I ordered two pairs of hoops, but unfortunately, I didn’t realize they were Huggies & too small for my senior ears, the company was so prompt & courteous in answering my email asking how to return for a store credit since earrings are not returnable. The emailed me promptly on how to return them with ease so then I can re-purchase something else.

I purchased several items but 1 ring as too big even though it was my normal size and 1 ring was a little too orange. But I did reach out and with several back and forth emails I was finally able to return the items for a store credit to other pieces I wanted. I wear the rings and bracelets daily and will be buying additional jewelry that I’ve been looking at.

A cute ring much smaller in person. The size is true. I wear a size 8. Was suppose to get 3 free rings with shipment. They were not included in my package. I checked package 3 times.
