I recently purchased bathroom materials from Tecaz Stockton and was delighted with not only the amazing price, but also by the care I received from all of the staff. In particular I'd highlight the manager, Adam whose knowledge and patience with my eternal questions (on several visits) was astonishing. Even the delivery guys went out of their way to help me with the heavy items actually bringing them into my home.

My mum and boss had both used Elain at Tecaz and she/they were just as fab as i was told. She helped me pick out the perfect bathroom that looks grate and works for my family

Really impressed with the Esprit paver grey 80x40x2 outdoor tiles. Thanks to Michelle for all her help in processing my phone order as there's no online option for London delivery despite website info to the contrary. Unfortunately my order got lost and I found there's no phone option to check up on orders so had to go via sales and then to Jeanette in order processing who thankfully took control and reordered for me. Giving 5* despite difficulties as pleased with tiles and friendly staff who managed issues quickly and I still got my tiles within 1 week of initial order. However, would suggest Tecaz add an option on their phone service to check order status and fix their website for London delivery.

Absoublutely fantastic from the design with micheal at Tcaz portrack stockton to completion,very proffesional install with realy well mannered workmen who respected our home we would highly reccomend these guys asked them to do a couple of minor jobs while they were here and nothing was too much trouble..Andy + Karen Bell from Northallerton.

I have just had my bathroom redesigned by Mohammad and fitted by John and Mark, and I couldn't be happier with their work and the finished result.
From start to finish, I can't fault them, they took a leaky, really badly fitted bathroom (previously done by cowboys) and made it fantastic!
They went above and beyond all my expectations
I'm a very happy customer and will recommend to all
I was told about how wonderful these 3 men were by a friend so they clearly are worth recommending!
I also had my kitchen done by the same guys in September 2025 and they were remarkable then also.
Now my mum is getting in on the action and she has them coming to do her bathroom in July 😄

Recently had my kitchen fitted .through stockton tecaz jess was very helpfull in organising the planning neil the fitter did a fabulouse job the cuboards and doors are fab the whole finish is superb and would highly recommend there service it was dealt with very quick well done tecaz.

Would like to say a massive thank you to tecaz at pennywell for our amazing new bathroom the staff were great and really friendly. Especially Tiegan for being warm and welcoming and helping us pick our new bathroom she is a credit to tecaz would recommend the place highly. We recently purchased a full bathroom from Tecaz in Stockton, including tiles, flooring, radiators, and all the units, and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Paul, who helped us every step of the way. He made what could have been an overwhelming process feel simple and straightforward, offering great advice and really taking the time to understand what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble, and his knowledge made a big difference in getting everything just right.

The fitters that were recommended to us were equally brilliant - professional, reliable, and clearly very skilled. The installation went smoothly, and the attention to detail really shows in the final result.

We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom - it looks absolutely stunning and has completely transformed the space. Everything came together perfectly, and the whole process was easy and stress-free.

Highly recommend Tecaz, and especially Paul, if you’re looking for quality products and excellent service!

Couldn't be happier with the service from Stockton Tecaz. Michael done a great job with design, the fitting was carried out by Henry and Connor, who's work and attention to detail was fantastic. Very highly recommend.

Great delivery from 2 great guys, who kept me updated on arrival time.
Despite reduced access to property, these guys just got on with it and carried what was very heavy equipment, to my garage where I intended to store it. All with a smile and friendly chat.

Over the moon with my bathroom suite, the staff was so helpful and got a great price, would highly recommend

New kitchen
Great experience from the beginning. I went in with a design in mind and Jessica helped bring that to life. Delivery went well with minimal issues - everything was dealt with by the team swiftly which meant fitting went ahead without issue.
I am thrilled with the end result, highly reccommend.
Jessica Knox was on hand to help all the way throughout and is clearly passionate about what she does.

Jessica designed a fabulous kitchen for us and helped us decide on the optimum layout and configuration. The colours, finishes and materials all blend so nicely together.
Neil, the fitter, and his team (Logan, Ian and Mally were excellent, their work was exemplary and they couldn’t do enough to ensure that everything was perfect.
