I haven’t received my parcel for 3 weeks and Australian post admitted they delivered wrong address and trouble to find it but at least they apologised
And I emailed surfstitch customer service staff ‘Tamika’ Who told me that It’s been delivered my place so look around and find it with :) smile face.
Is she kidding me??

They used to be really good now the products are bad in quality

So if you are in NZ, this website comes up as a NZ e-commerce company, but they're Aussie based. Additionally, their sizes are American which I missed - my bad, but considering I thought I was buying from a NZ co, size 9 should've been size 9 right?
Not going through the return rigmarole given the comments below, but wouldn't purchase again, purely because I want to be sure of what I'm purchasing, and want to support local business.

Very efficient posting and very efficient returns policy> I have used the site multiple times for shopping purposes and have always found products to be well represented by the photos displayed; of which there are multiple for individual products. Would certainly recommend SurfStitch!

The worst customer service I have experienced processing a return. The cotton beach poncho was not fit for purpose so I followed the Surfstitch returns process to the letter (even adding tracking at my expense to the returned package). The goods were received & to date I have still not received a refund from Surfstitch. After multiple calls, emails & live chats I began to feel more & more disenchanted & untrusting. They would not refund my credit card without the CVV & after discussing this with my bank, who advised me not to disclose it no alternative was offered. My bank suggested opening a dispute case & has refunded me the money. I have never experienced this before & wished I'd read the forums prior to my order. Please beware!

Slowest shipping I have experienced ever.

Don't buy anything from a seller/company who can't be bothered to make contact after sale. See other reviews "same same".They only sell crap Chinese products anyway..." I suggest only Buying Australian 100% Made Products". 1x Bennie Total cost $47.94 AUD ripoff they have to be kidding. Never again. Price gouging or what!

Pas assez de transparence et manque cruel d'information sur les conditions et frais de douane, ainsi que sur le fonctionnement et les délais de livraison selon les produits. Pour ma première et dernière commande sur ce site : délais de livraison extrêmement plus longs que ceux annoncés, un article n'a pas été envoyé car plus disponible sans m'en informer au préalable (article débité à la commande puis recrédité plus de 2 semaines après), délai de traitement d'un retour d'article -trop grand- et de remboursement excessivement long (1 mois) et enfin demande de SAV qui reste à ce jour toujours non-traitée pour un article qui s'est anormalement déchiré au bout de deux semaines seulement. Je ne recommande pas ce site dont plus d'un service laisse clairement à désirer.

Sadly this company's customer service has lead me to write this review. I purchased a item in December and I have been unable to contact them to return the unwanted product. The company have been unresponsive by both telephone and email for 2 months and I am still waiting to hear from them on how to return the item. A word of warning for anyone shopping online with them.

I returned a box of shoes that was delivered in a satchel only. Their drop off point taped the return slip to the box after I had left and therefore Surf Stitch refused to accept the item back. Train your drop off points please!

I will not be ordering from surf stitch again! I returned my goods 4 weeks ago now and still haven’t heard anything from the service team or received a refund! No excuse for it! The iconic (who is also Australian based take 10 days to return online goods)

Most frustrating online company I've had to deal with yet. Terrible delay in customer service, and very slow at processing returns. (I have been told my refund has been manually processed, still not showing up in my account) Will not shop there again. Don't waste your time with surfstitch, so many other reliable trustworthy companies to shop with.

Horrible Customer Service, Will not refund my order due to tiny fault in the item, returning item due to the sizing running too small (size 14 didnt fit when typically a size 12-14). Item was rejected and instead of receiving an email explaining the reasons for this, I got an email from Aus post stating that an order from Surfstitch was on its way.

Ordered something on a Sunday, they say they have Express Shipping, so it should have arrived Tuesday - one week later and it still has not arrived. I rang them, emailed about 3 times, sent customer enquires and nothing - nada. No response from anyone. Really terrible customer service and definitely not express shipping. Will go to another retailer for next purchase. Horrible experience. I do not recommend!

Ordered shoes from this company, received them as a size too big and they had dirt and dust on them (probably from a hole I’d found in the shoe box). So as anyone would, I returned them immediately. Thinking back now, I wish I’d taken photos first when I received them because the company has since called me a liar and denied my request for an exchange based on them receiving the shoes back EXACTLY as I received them as well (with dirt and sand on them)

Sent me the wrong pair of sunglasses twice before telling me they didn’t stock the model I ordered. Waste of time and customer service is very uneducated in their products and brand ranges. Avoid at all costs as it’s a waste of time.

I bought a hoodie, which started to unravel on the hem...i returned it and they cut the loose cotton off and sent it back!!!?? The stuff is rubbish

I bought a Stussy reversible jacket, which was $51 cheaper than the Glue Store. Delivery was exceptionally quick. I have an issue with one of the pockets, has been stitched so that you can't get completely into it. Which leads me to believe they sell seconds, hence the cheap price

Worst Online Shopping Experience!
I bought a pair of bathers and after barely been able to try them on (too small) I sent them back only to never hear from SurfStitch. After following them up they claim the bathers are "dirty" and have sent them back. I am now stuck with a pair of bathers too small and most likely someone else dirtied them but they re-sold them to me. I do not recommend them AT ALL

Love surfstitch have been shopping with them for years. Love the free returns and exchanges. I think that keeps me ordering here, so if there is a size issue I just return and order again or exchange all for free. excellent!
