Commandé début avril plusieurs articles sur le site de SwitchBot, on vous dit livraison 3 à 7 jours, livré en 13 jours et colis bloqué en Allemagne par DHL, en plus vous payé des frais de douane (Hong Kong) que votre banque vous prélève sans autorisation et qui ne sont pas stipulés dans la commande alors que le site se dit être en Europe. Après plusieurs réclamations au support clients pour le remboursement des frais de douane on vous dit que c'est la banque qui prélève c'est frais. C'est entièrement faux car on vous cache que les livraisons partent de Hong Kong.
Réfléchissez à deux fois avant de comander sur ce site .
Beware: SwitchBot ignores 2-year Legal Warranty & S10 is unreliable
I’ve had the SwitchBot S10 for close to 2 years, and it’s been a nightmare. Here is the list of failures: plumbing kit broken, roller brush issues, leaking station, and finally, a leaking robot that had to be replaced.
Now, since March 2026, the robot is failing again (water charging issue). Even though I am in Belgium and protected by the 2-year EU legal warranty, SwitchBot support has twice refused to honor it, claiming the warranty is over. This is an illegal practice in the EU.
They are trying to charge me for repairs on a product that has never worked reliably for more than a few months. Total breach of trust. If you are in Europe, stay away—they do not respect your consumer rights.

The "Old House" Reality Check
I really want to love the SwitchBot Lock Ultra Touch Combo, but the setup hasn't been the "plug-and-play" experience I expected. If you live in a townhouse with an older door like mine, be prepared for some extra legwork.
The main hurdle is the mounting bracket; my original keys simply don't fit into it. To make this work, I actually need to head to the locksmith to have my keys changed to a style that the SwitchBot can actually grip. It’s also a bit of a commitment because once the lock is installed, a key stays in the hole permanently. This means I won't be able to use a physical key from the outside at all anymore.
Because of that, I’m waiting until I have someone else in the house to help me test the Keypad Touch codes. I don't fancy being locked out of my own home if the fingerprint or code fails on the first go! I haven't finished the installation yet because of these logistical hurdles, but I’m hopeful that once the locksmith is sorted, the daily convenience will make these initial obstacles a thing of the past.
Non existent support for faulty goods
SwitchBot mini vacuum faulty ie not working after two months. No response at all to numerous contacts for support. I am left severely out of pocket with a useless robot vacuum. Avoid this company at all costs.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago, no response
Placed an order 3 weeks ago, absolutely zero correspondence or updates regarding what is happening despite all products being in stock at the time of ordering. Submitted a ticket a 10 days ago requesting an update which took 6 days for a reply which basically said we might try to ship your order soon, can't even cancel the order because they don't respond to anything.
Producten ok, er is echter geen enkele support.
De producten zijn zoals ze zijn. Zodra je support nodig hebt laten ze niets meer horen. Er is geen contactmogelijkheid, behale per email. En daarop wordt vrijwel niet gereageerd.
Mijn advies, bestel hier niet!

Not getting my money back!
I returned my items 26.6.2025 and money was supposed to be returned to my bank account asap.
After many contacts I get message from them 17.8.2025 due to system error they can not send the money to my bank account and ask for Paypal account to send it. Today 3.9.2025 I still havent reiceived my money back.

Very good product.
You need to be patient about shipping time. It might take some weeks.
But the product is very nice.
I bought multiple Roller shade - and it works just fine.
By mistake they didn't include the solar for the charge of battery - but writing to support fixed that issue fast.
I am happy with Switch bot.

Commande non honorée depuis plus d’un mois. Aucun suivi réel.
J’ai passé commande début mars et accepté d’attendre jusqu’au 20 mars, date à laquelle un des produits devait être à nouveau en stock. Depuis, malgré plusieurs échanges avec le support, ma commande est restée « non traitée » sans nouvelle date claire de réapprovisionnement.
Et maintenant, on m’annonce un nouvel envoi repoussé au mois de mai, sans aucune garantie précise.
Après plus d’un mois d’attente et plusieurs relances, j’ai finalement dû demander l’annulation et le remboursement intégral.
Le service client est certes poli, mais les réponses sont répétitives et peu concrètes. Aucune réelle anticipation ni communication proactive. Très déçu de cette expérience d’achat, qui a été l’une des pires à ce jour.

Small and handy and cleans excellently. Good software that you can adapt to the apartment. Tip to set "No-go Zone" (min 10x10cm) or "Virtual Wall" (10cm thick) in the primary tour.
Smooth support to chat or email. Fast and good delivery.

I received the item fairly quickly. In return, I have now waited a very long time just to get an answer regarding a request for the return of some of the goods sent. I'm afraid it's going to take a long time to run through my entire return request. The whole process around returns seems very old-fashioned and the customer is left in uncertainty

It is a total scam. Product did not work, ask for some support and having replying from customer support. After is not working and asking for a return inside the 30 days return period offered, no one replies anymore
The worst customer care experience I…
The worst customer care experience I have ever been through! If their mailbox isn’t full, meaning they can’t even receive your mail, then they ignore you and pass you around for weeks on end. I never write reviews of this nature, so it takes a lot for me to get to this point. Great products when they work. But when you need support, just forget it and bin the item. Such a shame, but avoid them.

Review: I’m quite surprised by the low rating, I personally had a great experience with SwitchBot customer support.
Bought 2 curtains about 10 months ago, one stopped working properly. Contacted SwitchBot via chat on their website, they suggested some things to try of which none fixed the issues unfortunately. So they sent me a replacement straight away once they received the information they needed regarding my particular curtain.
Contact with them was easy. I have no complaints regarding my experience!
