Great and beautiful towels.
I saw the towels in a shop, noted down the brand, and visited the website, where I saw even more lovely items. I then ordered the towels with the Marina print, and they were delivered very quickly (within a week)! I am absolutely delighted with the towels; they feel wonderful and look just like they do on the website.

I ordered a beautiful beach bag and I kept it especially for my holidays. After one week of using it the bag looks awful 😞 There’s pieces of dreads hanging from the whole bag. It looks old already 😔 Costumer service told me to cut them off but don’t think this should happen to a bag of that price.. very disappointed 😞

Used to love shopping here & supporting this small biz that I believe started with a couple. Everything was great I guess until it wasn’t? The import fee’s are hidden in the FAQ’s and the customer service is absolutely awful. if you are in the USA just be careful ordering because you will pay almost $100 for shipping. Since the tariff’s - other small brands that we shop with either cover fee’s or are more forward about the changes and are willing to help. Tarta? FORGET IT. Banner on the website says “ships to US” then you pay for shipping with NO complimentary message or any information when you put in your USA address for delivery. Then when the package comes the carrier wants an extra fee, lol. My boss asked them about it & they were pretty much like yea sorry, sucks to suck! It got sent back & it has almost been 2 months & no refund advance note proper communication was given. We had a lot of Tarta gear in the studio that we ended up taking down/selling because disrespect- is not cool. We no longer shop this brand nor recommend to any colleagues or friends or just anyone. sucks when a small brand shows their true colors & carelessness towards customers. Give your money elsewhere to people who are nice & understanding and care about their customers!!! Small Buisness who care matter the MOST!!

The company sells really great and colorful stuff. The communication is fantastic because they are really kind and especially quick!

Beautiful gadgets, decorations, and products for home use. Their colors brighten your mood and make you smile just looking at them. The quality is excellent, so they'll surely last for years.

I am someone who shops for quality and durability and I regret to state that these products are neither great quality nor durable. They look great, but they don’t feel great. Towels are full of lose threads after only one washing. I’m not happy with how customer service handled my feedback either. Safe to say I will never spend £200+ on a first purchase again, no matter how enthusiastic I feel about it. The size of their items are also weird/small (both towels and my blanket). 3 stars only because the style is great but my Primark towels for guests are the same quality.

So I was having some issues with UPS it was SUCH a headache on my end with the shipping and I was so scared my package was going to be returned I reached out to customer service and Kenia was so amazing and helpful.

She helped me navigate the situation and also helped me reach out to UPS so I can get my package delivered. My order was amazing!

I discovered Tarta Gelatina through an Instagram ad and I’m so glad I did! Their bath towels are absolutely beautiful — soft, high-quality, and with the most fun, bright patterns. I’m really impressed with both the design and the craftsmanship.

The service was just as amazing as the product: I placed my order on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday morning, less than two days later! They were also super quick to respond when I had a question, which made the whole experience even better.

The towels are really soft and luxurious and very nice designs. The bath mats have a great grip so they don’t slip around. The customer service is excellent - they go out their way to help and are very friendly while doing so. Warmly recommended!
