I had a very disappointing experience with Tanishq. I sold my jewellery at their branch, and they promised that the refund would be credited to my account within the given time frame. However, the amount was not credited even after several days. I had to keep following up, but all I received were vague responses and delays. This lack of professionalism and transparency from such a reputed brand is unacceptable. I expected better service and accountability from Tanishq, but unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and unpleasant.

I am a customer of Tanishq jewelry since last 15 years.
Tanishq jewelry is very reliable in terms of Design, Gold purity and long term use.
Their staff is very customer friendly, service oriented.
I frequently visit Tanishq outlet at Sinhgad road, pune city and feel proud to be Tanishq customer.
This month I have surprise call from Mrs Nish Sharma from This showroom for my birthday Celebration at Showroom.
It is Honor for me to have birthday celebrated at The Tanishq showroom. Thanks Nisha Sharma Madam.

Very disappointed with Tanishq. My pendant slipped out of its own loop (chain intact), clearly a product defect. Instead of taking responsibility, Tanishq tried to shift blame onto me and a “non-Tanishq chain” — even though their own showroom staff had attached it. Poor quality, no accountability, and zero support once the sale is made. Will never return and cannot recommend.tgis hapoened within hours and was reported the very next day I walked out of the showroom and the pendant wasn’t there !

I visited Tanishq Bundgarden for getting a gold ring re valued. The lady attending me was Ms Anita The ring having been bought a long time back didn’t show clear marking of Tanishq. Ms Akita being a very pleasant personality was well versed with all the acumen needed to handle the customer suggested that I have it evaluated at their factory She was not only very polite but courteous in making me comfortable offering tea etc while preparing documents required for the same .
Today I received a call for collecting the ring as it was successfully retaliated and received by the branch
Ms Ajita is well trained in handling customers that she convinced me to go for monthly scheme. Sure enough I did buy one though I had no intention of going for it This is what is called treating customer as a king. By her impressive handing,she has ensured that I now visit the store on our wedding anniversary in September 25.
I am now 78+ years ‘Have pleasure in putting on record her as a very highly accomplished customer care persona who deserves to attend to HIGH VALUED CUSTOMERS
I also desire to congratulate the management in achieving a very high standard in assuring that customers are treated as KINGS at their prestigious outlet

Recently, I visited the Tanishq store in Sonipat to purchase diamond jewellery, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Shivli, (RSO). I must mention that I am usually not a jewellery-friendly person, but because of her guidance, patience, and customer-friendly approach, I ended up purchasing more than I had initially planned.

Her excellent product knowledge, polite behavior, and genuine efforts made my shopping experience truly delightful. With her support, I also enrolled myself and my family in the Gold Harvest Plan.

I sincerely thank Shivli for her outstanding service. She is definitely an asset to Tanishq, and I highly recommend her for her dedication and professionalism. I wish her great success in her career.

I am a buyer of tanishq products for almost last 10 years. Last year I decided never to visit a store again. Almost all gold jewellery I bought in last 10 years have been deteriorated. Few rings became black and lost all meena work after just on year.
Why to give such huge making charges?one store in lucknow insulted by saying we will give you 100 rupees discount because you are our valued customer.

It was a good experience at tanishq. We were assisted by Mahesha . He was very good at showing us around of many options

I was contacted by Mr Obait for a birthday celebration to be held on 2nd Aug 2025. So I visited the showroom at Borivali West at around 5.30 PM. I was very coordially received by the doorman. Two ladies immediately approached me and asked about my purspose of visit.
I was lead towards celebration hall, welcomed with a cup of coffee. A worm welcome! Mr Wasim, Mr Deepak and Ms Arpana lead the event. Mr Wasim discussed with us Tanishq's protocall and future plans. We had a cake cutting ceremony. They all were cordial, informative, friendly. I enjoyed the event. Overall a very nice experience!

The service at Tanishq was excellent and I would like to especially thanks to suman roy for her outstanding support. She is very knowledgeable,polite and has excellent communication skills. She explained all the details clearly and guided me in making the right Choice. Her positive attitude and customer friendly nature made my shopping experience memorable. Truly appreciate her efforts !

Hypocrisy, unfair and corrupt policies in the name of company. Excellent brand but no more transparency in dealings of daily sales. Can do any amount of manipulation to sell

Its only a brand of tanishq which is our gold rate deducted 3 % not to buy if we think k 100 % pure gold it's totally fraud with us and deducted amount of amount in gold rate which is no one deducted any jewellery brand don't buy

I purchased gold bracelet and ring of about total 12 grams on 04/04/2025 from Tanishq in seawood grand central mall (Navi Mumbai) in full payment on same day which was my first special gold present from my husband for my anniversary . I didn’t receive any discount or offer on it. After some disappointment they gifted some eatable worth 200-300 rs. Not satisfied with this service. Highly disappointed - Would rate 0 in customer satisfaction.

I wanted to quickly drop my appreciation note for Tanishq Rajarjhat, Kolkata store. I visted the store on 27/06/2025. I was very coordially received by the doorman. Two ladies immediately approached me and asked about my purspose of visit. After a brief discussion, Ms. Moumita Chakraborty showed me the way towards the jewellary section. She spent an hour or so with me in helping out with my decision. She was really fantastic and kept me engaged with the right discussion points. She was very professional throughout the discussion and helped me to finalize my purchase. Overall a very nice experience!
