Had chris out to design a new bathroom for me,he was very friendly,well-spoken and went above and beyond to help me get my dream bathroom

Dean the designer came out to my property to design our kitchen and bathroom and was very friendly and we are very happy with the service he provided

Unfortunately, my experience with my kitchen purchase from Kitchen Plus Bathrooms was very disappointing.

When I visited the Team Valley showroom, I specifically told the salesperson that I wanted a pocket door for my butler's pantry, just like the one on display in the showroom. I was advised to confirm this with the surveyor during the site survey, which I did.
During the survey, I also requested a few changes to the units, including moving a spice rack to another larder because I understood the pocket door design wouldn't allow one in the butler's pantry - which they did moved.

On the day of installation, I immediately noticed that the wrong door had been fitted to the butler's pantry. When I raised this, I was told that the door matched the technical drawing.
My concern is that, as a customer, I'm relying on the expertise of the sales team and surveyor. Kitchen design drawings are not something most customers can easily interpret, especially when it comes to technical details like the difference between a standard hinged door and a pocket door. That's why I made a point of discussing my requirements in person with both the salesperson and the surveyor.
What disappointed me most was how my complaint was handled. Rather than considering the conversations I had with their staff, the response focused solely on what was shown in the drawings. I felt that my concerns were not genuinely listened to or investigated, and it seemed that the accounts of the company's staff were accepted without considering my perspective.

As a compromise, since I was told the pocket door could not be installed, I requested that two spice racks be fitted in the butler's pantry, as shown in the original photo. I was then asked to pay more than £300 extra for these, despite this being presented as a "discount." Given the circumstances, I found this very frustrating and felt it was an unreasonable resolution.

I'm sharing my experience so that future customers understand the importance of checking every detail on the drawings, even if you've discussed your requirements in person. Clear communication is essential, and I hope the company improves both its design confirmation process and the way it handles customer complaints.

On a positive note, I also purchased a bathroom from Kitchen Plus Bathrooms, and I would highly recommend my installers, Nathan and Tony. They were professional, skilled, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the installation. They will be returning for my existing bathroom renovation.

We have used Kitchens Plus before to fit a new bathroom for us and we were that impressed with the work that when we wanted to get a new kitchen, it made perfect sense to us to use Kitchens Plus again for this.

When we got the bathroom done, the designer who came to the house was called Andrew Keegan and we thought the professionalism and knowledge of everything he did was second to none and so much so that we specifically requested Andrew to be the designer for our kitchen.

The design process for the kitchen was excellent and Andrew helped us design a kitchen that we absolutely love, going through everything that we would need to have done. However, the final cost that Andrew gave us was quite a bit less than the actual cost of the final kitchen. Certain things weren't costed for which should have been and we ended up paying separate for this.

The install went very well and all tradesmen were very polite and never left any mess although the plumber did crack the backdoor step which is fine as accidents happen but it was the fact that he never told us and left us to find out for ourselves. My mam is 71 and if she had of tripped on that who knows what would have happened. The plumber did come back and fix the step but it took about 2 weeks for him to come back and do it. Apart from that, the install was excellent and the person who actually fitted the kitchen ( sorry I can't remember his name ) was brilliant and so skilled at the work he did and stayed late each day as well, very professional. All the tradesmen were professional though and we have been left with a kitchen that is amazing and we absolutely love it and I would highly recommend Kitchens Plus.

The project manager for Kerrison Facilities and Installations Ltd Ian Seymour made sure everything ran smoothly and he was excellent and kept in touch every step of the way and the professional way that he sorted out the backdoor step for us took the pressure off us. We knew we could just relax while the work was getting done thanks to Ian and also Lewis. John Howourth made sure everything ran smoothly from the kitchens plus side of things and was invaluable to making sure that things got done and regularly checked up on how it was going.

This was an excellent job done by everybody involved and my mam absolutely loves her kitchen and we would highly recommend kitchens plus. The next home improvement we want done is windows and we will definitely be looking at kitchens plus.

We recently had a new kitchen fitted in our youth project. Excellent service and great communication from The sales and design team and kitchen fitters. I was kept informed at every step of the way. Everyone was friendly whilst providing a service to a high standard. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

From start to finish every one was,helpful and polite,they made feel at ease,Ian and lewis,electrician lee,plasterer lee,plumber Ainsley and the two young lads were polite,Neil the fitter did a marvellous job,he explained things and made me feel at ease,a good grafter,and very polite,kitchens plus,were very polite too,and John who i spoke to on the telephone was helpful and polite,100% to each and every one involved,I would recommend kitchens plus to friends and family,

We have never had a kitchen fitted before, and didn't know quite what to expect. It's a daunting prospect to have your house taken over by a team of workmen and not know if it's all going to work out as we hoped.
However, we needn't have worried.
We decided to go away for a holiday and Kitchens plus Bathrooms were happy for us to do so. They had contact numbers for our sons, and liaised with them when necessary, but basically got on with the job.
We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen, its everything we hoped for. All of the staff were professional, friendly, willingly answered every question, listened to what we wanted, were always available and are a great bunch of people. Lewis and his team, Ian, Scott, Stephan, Grant, John, Niel - every one of them is worth a mention and we would recommend anyone considering a new kitchen to put their trust in this company. You won't be disappointed!

Just had my bathroom fitted by Alex and Dave top tradesman can not fault any of the work they have done the company is a pleasure to deal with nothing was to much trouble for them kept me informed when the other tradesman would be turning up on the job would highly recommend

Salesman came out said they werent a pushy firm, however when he was still sat after 9pm telling us this is a one time deal that wouldnt be there in the morning we felt compelled to buy. We were advised that we would have a project manager who would let us know step by step information. The only contact we had from the firm was telling us we needed to pay our next installment and to when the job would start. The bathroom arrived about a week before. The installers arrived on time however one had a few personal issues which meant a lot of the work was carried out by one young lad who did an amazing job. The bath had a crack in it and needed to be replaced this was done quickly. The work was complete in 4 days. The workmen all supplied their own personal cards if there was any problems. There has been no follow up from the firm or any check at all to see if we are happy which is a little disappointing considering the amount of money we spent. The bathroom does appear to be of a high quality and the workmanship was good its just the lack of customer service that lets this company down.

The fitting team were excellant, all nice guys and did a great job. Ian who coordinated it all from the installation side kept us fully informed, the individual services all let me know the night before when and what time they would be arriving and Ian and always there if I had any query. The only hicup was the delivery as the kitchen was not delivered on the Friday ready for the fitter arriving after the Bank Holiday and as a result he was left waiting a coupke of hours untill it did arrive. Very happy with the quality of the kitchen would definately recommend Kitchens Plus.

I had a bathroom fitted on Wednesday the 24th of September. I paid the fitter on the Friday and on the Saturday Morning I put the heating on and the water went right through my Kitchen ceiling. Jake the fitter came out and stopped the flood but the water was still leaking under the sink. After that there was a leak coming from my shower which damaged the flooring.The fitter must have come out seven times after that, there is still a leak in the shower. When I phoned the office and complained they told me to ring the fitter. I paid over 9,000 for the bathroom and expected the best. Disgusting really . I suffer from severe anxiety and the lad called Chris was amazing, easy to talk had an absolute laugh, definitely would recommend to anyone!!!

We came to Kitchens+ on a recommendation and pleased we did as this was the first major refurbishment undertaken to the property. From the outset we had a budget and were never pressured to exceed and had in mind what we wanted for both the kitchen and bathroom. With a few tweaks we got the designs sorted, which included a bespoke unit for a coffee machine. From the outset we were provided with a schedule of work which was kept to. All the contractors from start to beginning were fabulous and really tidy, clearing up at the end of every day. The end results for both the kitchen and bathroom are really fantastic.

First of all had dean out to look at designs for our bathroom and pitch the costs, although the “sales pitch” quoted a on the day price against a 12 month price guarantee it didnt put us off even though i know its what they are trained to do and fair play but he was still a lovely bloke and had plenty of time to chat through things thoroughly which we appreciated and then had Steve(im sorry i hope that was his name) come out to measure up and survey deans quote and was actually brilliant making some changes to original plans drawn up and sorted everything out quickly even leaving a tile for us to look at so we can match things and quickly got a date booked in which we are pleased with, if the fitting of the bathroom matches these two gents we will be happy customers, great service so far

Have recently had a new kitchen fitted. Professional service and excellent work carried out from all involved from the sales people to the waste management company. The Project Management team of Ian and Lewis arranged everything and kept me informed along the way. Everyone was friendly whilst providing a service to a high standard. This company also fitted new windows for me last year. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

It's been nearly 7 years since I had work done, they still haven't fixed the damage they did to my home while carrying out the work.
Also still waiting on a thermostat I paid for

But now, the nightmare goes on, after one of my window locks and front door lock failing, I contacted them to raise a claim under the DGCOS insurance they provide with their sales. Only to be told they no longer honour this due to them having a liquidation a while back, leaving me to jump through many hoops to find out (from the finance provider) that I need to make a claim under section 75 of the Credit Act. This is not explained in the paperwork.
Also using this company damaged my credit score by providing me with a loan that was not affordable (and they wouldn't take accountability for it). I see they are still using their pushy sales (Buy today, and the price will be X instead of Y, when in reality, X is the price the job should be). This company tried to charge me 6K for a downstairs loo refurb, which I had done by another firm for £900. They have also blocked me on Facebook. What does that tell you?

The company acknowledges they messed up, still refuse to sort out the errors and leave me to do the work they should be

Also you've done nothing to get a "satisfactory resolution", whomever responded to my complaint letter (Omar) didn't even read it properly.

I suggest that you fulfill your contracts, like where it says "KP will fix any damage done to property while work is carried out"

We recently purchased a kitchen through kitchen plus bathrooms.
The whole process from the initial visit from Laurence who helped us to get the best design out of our kitchen/utility to the installation was all completed to a very high standard.

Kerrison facilities management who coordinated all the trades people where a pleasure to work with right from the start. They gave us ideas on how to improve our layout . They were there right to the end when they helped with the snagging. The workmen they used were first rate and friendly. The kitchen fitters Michael and Ryan did an amazing job.

We have just had our kitchen replaced by Kitchens Plus Bathrooms and we are delighted with it. David who was our first point of call spent time listening to our needs and did the first planning of the kitchen and he was very good. Grant was the second person who went over the kitchen plans and advised a few changes which made a good difference and he was also very professional. I must commend Kerrison Installations who oversaw the actual work and supplied the various tradespeople. Both Lewis and Ian from Kerrison Installations were very professional and listened to any queries we had, the tradesmen were all excellent from ripping out the existing kitchen to the finish of the work. I must mention Matthew who did an excellent job of plastering, the gentlemen who ripped the existing flooring, laid a new sub floor and finally laid the lvt flooring, they even put my old fridge into the garden to be collected. Ainsley the plumber was also excellent and listened to concerns I had and dealt with them efficiently, Lewis the electrician who did 2 other jobs I asked of him and Curt who has painted the kitchen and made a super job of it. Last but certainly not least I must mention Joe who fitted the units, counter tops and domestic appliances. He was absolutely excellent and went over and above to help us. Therefore all in all we are delighted with our lovely new kitchen

I would avoid this company. They fitted a kitchen and a bathroom for us starting September 2025. As I write this review April 2026 the kitchen is not yet finished.
We chose them because they 'take care of everything'. Managing every aspect of the fit so you only have to deal with them.
While the quality of the products is great, chasing up issues and getting things finished has been far from hassle free and was more like a full time job for us. In installing the bathroom they damaged the kitchen ceiling and walls they had just fit, skimmed and decorated and after much time and MANY phone calls they are refusing to fix the damage because it was caused by the fitter and I will have to take it up with them. Which is the opposite of them 'dealing with the fitting and everything so that's why we are a bit more expensive' line we got from sales when we chose them.
