The Sun Bingo Anmeldelser

Very very bad experience..Deposited around 60£ not even a proper bonus or win..Tried their bingo..slots..Sugar rush paid £4..Seriously ..their rtp is way too funny..do not deposit..first read the experience & reviews before depositing..

Thought I'd try to see if I could win my chances of getting my christmas dinner bought tho with 1112 players no chance I've tried to ecplaine to customer service tho that I get feeling not intrested no we don't do refunds .....really

Heard from a few people that more players have been chat banned now all because of one player
The site allows players and hosts to talk filth and private message a group of players and discuss other players on this private chat.
There are only one or two hosts who do their job properly , the rest of them talk about their debts and how they cant afford to buy toilet roll until the next pay day , marriage break ups and how they play computer games all day and dont leave their house.
Do not speak out of turn in chat though as they will just chat ban you .

I’ve reviewed many casinos/bingo sites (many rated very badly). This review shows that I don’t believe they are all cut from the same clothe and use dodgy practices. I’ve used this site for some while and I’ve both won and lost, as is part of gambling. When you review sites badly they always want to use the “well you win sometimes and lose sometimes when you gamble”....of course you do, and no-one minds losing if the gameplay is fair. I’ve lost on this site plenty of times but I’ve never felt their gameplay has ever been unfair. And, should you win, the withdrawal process is easy and pretty quick (generally hits your bank about an hour after withdrawal, unless there’s the very rare issue). One to recommend in an oversaturated market that has many finding ways around the GC.

Absolutely scamers, few hundred no any win, no bonus games nothing and it's on 20p stakes, just run away from those piece of.......

I have played on many sites over the years but I can honestly recommend the sun bingo as the best one I've ever been on.
There is a variety of both bingo and slot games to play as well as side games
The prize money is very good as well.
The chat hosts are all very friendly too.

advertising free bingo and daily spin when you deposit and stake £10 but spent hrs in chat with them saying it had to be spent on bingo but no mention of that on promotion

Apparently I’m self excluded from sun bingo in which I never excluded myself from anything just goes to show that even the sun bingo is like all the other gambling sites run by complete scamming w@nkers keep well clear people they are fraudulent and corrupt

Very happy with the site so far, nice returns. Maybe it's just newbie's luck, but hey, who cares.

I have been playing for a long time I have never and probably never will win Top Spin on daily Spin.
I have never won anything more than £100 in 3 years. I'm not going to waste any more of my money.

Absolutely love playing on Sun Bingo, it's my link to the outside world so to speak, all the chat hosts are very polite professional and can always have a laugh with you.
I do notice on here that alot of people seem to be putting low stars and silly reviews which clearly shouldn't be here or aimed at Sun Bingo!

the promotions are brilliant with chances to win tickets to weekends away or concerts, and are easy to win too!

Keep up the great work Sun Bingo and Hosts!

im sitting on chat and its like the hosts and certain players talk in code. So Joey host says she is back and then when someone says oh is lynny back he tells the player to shush. She is back though is all im saying but not saying her new name so keep shush about it
So the secret lovers can chat on the site again without anyone knowing cough cough

Scam never provided me my bingo session that i won on daily spin. Site glitched and they said they cannot honour it. total con and will never gamble again thanks

I've been treated very unfairly and been mislead, firstly I have been a customer for a few years this past year I've had no withdrawals I have been depositing regularly since December 2022 which was when the issue in question with PayPal started , there were a few deposits which were previously through PayPal in December 2022 I had an issue with my paypal it was used unauthorised for other transactions not involving gambling, and by mistake a few sun bingo transactions were included I swiftly contacted paypal to inform them that those were authorised by myself they then sent me confirmation that they updated that they were authorised so the case was closed in regards to sun bingo, during this time December 2022 onwards I had no contact from sun bingo about this everything was ok with my sun bingo account no restrictions were placed as I'd already informed paypal these were authorised I have the proof, so going forward I continued to deposit nearly every week with sun bingo since December 2022 and I was receiving various enticing offers of free spins and offers from sun bingo I continued to play and deposit all year without any withdrawals, I go to make a withdrawal on the 22nd of October 2023 of £170 which was my own cash I contact them to ask why it's pending still after the 24 hours stated processing time, they tell me it will be processed by the system , then I call again the next day and they put me on hold and come back to say that they have placed a restriction on my account and I need to send the proof from paypal, I contacted paypal and they sent over to me the case closure and that the transactions were authorised by myself they also told me the case is closed and there's nothing else they can do as it was so long ago, sun bingo currently still have my withdrawal of £170, what I am very frustrated about is how they allowed me to deposited around £1500 in this year alone without notifying me there was any restriction on my account or that I wouldn't get my funds if I requested a withdrawal, the only contact I've had from sun bingo is various offers and an email of an issue with a bingo game which was resolved, how can they take £1500 of me all year then when I request a withdrawal of £170 and then they refuse it due to the paypal issue from December 2022 which Id already sorted, they have taken my money with no intention of ever approving a withdrawal so they money has been taken off me all year under false pretences (username jeyda321)

Stay away sound advice absolutely robbing you no the rest they need to be investigated the sun group always think they are above the law the gambling commission is unfit for purpose the government needs to stop this if casinos think they can fleece people day in night out there are other terrible sites I could’ve mentioned but the sun is up there as one

I signed up deposited £10 and won £119.65 on a bingo game. I attempted to withdraw and they closed my account and refused to send my winnings saying I breached the terms of contract

I am thrilled to share my experience with Sun Bingo, a top-notch platform that genuinely values its customers. They have a strong commitment to honesty and transparency, which is truly impressive. Moreover, they treat their customers with the utmost respect, and I have never felt restricted by deposit limits or any other limitations. In my opinion, Sun Bingo provides unparalleled customer service that deserves recognition. Their staff is not only friendly and knowledgeable but also always willing to go above and beyond to assist. I have never experienced any negative behaviour from them - no rudeness, discrimination, or judgmental attitudes.

Sun Bingo is undoubtedly a platform that sets the standard for online gaming. They offer fast withdrawals and good payouts, don't rig the slot games, or restrict them to pay out only a certain limit like the other online casinos (Especially the ones always advertising on TV). They offer an enjoyable, safe, and fair experience that guarantees customer satisfaction. I am confident that Sun Bingo will continue to provide exceptional service and maintain its high standards, and I look forward to continuing my gaming experience with them.
THANK YOU THE SUN BINGO!

All I seem to do is deposit! Never win nevermind get a feature avoid at all costs I've now got rid of it!

I accept the casino is there to make money for itself, so not commenting on their greed.

It's an appalling site. Mind you, if you read the Sun, you get what you deserve.

Sun Bingo has so far been great for me esp the cashier as I have experienced a few sites want everything and the kitchen sink make a player jump through hoops to cash winnings.
Sun Bingo for me is drama free and fun.
Most reviews have been negative very dubious to deposit. Personally sun bingo gets my vote
