I've been using SwitchBot products since the first Kickstarter campaign for the SwitchBot curtain devic. 4-5 years after, still going strong with multiple daily uses. Its a real workhorse. Since they increased their product offer to more devices i've been using the switchbot bot, various meters, hub and water leak detector (only tested to see if it works, hopefully i won't ever hear it but good to have in case something leaks in the hotpress). Integrated some devices with Home Assistant. No connection issues etc.. so far so good!

Products are great when they work, but customer service is nonexistent once something breaks.
My Vision Pro Keypad died after a few months. It's been 11 days with no real help from support:

Took 4 days for a human reply, which was a generic response ignoring my issue. Requested more help—now 7 days of silence.

My door lock has been unusable for over a week. I own multiple SwitchBot devices (Hub 2, Hub 3, Lock Ultra, Lock Pro, Vision Lock Pro, x4 Curtain rollers) and used to recommend them enthusiastically. No more—I'm done buying SwitchBot and switching to other brands. Lack of support and basic care has killed any loyalty.

I’ve been using the SwitchBot Hub 3 for about 5 months now and it has completely transformed my home automation. It was incredibly easy to set up and works flawlessly with all my devices. I use not so many SwitchBot products currently, as my smart home setup was already quite extensive when SwitchBot began to gain more and more traction in the smart home market.

and I'm very satisfied with all of them so far.

I bought the SwitchBot Lock Ultra when it was brand new on the market. Initially, there were occasional calibration issues (the lock would lose calibration and need to be recalibrated).
However, SwitchBot quickly fixed this with a software update, and since then, I've hardly experienced the problem at all. It's great when a manufacturer reacts quickly to problems and resolves them. Basically, the lock has always opened the door for me, and I never carry a key with me anymore. It's truly a fantastic experience that I wouldn't want to be without.

The other SwitchBot products I use also work flawlessly and reliably.

I also like that SwitchBot tries to bring new, innovative products to the market, such as the AI ​​Art Frame or the Acemate Tennis Robot.

For me, this is definitely a recommendable manufacturer who tries to address customer wishes and problems.

Have been using their blind tilt, remote and contact sensor for a while, and very happy with it. Works flawlessly together and integrates in Home Assistant! Pricing is also very reasonable. Would recommend!

I’ve been in contact with their customer care twice, and both times there was no playing around. They sorted out my problem immediately.

I ordered the S10 after watching many review videos from different people. What immediately impressed me was the fact that it has two separate stations and, above all, the ability to automatically fill and drain water. No more dirty and smelly tanks to empty.

In my case, I took advantage of an amazing 60% discount offer. Unfortunately, due to high demand, the delivery time was significantly delayed, and it only arrived 4 days ago. I must say that every time I contacted SwitchBot for updates on the delay, they were always prompt in their responses, and each time they even granted me an additional discount. You can tell the company really cares about its customers.

As soon as it arrived, I set everything up. In my case, I had to purchase a few additional connectors (not included), but the provided accessories should be sufficient for most users. After configuring the app and connecting the robot, I immediately started the home mapping process, which took less than half an hour (90 sqm apartment).

Once the mapping was complete, I tested the cleaning in a single room. Here I encountered a few issues with water loading, which failed three times showing an “abnormal water loading” error. I tried searching online, but I had already ruled out the common causes. Eventually, the process worked—most likely because, although not mentioned in the manual, the system needs a few attempts to properly fill the circuit.

After that, the robot started vacuuming and mopping… and I must say, the floor was perfectly clean. I set it so that after each room, the robot returns to the base to empty and refill water.

On Sunday, I had it clean the entire house with two passes (vacuum + mop). This obviously takes more time, but the precision of the cross-pattern cleaning leaves no chance for dirt. In this mode, the battery wasn’t enough to complete the whole job, but that wasn’t a problem—it simply recharged to 50% and then finished the last room.

Today I scheduled a full vacuum of the house, and it completed everything in 55 minutes.

At the moment, I’m extremely happy with the purchase. Watching it work while you relax on the couch reading a book or watching TV is priceless… absolutely highly recommended.

Habe mit den Curtain Robotern angefangen und seitdem die - übrigens perfekt in HomeAssistant eingebunden - funktionieren, mein System immer erweitert.
Meine halbe Wohnung besteht aus SwitchBot Produkten und Automationen, es sind einfach bezahlbare Produkte mit großer Vielfalt.

So i’ve added 2 meters plus to measure th difference between 2 sides of the living room, when in summer that way i can close the curtains when the temperature goes up and it stays nice and cool. In winter it does the opposite, when the temperature goes up it means the sun in shining and the curtains open so it can warm up the house. Love the products the provide!

i tried switchbot because they were affordable and had interesting new devices (door lock with face id) and i was really surprised. With other smarthome companies i always had expensive prices, connection issues, bad apps etc. switchbot however has a solid app and the connection of the devices (even with mixed 2,4ghz and 5ghz) is incredible. Also the matter integration is working extremely well

I’m absolutely thrilled with my SwitchBot products — the Air Purifier Table 2E and the Mini Robot Vacuum K10+. The purifier’s sleek, modern design fits perfectly into my home, and the Mini Robot impresses me with how powerful and versatile it is for such a compact device.

The products seem to be good but customer service is really bad. I sent an email to their customer service and it's been over a week with no reply. I also tried calling. They say they are open at 10am PDT. I called right at the time they opened and have now been on hold for 38 minutes.

Der SwitchBot K10+ Saugroboter hat mich insgesamt wirklich überzeugt. Besonders beeindruckend ist seine kompakte Bauweise – im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Saugrobotern kommt er problemlos in enge Bereiche, unter Möbel oder zwischen Stuhlbeine. Gerade in kleineren Wohnungen oder bei vielen Möbeln ist das ein großer Vorteil.

Auch die Reinigungsleistung ist für die Größe erstaunlich stark. Staub, Krümel und Tierhaare werden zuverlässig aufgenommen, und der Roboter arbeitet dabei angenehm leise. Dadurch kann er auch problemlos laufen, während man zu Hause ist oder arbeitet. Die Navigation und App-Steuerung funktionieren größtenteils sehr gut: Zeitpläne lassen sich einfach einstellen, und der Roboter lässt sich bequem über das Smartphone starten oder pausieren.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Absaugstation, die den Staub automatisch entleert. Das reduziert den Wartungsaufwand erheblich und macht die Nutzung im Alltag besonders komfortabel.

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt: Aufgrund der Sensoren kommt es gelegentlich vor, dass der Roboter irgendwo hängen bleibt oder an einer Kante hängen bleibt. Das passiert jedoch selten und lässt sich meist schnell beheben.

Fazit:Der SwitchBot K10+ ist ein sehr praktischer, leistungsstarker und angenehm leiser Saugroboter, der besonders durch seine kompakte Größe punktet. Trotz der kleinen Schwäche bei den Sensoren ist er insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine zuverlässige und komfortable Reinigungslösung suchen.

Ho acquistato dei sensori wireless per misurare temperatura e umidità in diversi punti della casa e sono stato piacevolmente stupito da varie cose, non solo dal prodotto. In primis mi sembrano costruiti con buoni materiali, l'app permette di integrare in una sola pagina tutti i valori provenienti dai sensori e il servizio assistenza è fantastico.

Der SwitchBot Smart mmWave Radar Presäntzmelder ist so unglaublich träge! Ich habe bereits drei Bluetooth-Extender im Haus, aber selbst wenn einer davon in unmittelbarer Nähe platziert ist, reagiert das Gerät, als wäre es im Winterschlaf. Man beachte, nur der PIR (Bewegungssensor) läuft über Matter oder Zigbee aber nicht der Presänzmelder, der nutzt Bluetooth!

Der Preis wäre eigentlich gut, aber so nützt es mir leider nichts. Das Gerät ging zurück und wurde durch ein anderes Modell (Aqara FP300) ersetzt.

Als Gegenleistung wurde mir angeboten, mir etwas aus dem Sortiment auszusuchen (zur Auswahl standen zwei Artikel).
Was soll man denn davon halten?

I preordered a ai artframe. The order was expected to ship by the end of January 2026. Here it is 3/2/2026 and I haven't received it yet. I can't get them to respond to emails, and I just sat on hold with them for over 4 hours and nobody answered the phone. EVER. Do not purchase from them!!

I've been using SwitchBot Curtain Rod 3 for a few months and I'm very satisfied. QuietDrift is a killer feature for me as the motor noise does not disturb my sleep before my alarm goes off. Bluetooth connectivity is also a big plus, since you don't have to invest in a hub to use the curtain bot. The app is easy to use. The only drawback for me is that Matter integration requires the SwitchBot Hub, but it wasn't crucial since Bluetooth works without a hub.

Easy setup good product.

I bought the switch bot. And it works perfectly.
It's a little bit bigger than expected men but it doesn't bother me at all.
