Honestly, these guys are legends. The packs are top-tier quality—no filler, just straight fire. Plus, the support team is actually helpful and didn't leave me talking to a bot for three hours. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

I bought the T9T9 EXP soundpack to play the hits of my favourite band, Toto! Sounds are very high quality and very close to the original sounds used by the band. And customer support is very responsive too: some sounds from the soundpack were missing, I just emailed them and they sent the missing sounds very quickly.

It’s quick and easy to get the sounds. They send you the downloads immediately and if you have problems they will respond accordingly to fix it.

I purchased a sample set for my Nord Stage 4 and initially had a couple of technical issues (mainly down to me...). After a quick email to their support address, Emily was extremely helpful and I am now a very happy customer. The quality of the samples and patches are also excellent and I will certainly be buying more.

I recently purchased some sound libraries from them for my Korg Kronos X keyboard. To be honest, these sounds were designed for the model that came after mine, so they weren’t immediately usable. I have to say that the store immediately took action to make the product fully compatible with my instrument. Everything was converted so that I could start using these sounds right away. I really want to thank them because they saved me a lot of time. They were very helpful, thorough, and kind. Klasse Sounds für das NS 4compact erworben, sind immer Teil-Sounds eines Songs. Sollte man wissen. Macht aber trotzdem Spaß, die sounds zu nutzen. Hatte ein paar Probleme beim Runterladen auf das Nordstage, aber nach ein paar Mails wurden mir die sounds erneut über Dropbox zugeschickt- und alles war gut. Rasche Hilfe, super nett

Having recently discovered Synthcloud and become a customer in 2026, I can vouch for the excellent quality of their sound packs. I should add, the Synthcloud customer support is genuinely excellent: in a world where customer service is seemingly in perpetual decline, the support I personally received from Synthcloud went well beyond my expectations.
