We bought a lean-to with polycarbonate roof which was supposedly UV resistant. After three years, cracks and faults appeared in the roof which leaked. We reported this with photos to the company and were given what we considered excuses why it might have occurred. They said it has been built at too narrow an angle although we had built it well within the specifications they provided. They said it could have either been cleaned with abrasive or fitted the wrong way round. Neither was true. They said we lived in a high pollution area although, as most people in England, we live in an ordinary town with nothing spectacular pollution-wise remotely near us. I think they even suggested our garden was south facing which according to them was also a problem. We are now replacing the roof via somebody else at our expense. Their after sales and customer care are diabolical. Stay well clear of this company!!!!

RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE. They did just reply to my review on Trustpilot but it was more of the same pathetic brushing us off. Our bungalow extension has a flat roof and no algae forms on it. In any case it has a gutter ahead of the lean to. They didn’t offer to replace the faulty items. They said they could supply replacement at FULL COST! We DO clean the roof regularly with water. The tip they mention is an ordinary council household items collection tip which has no relevance to the issues we have had. Total deflection from the company. When we first installed we were delighted and recommended to others. We would never dream of recommending now due to their unsympathetic approach to a customer’s genuine problem.

Well built, and easy to assemble Aluminium Lean to Gazebo. Issue with a damaged roof panel.on delivery, quickly sorted and replaced by the team. Highly recommended

Easy to order, delivered on time, roof panel was damaged but a replacement was sent quickly. Looks great, very pleased with it.

Bought 2 and the joining kit went together like a dream and everyone has said how good it looks easy to install and beautiful finish thanks

The customer service was excellent, delivery was very straightforward, so that's all very positive.

The shed itself is a little more flimsy than we had thought, quite difficult to construct, taking around 6 hours and also the instructions are not great.

Overall, if this is for your garden and you need it for tools, lawnmower etc, then I highly recommend it as for the price, it's good value.

Great product but website difficult to use and chaotic customer service. Requested delivery after an agreed date as I was away. Despite emails and phone call with customer service it was delivered a day early.

Do not use this company. Just look at their website – it will tell you how professional they are. The site looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 90s. Their emails always bounce back, so there’s no way to contact them. The shed was poor quality and, as expected, was delivered with damaged parts. There is a contact form on the website but never received any reply.

Bought a Aluminion lean too gazeebo, wasnt the easiest to put together as the instructions were in german! a part was missing also but they sent it out really quickly, much flimsier than we expected , to be fair it has been tested with these winds lately but I am abit disappointed that it appears to leak from one of the joins in the middle! I have no idea how as when we put it together the bottom poly sheet slots in underneath the top one so how it's leaking is beyond me ! There are gaps though but the instructions said there should be for expansion? All I know is I am £500 down and we haven't been able to use the gazedbo yet !

My bench came broken i fortunately done a video as I unboxed it. then I sent it to the company I was given the replacement parts seamlessly.

The actual company are good there distrubuters not so careful. Still I would use again.

Shed arrived on time and all items correct and in good condition with no issues

Great service from start to finish. Gazebo 372 design seems very well thought out. Everything came together easily. My only concern is the durability of the polycarbonate roofing material given we do occasionally get some gusty wind conditions but time will tell on that.

building arrived in a timely manner, however the size of the package was too big for one man to bring in to the back garden, as I couldnt help with a bad back myself.
I paid extra to get the leanto put up professionally and looks quite nice in the area I have put it.

Great item so far missing a few set screws but looks ok

The actual Patio Cover was excellent - very strong and robust with the solid aluminum frame.
The instructions were easy to follow and we had no problems erecting the follow item.
My wife and I put it up in 8hrs.
The only problem we had were the x10 screws (item Ba-E33 on page 26 of the instructions) these were not fit for purpose - they couldn't be screwed in fully as they were too tight and they broke or the heads rounded.
These screws were used for holding the X5 brackets (Ba-21) preventing the Polycarbonate sheets from out. I found my own screws that did the job perfectly. Value for money the item scores highly.

Simple and easy to use website, efficient service and delivery was very prompt

The package was delivered with visible damage to the box. This was recorded with photos. We were not ready to put the shed up but when we opened the box almost every panel was bent, buckled, scratched or dented.
The company were initially helpful and advised damage in transit was often the case and offered replacement or compensation. Despite continuing communication with them neither ever materialised.
Having emailed them again no response was ever received.

When I searched the internet for a blue garden storage box, a photo of a blue box was shown on their page. This is misleading as the box is black. I missed this in the written description as I was looking at the photo. I rang the company and asked them to remove the misleading photo. They have not
