Seems like this courier company are a nightmare as I am finding out. Ordered 25th Nov for delivery 28th and nothing heard. Chased Dell today who said they’ve tried to deliver 3 times now and it’s gone back. What courier company doesn’t let you know they’re going to attempt delivery or put a note through your door to say they’re attempted and to contact them. Shocking service.

The issue is with Dell and not Syncreon.

Waiting for a delivery from Dell. Dell tell me it has left their factory Syncreon tell me they haven't received it.
This is all very frustrating as I was supposed to have the laptop this week.

Like everyone else writing a review, I placed an order for a Dell Desktop on the 19th November.
Delivery was confirmed for the 26th November and nothing came. I then spoke to Dell who confirmed the 29th and what a surprise nothing came.
Delivery has been arranged for today, however after speaking to Dell to confirm today’s date, it AGAIN has been delayed by the courier.
Can someone please sort this disgusting service out?

It makes sense that Dell would use this company as their courier because they are equally as useless when it comes to customer service. The only way to contact them is through Dell. The parcel tracker is rudimentary. If you ever have a problem with your order you would be better off cancelling it and getting your money back. All I want to do is tell them to keep my parcel at their depot for collection. I can’t even do that.
Update: DP world decided to contact me after leaving this review and thanks to their help I was eventually able to set up my parcel for collection. For this I give an extra star, however, I shouldn’t have to leave a bad review for them to contact me. They should make it a straightforward process to contact them for something so simple.

Ordered a Dell Laptop, which was meant to be delivered yesterday so I took a day off work.
I was at home, my wife was at home and somehow according to the courier - no one was at home and they couldn't access my building... There is a door, and a buzzer right next to that but lets ignore that for now.
Day 2 (as I write this) and I have a taken another day off. It is 18:35 now and I am still waiting on a redelivery that has been out since 07:25. Fair chance this won't happen and I cannot take a 3rd day off.
Order tracking gives zero details as to the parcel status, or even any links to customer service so I have no idea where it is. I have just written to Dell to request a cancellation and refund because just like everyone else, I am hugely disappointed. I should have just used Amazon.

Have an email from Dell saying delivered. A receipt from DPD saying Stephen the driver delivered it! Guess what no delivery been on phone to DPD twice after 15 min wait, customer service service agent cant find order. Says I will just check something else and disconnects the call.
Update: DPD delivred to wrong address nice nieghbour dropped parcel round. Never heard anything back from DPD. Dell didnhowever refund £80 for inconvenience and apologised.

I've been waiting for a delivery of a Dell desktop, and keep getting the missed delivery emails. The status says "Delivery Attempted - Customer Not Home". I have certainly been home and the driver has made no attempt to deliver the parcel. When trying to dial the Syncreon phone number in the status email, the phone number isn't valid. This is a shockingly poor service.
I just want to pick up my computer!

Ordered a Dell laptop. The site says 'delivered' but the laptop never arrived. I was home, by an open window, at the time the website says it was delivered. Really disappointed as I'm happy with Dell products, but this "service" it awful....fraudulent?

There seems to be no way to get in contact with this company. Delivery was due 31/10/23 but I was not home when they came, and couldn't be as they didn't communicate when they would attempt a delivery. The same issue the next day. Now ever since, by order has been sitting at a local delivery depot and I have no way of going to collect it or arranging for a delivery date that is convenient. Can a representative please reach out?

Dell indique que ma commande est expédiée depuis le 27 octobre pour une livraison le 31 octobre par syncreon. Le site de suivi de colis syncreon indique que celle-ci est au dépôt local depuis le 02 novembre à 3h du matin (il y a plus de 48h). Je n'ai aucune information sur la livraison à part qu'elle est prévue... il y a 4 jours. Je suis sur le point d'annuler cette commande Dell de presque 12000€ et de me tourner vers Hewlett-Packard Entreprise car je voulais du matériel et un service professionnel

I have ordered my dell and delivery was schedule but when I tried to see if it was delivered that day there was no card left . There is no number to call . When they have said an attempt deliver was made I was home .

I have been due to recieve my order from dell, but have not been in at the time of delivery. There has been no communication if my order will be tried to be redelivered, only a tracking that says delivery has been attempted. There is no card out into the house, and i do not know when my parcel will be delivered to me or where it is currently. There is no number to call either. Can somebody help?

I want to say a big thank you to Natasha and Alan for helping me with my order. I was told my laptop would arrive in 17/10/2023 by Syncreon, but there were issues with communication and the tracking site didn't work/update. I left feedback here, and Natasha and Alan quickly got in touch and fixed the problem. They were really helpful.
It's a shame that while their customer service is great, syncreon services should make it easier to track orders and talk to someone directly on their website, instead of relying on customers leaving negative feedback to get help.

A tracking system that tells you nothing. pointless. Update. Dell replied to me on this and gave a vital piece of information. Who the local courier was DHL. Phoned them they had it So I was able to drive to their depot and pick the item up. Thank you Dell.

So I waited to get the email telling me my dell PC was coming for some time after I ordered it then out of the blue I am expected to drop everything and spend the whole of the next day at home waiting for it. I had to pop out and guess what they supposedly tried to deliver it even though I left instructions to try next door now there's no way of contacting them so I guess I wait again for anotherb mail and then have to spend anotherbwhole day at home. Why does dell use such a crap company all other delivery companies give u a 2 hour window and provide useful tracking info this dp world is appalling. Can someone from this company contact me and enlighten me as to when I have to put my life on hold again just to receive a parcel its 2023 not 1980!

Ordered a Dell computer on the 12th September. Estimated delivery was 19th September. Its now been with Syncreon from the 18th of September and still not received my computer.... Got in touch with Dell on the 22nd September to see what was going on and Syncreon tracking still says delivery 19th September... this is getting beyond a joke as the tracking says its been in Syncreon warehouse from the 18th!!!
***UPDATE*** 29th September
The Dp world tracking says delivery was attempted today. This is totally not the case, as we have CCTV, and no delivery attempted or no calling card was left. Total and utter lies!! Along with the response I got with this post saying somebody would be in touch... Guess what... nobody has contacted me at all!! How Dell can use such a poor delivery service is beyond me!!

My original delivery date was estimated to be the 15th of September.
Then revised to 26th. Then to 25th.
On the morning of 23rd I got a call from a DPD delivery driver who had another order of mine plus half of my Dell order in his truck.
However he could not deliver my Dell product as the company had not provided him a specific code he needed to leave the package with me. Additionally he had no information on the second part of my order.
He mentioned the package would be most likely delivered on Monday the 25th. I decided to work from home that Monday to receive package.
After verification, the online tracker says a driver unsuccessfully tried to deliver my package in the morning but that I was not home. This isn’t true as I was home and didn’t see any truck pass by.
Now I have no idea where my package is and no way to contact Syncreon / DP world to plan another delivery.
This is a frustrating situation as I depend on these items to work properly from home.
**Edit- it is now the 26th and I have 2 “fantom deliveries” logged on the tracker. I was hope during both and no one came to my home at those times.
I also attempted to contact Dell who told me that there was an attempt to deliver but I was not home for that.

Useless, and I blame Dell for using such a useless supplier. PC despatched 'early' by Dell on Thu 21 Sep for next day delivery. Arrived with syne at c4am Fri 22 Sep and has been there since. No update over the weekend just says delayed. Dell customer service equally useless.

Like many others in these reviews, I ordered a laptop from Dell with an estimated delivery date on the 26th.
On the 19th they messaged me that the order is arriving on the 20th between 8am-6pm. Nothing arrived that day and then the tracker was retroactively updated on the 21st saying that the order is at my local delivery depot. The tracker still says estimated delivery is on the 20th (today is the 22nd).
Really unhappy with the terrible tracker and the phantom delivery attempt.
At this point I just hope my laptop arrives at all.

I have two laptops on order form Dell. Order placed on Sep 17th, delivery stated for 19th. I received an email from Dell stating they were shipped on the 18th, delivery stated for 19th. Since then I have had no contact from anyone.
Today is the 22nd, still no sign of my laptops. 'Tracking' info on SYN website still states expected delivery on the 19th and that they were both at the local depot on the 19th by 3:15am (although this update didnt appear until the 21st.
I stayed home all day on the 19th, not happy.
