.

They are dodgy and so not have any ethical standards. This site is fraudulent and has been reported as such.

Whatever you do DONT ORDER OR GIVE ANY MONEY TO TECHNAPOLOGY. RIP- OFF merchants.

Almost $500 of orders not received after months of waiting for my items,with limited generic responses to my queries and requests for a full refund, they provide fake shipping numbers.

I eventually got all my money back by complaining to my banks.

They should be prosecuted harshly, and forced closure.

STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING YOUR FAKE LUXURY HIGH END ACCESSORIES FROM THESE VERMON SCAMMERS.

The first order was delayed by 3 months but worth the wait. Thank you team Technapology.. However, the 2nd order is delayed excessively- Originally receiving a response to my emails (sometimes delayed but still a response)
Now, no response to sent emails and still waiting to receive my order!
Disappointed and frustrated that there is not a response to the emails sent especially after being informed the order status was checked. Please reply team Technapology... The reason this is occurring and where is the product that has been paid for? What is going on here - I hope to receive a response.

A thieving and dishonest company. They take my money and I never received a thing. Not even replies to my emails asking for a tracking number.
I ordered my bags in August, 2022. It is now January 2023.

I sent back a faulty item using the address which Technapology provided. I received no correspondence, no money back. It's a scam!

I wish I could rate no star, however had to give something. I have previously bought before from this store and received goods, bought again few months later and boy was that a mistake. I ordered in Aug 2022 and still received nothing in Jan 2023, I had reported to Fair Trading and encourage everyone who has made a review to do the same as the more complaints they get the more there is against this untrustworthy company.
I did not get my money back so I will continue to take this matter further as it is the principle of the matter, and this is theft to take money and not provide goods or services no matter how much the cost was.
I advised to never buy from this company as they do not respond when you ask for a refund.

The worst company ever, they are a thief they have stolen my money, waited more than 7 months with no response.

Absolute scammers. Stole my money and never followed up. Fake unregistered tracking number. No body should order from these people. It’s been 5 months and I’ve never received my product. Absolutely horrible.

I bought a pair of shoes 4 months ago. I emailed them asking for tracking as I was starting to get concerned. They provided me with a fake tracking number. After going back to them asking for a real number, all my emails have been ignored ever since. And I have been emailing every single day, the customer service is disgusting. So long story short they stole $220 from me - fkn rude!!!!!!

I have purchased a few items over the years all arrived late. I am still waiting on an order that I purchased early JULY22 and its now nearly XMAS. No reply to emails or call not impressed at all! Techanopology respond to my emails and calls and give me my product Order No 1322 on 16/7/22 and I will take this review down thank you

I bought few bags . All turn out to be very satisfying. Took little longer than usual to arrive. But it's worth waiting. Really happy with products

Absolutely disgusted in this organisation. If you could call it that. I purchased a bag 4 months ago and waited and waited for the bag as they said that it had been dispatched but they had sent a dodgy tracking number. When I emailed they said that they would look into it but now they won’t even answer their emails. It has been 4 months since I paid for the bag🤬

Please do not purchase from this site. Biggest scammers I have ever come across! I bought a bag in August and they kept responding telling me it that it was on its way and providing me with false tracking numbers. It's now December and they just stopped responding to my emails. They won't even refund me. So dodgy.

Please save yourself time and money as this company is the biggest scam. They take your money and never send items. I have been waiting for 4 months and goods never came. It took several attempts to reach them before they replied but it was a generic we will look into it and nothing. They refuse to provide actual updates, don't respond and no hope of a refund. They will take your money but never deliver the goods. They need to be shut down so no one else gets scammed. Please stay away.

Stay away, I place my order back in August and still haven't received it, they just replay to the emails with the same info, I've already submitted a complaint through Fair trading, very disappointed, stay away!!

After spending over $500 ZERO replies and ZERO product received. Total scam and lodging with Department of Fair Trading. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I have now lodged claims with ACCC and Dept Fair trading
