No updates on delivery, poor experience.

Dell had shipped my laptop early, delivery on the 30th of April. DP World site showing that the order has shipped and due on the 30th, no updates to site, no communications from DP world. Dell now showing as delivery 'soon' with no information as to what's going on. Can't raise anyone at DP world for information or tracking, very disappointing.

Es wurde ein Lieferdatum von DELL vom 8.4. Habe dafür extra HO arrangiert. Keine genaueren Zeitangaben. Keine Informationen.

Schlussendlich (Nach Kontaktierung des DELL Hilfecenters) erfolgt die geplante Auslieferung nun durch Planzer am nächsten Tag

Zero communication, Zero tracking information

The ETA of my order is due in two days. On the dell website, it says my order is with a local carrier already.
But the tracking system's been showing "your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse" only!!
And when I tried to talk to someone and change my delivery to work, they seem to be blocking every single way of communication.
God knows what's going on with my order.
Why am I experiencing all these stress??
Frustration only....

Another unhappy customer who can't see what's going on with my Dell laptop delivery.
Dell email said to be at home ready to accept delivery 3 days ago. No delivery. No updates.

Waiting for a delivery which says due today. Very poor tracking on website which never updates. Still has not arrived, would like to contact them but no options on their website

Edit: thank you to syncreon to reaching out quickly after leaving the review. Unfortunately all they were able to tell me is they don’t have a positive response for locating the parcel. So without a laptop for another 3 weeks. Don’t understand why dell would choose to use such poor couriers, although would make sense given the CEO used to work at Dell.

Order was not delivered

My order was due to be delivered today but nobody showed up.
I even sent multiple mails to the company two days ago and asked them to please let me know in case the delivery is delayed. But I didnt even get a reply. Now I had to use one of my vacation days from work for nothing.

And Im not quite sure why they even have a tracking tool as it doesnt update the status and still shows it will be delivered today.

By far the worst experience with a delivery company so far.

Item dispatched days ago, one website saying with local courier, but syncreon tracker saying not even been processed yet and is meant to be delivered tomorrow.

Ordered a laptop from Dell with…

Ordered a laptop from Dell with estimated delivery date of 22nd to 28th March. Dell dispatched the order and it updated to an ETA of 2nd April. Dell website states it’s with local courier yet the syncreon website advises it hasn’t even been dispatched yet.

Spoke to fell earlier who advised it was due to on the 27th March and as I refreshed the Syncreon website it updated to delivery on the 27th. I have no idea at all what is happening with my delivery.

Probably the worst delivery service…

Probably the worst delivery service ever, had to take a day off work as they sent me a message that my delivery was coming a day early, guess what.... It didn't arrive, website says its out for delivery today so 2nd day off work (2 days annual leave now lost), no time stated on when it's getting delivered. So guess it's going to be another whole day at home waiting. Going by all the reviews left below I'm taking bets on if it gets delivered today. Dell have been brilliant on thier side and understand the pain.

Tracking website is as useful as a chocolate teapot!!

Tracking website it’s either slow or not updated which is completely unacceptable when used by such a big company like dell, ordered a computer on the 18th with 3-5 day delivery. It’s the 24th today and there has been not a single update on the website since I was given the tracking ( not yet processed at our warehouse). I see a lot of reviews showing the same experience and am looking for support to find my package and an accurate delivery date.

The tracking system that doesn't

"Your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse" and yet it's "due"(tm) to be delivered in two days time. What's the point of a tracking system that appears to be a static webpage?

Same as the other reports I'm reading.

I ordered a laptop from dell. Was told it would arrive yesterday so I took yesterday and today off just to be careful. Who doesn't like a long weekend. Now I'm told Tuesday? I mean come on. Why tell me Thursday to then tell me its gonna be another 5 days. I can not be there so what's going to happen? This look bad for dell now. With the money I lost for today and yesterday I could have bought the laptop from amazon and already have it and saved about 50 euro. I bought it with dell because of the price and the assurance from dell. Companies (in Ireland anyway) need to offer people a choice in delivery company. With no option to chose then what is stopping companies like this treating customers the way they do. I'm so tired of ordering online and having only one option, I don't know if this is the cheapest option but it is certainly the least professional option. I know its only a laptop but it's really disrupted the past few days and it's not over yet. Logistics experts lol. Give me a break. I would have flown to the UK. Picked up the laptop and flown back in the same day. 2 weeks for a simple delivery. I fail to see how complicated it can be. By all means if I can get a valid explanation for this I will change my review but it will have to be an act of god type of excuse.

I have recently ordered some equipment frrom DELL, it was due on the 15th which i gad arrange to be at home, but i received an email today saying that delivery will be Monday and i have no option to change the date, nobody is going to be at the delivery address, so what the heck am i supposed to do?

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a Dell monitor. It was due to be delivered Wednesday. Stayed in all day from 8am to 8pm and no delivery. Have video etc to prove no one came to our house. Tracking updated at end of day to say delivery attempted and no access to site. This was the first outright lie. I logged the issue with dell and asked for an update but no response.
Thursday system just said out for delivery but again nothing.
On Friday the system said out for delivery and then at 8pm the system was updated once again to say delivery attempted but no access to site. Another lie. I have sent a second email to Dell via their portal and again no response. This delivery company should not have the contract with Dell. Waiting to see if the monitor ever arrives but sick and tired of having to spend all day at home. This is totally unacceptable

And Dell - don’t say you’ll get back to me within 24 hours. The dell support portal just states that my issue has been assigned. This was 3 days ago…….i await a response….

I have purchased a monitor from dell on…

I have purchased a monitor from dell on Nov 24th 2023 is been shipped with syne . I am yet to receive my order. Can anyone please let me know how I can get to them. Do we have any email/phone for raising a complaints .Tracking update saying it has been returned to warehouse. I tried contacting warehouse which is the only phone number I could get. Can anyone please help me out.
Update : issue has been resolved now. Monitor has been delivered on 2/01/2024 12:15 PM with tracking being updated correctly. Thank you so much.
