lost my lens cap to my SV503 80 mm and tryed to get a replacement but was told I needed to show E-mail and order receipt to get one. that's stupid I lost it at star party and not there fault in any way but can't sell me a new one. so final is poor customer service in sales after the fact, and Don't sell repair parts as a customer service. Most likely they only sell new telescopes period so don't lose or break a part on your SVBONY item. 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒

Tutto perfetto, ma al momento dell'apertura confezione e controllo degli oggetti, vedo che sono presenti due prolunghe ottiche da 20mm, mentre invece dovrebbero essere presenti una da 20mm e una da 16,5mm per consentire di raggiungere la distanza focale giusta. Il problema che in questo modo non posso arrivare alla lunghezza giusta,scrivo all'assistenza e mi rispondono subito, dicendomi che avrebbero controllato nei loro magazzini e nel caso avrebbero spedito la parte corretta, nel frattempo chiedono le foto. Invio le foto e la loro risposta è che secondo loro sono giuste e mi dicono di inviare delle foto dove si vede la misura. Effettuo le foto e le invio, passano i giorni e non mi arriva alcuna risposta, riscrivo e mi rispondono che hanno inviato la risposta allegando lo screenshot della mail (quella dove mi richiedevano le foto), rispondo che avevo inviato le foto e attendevo risposta. Tutto tace, ho dovuto acquistare a parte la prolunga mancante. Servizio pessimo, consiglio di rivolgersi ad altri marchi.

I bought one of their SV705c cameras in July 2024. The website says there is lifetime warranty. It failed after 18 months and SVBony stated “it’s ok, we give 2 year warranty” (?). However, they then said “it’s a planetary camera” suggesting it cannot be used for deep sky even while their marketing page says otherwise. They also agreed that the failure was sensor/ADC (I provided copious proof with files, pics and stats) but, to get it repaired, they said it would cost me a lot to send back to China (also, the fact is you don’t repair sensor/ADC faults, you replace the camera). I stated I wanted a replacement and they came back and said “£125 plus shipping” suggesting this was a good deal for an in warranty camera which failed in 18 months. They don’t have an honest warranty system, it’s like a subscription plan. Pay once at full price (£250) and then pay again 18 months later, then again once it fails in another 18 months….. Nice business if you can get it.

I've bought a canon lens to astro camera adapter from Svbony. It is impossible to focus with it, rendering my canon lenses useless for the purpose. I've asked Svbony several times to show me what I may do wrong or send me a return label. Svbony does neither but tells me I have to pay for the returnment myself (and thus recognizes that the adapter doesn't work). So they sell and keep the money for their useless products. Isn't that fraud?

The evri delivery took my parcel to the wrong place and sbvony expected me to go looking for it. Wasted 152pound
5 days ago I was told wait 2 days. Today they say another 2 days and are ignoring me save your money
