After days of struggling putting sounds in to a old 2000s synthesizer that I was trying to get back to life, Synthcloud was so helpful in guiding me through esch step to put new sounds into my dated machine. The company was kind enough to record a video on how to install sounds from PC to the hardware. Thank you Synth Cloud for truly servicing your customer and meeting the high expectations with high quality, creative sounds and presets!

I bought some Pink Floyd sounds for my Nord Stage 3 and they sounded amazing. They have saved a lot of time and have achieved something I could not figure out how to programme. The response from their Customer service is great. I am sure I will buy some other products!!! Really recommendable

I am very satisfied! I bought a sound bank for the Nord Stage 3, but I am very bad with technology, so I couldn't install the sounds. They kindly helped me, investing a lot of time to explain how to do it, and now I have the sounds installed. Thank you so much for everything!

Synth cloud got back to me with an email straight away after I asked them for a welcome discount for the 10% and they gave me 20% instead. Great guys! Very happy with the service. And the icing on the cake was another 30% off for leaving a honest review on trust pilot. Excellent work guys ;-)

Great experience with Synthcloud resolving an issue with files that were not downloading properly. I sent an email with a screenshot of the error and within a day got a prompt response and a solution to the problem. Very easy and no-nonsense. Great customer experience for me and I would recommend their products.
