WARNING...6 months in the heat on the hairdryer stopped suddenly. Sent it back for an exchange, fix, or refund, was told it had to much fluff in the filter so the the warranty was void, a hairdryer that was 6 months old! which is not fit for purpose if it breaks within 6 months. They point blank refused to do anything and sent the broken hairdryer back to me. I have never dealt with such an aggressive response from customer service ever! Buyer beware!

Having read the negative reviews about this man’s products , it goes some way to explaining the response I received when I approached his team to try and get an appointment for my wife. I received an AI type response , patronising me , saying he does not accept private clients. Whose hair does he style ??? Do you have to be rich and famous ?? Davina now puts her weight behind everything he does so you’d think he’d be starting to put something back now. Anyway , I bought 2 x of his appliances and sent them back due to quality issues. Having fallen hook line and sinker for his hype videos in the first place. My fault obviously. Well , Michael , good luck to you , you’ve certainly lost touch with your roots , if you ever had any !!!!

i bought the MDlondon hairdryer in January 2025 but the heat control stopped working in May 2026 and the filter cover came off before that and unable to reattach it. Their policy changed to 24 months from date of purchase in Sept 2025 for help with their products but they are not willing to help after 15 months as i didn't take out extra warranty. it is an expensive hairdryer and very disappointed that they were unwilling to help.

I bought the styling brush , and wanted to return it ,but I have been informed by the company due to hygiene reasons im unable to return it . All I did was take it out the box to look at it ! . Its not great quality. I wouldn't recommend this company at all . £129 wasted please think before purchasing !!!

Ordered the wave brush - the straighteners and The 2 volume blow out and The 5 Voluminous Texture Spray -
Ok so here goes - I was feeling really fed up with my usual GHD wave brush - cloud nine and Dyson straighteners - so I bought both new from MD London - on opening the package , my honest opinion was that the wave brush felt cheap , light weight and very “tinny” - I felt disappointed- however …… on using the heated wave brush I was very surprised at its performance- the retracting bristles are an absolute joy - it heats up instantly and is very lightweight to use - overall I’m pretty impressed with it - ( although I stick by my opinion on it feeling very cheap and “tinny”. Next - the products - I have used The 2 volume blow out twice ——- and I can’t see anything !!!! On first use I thought that maybe I had used to to much product so it weighted my hair down ? …. As my hair had absolutely NO volume at all !!! So on second use I used more sparingly , and again NO improvement and it honestly did nothing to add any volume to my hair, so overall very disappointed- again I have used The 5 twice and again hugely disappointed by the lack of volume and results -
As for the straighter that I purchased - it’s still in the box awaiting its use - So overall the brush is pretty good - not brilliant but ok - the products were an absolute disappointment and waste of money -,

This is so hard to use. I don't mean curling the hair. Just turning the switch to lock and unlock and replacing the tools.

I bought it for my mum and sadly she can't use it. She's mid 70's and is struggling to even pull out one of the tools!
Very sad as the reviews about the curl and hair are good!

Disappointed.
Have all the MDlondon hair appliance and can’t rate them highly enough.
However this hairspray is awful. Clumps in hair and does not last. Also very expensive at £15.
I was expecting a great product, sadly a huge disappointment.

I received the mdlondon hairdryer as a gift for Mother’s Day and it is literally the best hairdryer I have ever used! Been on the lookout for one to invest in for years, and I’m so glad I waited. I have absolutely no criticism of it. It’s a seriously well thought out product. I got the berry colour which is so aesthetically pleasing too. Absolutely LOVE it and will definitely be buying some more products from this brand!

Speed of delivery so quick, excellent packaging.
Products are amazing, brushes and hairdryer are the best i have ever used, I have now retired my GHD for MDLondon. These are definitely worth every penny, a lot of thought has gone into the design of hairdryer. Definitely recommend these products.

I bought MD London Blow dryer a few years ago and I’ve been really pleased with it. It’s a game changer as dryers go. No doubt about that! I added the diffuser later but hadn’t really used it until recently as my hair is longer now so I can experiment with new styling. So I was a bit frustrated as the diffuser didn’t stay attached for long when I was using it. Making it awkward to hold while drying my own hair. I thought I’d give a little polite feedback to help with product development etc and ended it there. It was a while since I bought it and i was not expecting anything further to happen. But to my surprise I was contacted very quickly by MD London’s amazing customer service team who found my original order and quickly resolved the issue for me. Actually they went above and beyond as they identified the fault and offered to replace the dryer and diffuser. I’m so impressed at this level of service. It’s so refreshing. Thank you so much team MD London!

I would love to be here raving about my hair dryer, that I had longed for since it was launched. But alas it was sent to the wrong address. Some odd postcode auto attached to the order. Maybe not their fault but no help given. So whoever got my Christmas present Enjoy!!!!!

I bought a Blow hairdryer in the Spring and on using it was frustrated that, whilst drying my hair, it was too easy to mistakenly change the heat and speed. Nonetheless, I was very pleased with everything else; the design; lightweight, quietness and colour (Blush).

At my next hair appointment I told Marcia, my hairdresser of many years, that I had purchased a Blow hairdryer. As Marcia was interested I took it along to my next appointment where Marcia tried it out. Imagine my joy when at my next visit Marcia had bought herself one. I was even more pleased to see that the design has been improved with the addition of a lock button.

Marcia says that this lovely little hairdryer is a game changer for her. Its lightweight in particular is important as being a key tool of the trade, she uses it all the time.

So I am sending a thank you not only from me, but from Marcia my talented hairdresser.

Great heated styling brush - Wave
Perfect for my hair as I've recently had it cut short from a Bob. Works really well and gives me the lift in my hair that I need. I love all MDLondon products and have purchased 2 sets of brushes, a Blow Dryer and a Wave so far. Great products 10/10.

I normally struggle with styling rolls but find this easy to use. Love it is multi functional and that it comes in different colours
Also has a 3m cord which is really good
Came with a heat protector mat and a glove

Best drier ever
Well what can I say. The best hairdryer I’ve ever used. Been a hairdresser over 45 years.Spent so much money on different makes and models of driers to get the one I wanted to no avail . The Mdlondon is perfect. It’s light so controllable. Love the magnetic end for the nozzle and diffuser as it can be moved into all directions. AMAZING

I recently purchased the carry case as I have 3 MD London Hair Styling products and I have to say it is perfect. It's a good size and big enough to keep all my hairdressing things together. It will also come in handy when travelling away from home as everything I need is in there so no forgetting anything. Can highly recommend!

Fantastic teaser backcombing brush , I have been using this type of brush for a long time, but this brush is beautiful, its bristles are perfect, thank you MD LONDON 🤩🤩

I took advantage of the Black Friday deals and I’m so pleased I did, got the Blow, Strait, couple of brushes and the bag all in the lovely blue. Can’t believe how light the Blow hairdryer is it’s so small and so powerful makes drying a pleasure.
The Strait is easy to use and takes no time at all to heat up. Bag and brushes are so pretty in the same blue I just wish I’d got them before now.

Best hairdryer I have ever had.
I am a hair stylist and this hairdryer is the best I have ever had. It’s very light and very quiet. The power is amazing. I love the long nozzle as it stretches across the whole of the brush which has cut my blow drying time down. I also have curly hair myself so the diffuser is very important to me and my clients. It’s passed that test too. It is gentle and does what it’s supposed to do which is not blow the hair everywhere which causes frizz. I have a Dyson at home, which I love, and wanted to get one for my salon but I am so glad I have saved my money and got this instead. I absolutely love this hairdryer 💜💜💜
The delivery was super fast too and the packaging is amazing. It elevates the feel of quality so anything from this company would make an amazing gift.
