The staff at Tanishq were doing great job. They were very greatful and helping and also very nice and polite. Not to forget about the sells girl named Supriya she was Just polite humble and was the best amongest the all.

I took golden rivaah policy and unfortunately when I was in need of cash and went to redeem my gold..1st. you can't withdraw cash for the gold you have deposited 2nd..for 1.3 lakh jwellery, making charge is 36k if I buy from tanishq and sell outside as I needed cash then you will loose 36k simply from your pocket on your own amount which you have deposited in Tanishq..so I would suggest not to go with any tanishq plan if you may need to withdraw during the policy..think 100 times..I decided not to look at tanishq anymore

Two lots of burgess dog food never arrived all I got was a packet of face mask. Diabolical service, managed to get s refund from Amazon, but anyone ordering through this company beware not very reliable.

The collection of diamond bracelets and gold bangles at Tanishq South Ex-2 is too good. The designs are beautiful.Shaan showed us all the collection of earrings, bangles, bracelets etc.
I also got my old pieces of tanishq jewellery cleaned by Mr Swarup Sampat, the bengali kaarigar, he is skilled in his job and very nice in behaviour.

Tanishq good souk gurgaon is the worst place to buy any jewellery.
There employee Kailash Kumar who sits at the billing counter will harass you and make your experience miserable.
Never ever go there. Worst service and worse shoping experience.

I book a Dimond pendent on 22_/06/2024 of Rs 38544 my amount debited by bank but after 01 hour I got a mail from tanishq that transaction failed and your amount refunded your account. I contact with customer care they told me again book order that's why I booked another order for same pendent on 24/06/2024 For Rs 38441 again same story my amount deducted by bank after an hour I received mail from tanishq that transaction failed your money will refunded 7-8 day.
But till date no refund given by tanlshq customer care service very worst .It's cheating with customer. I Wrote 5 mail but no solution given.

I would like to bring to your attention a recent experience that left us quite disheartened. On the 25th of June, I had the pleasure of purchasing a gold chain from your esteemed store as a gift for my mother. However, within a 4 days only, my mother discerned a minor imperfection in the chain, which initially escaped our notice due to its subtlety.

Upon returning to the store to discuss the possibility of an exchange, we were met with an unexpected response. The store representatives suggested that the defect might have been the result of an accident on our part. I must express that we have been loyal customers of Tanishq for over a decade, and this is the first time we have encountered such a situation. Our longstanding trust in the Tanishq brand perhaps contributed to our oversight in detecting the flaw immediately.

It is with great respect for the reputation of Tanishq that I reach out, hoping for a resolution that acknowledges our mutual trust and loyalty. The implication that the responsibility lies solely with us as customers is quite troubling, and we would appreciate a reconsideration of our case.

Recently I purchased a diamond it was a great experience and thanks to Ms Asma for coperate with us

I bought a set of diamond studs for 38,,386, the amount got debited but no order placed.
I'm naking umpteen calls no proper response, no reply to email sent to tanishq

It was a pleasant experience with tanishq bikaner . The collection are lovely & you just feel like buying everything. I exchange my old gold jewellery with brand new designs & all the exchanging process is transparency in front of my eyes they mealt my jewellery front of me i really i the process .i really liked the excellent service provider to me at your store by karigar and jyoti swami mam . They also helped me like jewellery. Karigar & jyoti swami mam was very kind , approachable & patient n always with a smile .

Recently I have purchased one gold item with them and it was the great experience

Very bad experience, I was given your gift card of 5000 which I wanted to redeem , it had to be a very simple process , I had to make the purchase a d redeem the gift card, manager told me this cannot be redeemed on silver jewellery, but this was not be mentioned in the card's terms and conditions. I was also been misguided by the stores salesman over the phone so went all the way from Baner to laxmi road but all in vain, came home disappointed, too much of ignorance on the part of Tanishq employees. Before giving a gift card to the customer, all terms and conditions must be specified.

I purchased a ring from Tanishq, Patna branch and had a problem with the ring and thanks to Durgapur branch of Tanishq they really solved my problem with the help of very deligent staff, Riya Debnath and Utpal Sarkar. Happy with their service.

I want to talk regarding one of the saleswoman Ms Taranjeet from Tanishq store,phase 5, Mohali, She did reliable gold exchange of old gold and gave good valuation .She has full knowledge of all the prevailing schemes at tanishq.I found her a true brand ambassador of Tanishq.

They mistakenly sent it to a wrong address. Their order shipment notification email had a tracking button that doesn't work and a customer care number that is defunct. Have been calling and emailing for more than a week for resolution but they refuse to say anything except it is being looked into. No communication has ever been initiated by them. Complete scam.
