Stretch It Body Jewellery Anmeldelser

First review I've ever written because their customer service has been so top-notch.

Ordered a pair of gemstone plugs (which were shipped same day and arrived within 24h) which have a lot of natural variation in the colour. When they arrived, they weren't the colour I had expected and was concerned that I had been sent the wrong ones so got in touch and had a response within 24h. Had been sent the right ones but they had another pair in stock which were more the colour I wanted, and they were sent out as a replacement.

Easily could have told me to get in the bin and that that's the risk you take with natural stones, but instead they could not have been any more helpful and accommodating.

I recently placed an order for a stretching kit, and when delivered I realised there was a taper missing.

However, within 24 hours of emailing then over the issue, a replacement is being sent out. Great customer support and will definitely be ordering with them again!

Erstklassiger Schmuck. Sehr gutes Preis- u. Leistungsverhältnis. Zügiger Versand. Sehr gute Kommunikation!!

Shocking.

I haven't got my order yet so I can not comment on the product, but the last time I ordered something that didn't come with tracking option was 10 years ago. Considering how much issues nowadays customers have with conny delivery drivers and companies and other issues like lost and stolen packages I'd expect this to be tracked. I'm very disappointed I cannot follow where my parcel is and it's a massive deal for me so immediately I cannot give a good feedback to this company..

Update.
I was lucky my partner was off work on the day of delivery so I received the package very quickly.
Product is good and well packed, all individually with sizes sticked on. Little measuring card included too.

So far I'm happy with the product. I would still advise company to do tracked deliveries, because from my personal experience with deliveries to my area If it was left outside it would be stolen and if it was kept in delivery office I wouldn't know because I never get missed delivery card and the item would most likely get returned to the sender.
I'd like to order more from this company but now that I know I can't track my products I would have to rethink the decision.

Brilliant selection, so good for starting stretching from scratch and it’s so easy. Such good quality and the best value for money out of other sites I’ve looked at. They’ll have your order shipped and delivered in 2-3 days it’s brilliant considering most places take ages to ship these days.

I truly cannot thank SIBJ enough for making my ear stretching journey so much easier! The range of sizes, quality and affordability cannot be beaten.
The body jewellery is beautiful (especially the Septum rings!) and the customer service and shipping is amazing!
Truly a great company and I will always recommend SIBJ to others.

Really pleased. Delivery was next day which was a surprise. Superb service. Great selection on the website. To receive next day at this time of the year is fab. Thank you.

i literally never write trust pilot reviews but this company is compelling me to let you know how great it is. i always get my parcels either the day after ordering or the day after that AND they're always such good quality ! i've now bought around 7 different things from them and there's nothing i don't like. i'm extremely sensitive to impure jewellery but all their stuff is high quality and it appears a lot of it is hypoallergenic. after i got blowout on one of my ears from the first time i tried stretching (never EVER go to amazon trust me) i bought their glass plug stretching kit and followed their advice on the website. not only has my ear healed, but it only took around 2 months for it to be fine, which is crazy considering it was extremely painful and swollen and now just stretched like a normal ear. to cut a long story short, they have a lifelong customer in me and i literally made an order before doing this review so im gonna wait for that to arrive :)

Brilliant quality, fab designs, lovely customer service and fast delivery!

Good value for money. Had a slight issue withy order, but this was corrected very quickly. Great products, great customer service.

Such good quality, my go to brand for stretched ear jewellery. Fast delivery, great points reward system. Definitely recommend :)

Excellent jewellery fits perfectly no cheap rubbish materials will definitely use them again and recommend them 👌💕

Excellent company I had them contact me of their own volition to check about the last remaining pair of abalone wood plugs I had purchased as they were slightly unmatched in design, they wanted to check I still wanted them before sending, once they came when I cleaned them they became damaged where the inlay wasn’t great and I contacted them and they sorted it out super quickly and let me chose another pair of whichever design I wanted which came in at a slightly higher price without an quibbles.

Fantastic company! My recent experience has just verified my opinion on this. I have placed various orders over the past few years and everything has been brilliant; the order process is super easy, prices are fair, shipping is super fast... I really get a great service from here.

Recently I had a plug split in half in my ear that I'd only purchased a couple of months ago. I have others of the same type that I've had for years that are still perfect so I was confident that it was a one off. I rang them and the gentleman I spoke to was fabulous! I explained, sent photos, and he expidited out to me a replacement that arrived next day! (I was actually surprised to receive 2 of the plugs, which was lovely but not necessary). That level of customer service is just on another level in this day and age.

I would obviously recommend them 100%, will continue to purchase from them, and wish the company all the best.

I bought spreaders from this seller from eBay and I never received my order (sent without a tracking number by the way), to run away! They are scammers

I buy ear tunnels and stuff from stretch it and they offer really cool interesting designs at much better prices than competitors. The quality is good and orders are fulfilled quick.

Update*
After posting this review, I received an email from the company. They have informed me that there should definitely have been a measuring card included, but it seems my order was missed. They were helpful, and offered to replace the potentially faulty tunnel as well. Updating my review to accommodate for the quick, and helpful support, but will be leaving it up for others who may have similar issues.

Arrived fairly quickly, but they are not labelled! Advertised as labelled, and that there would be a size card for comparison but that was also not included. Overall was a frustrating experience to sort through them and work out what size was what. One tunnel in particular is not sized properly compared to its pair, and noticeably so. You can see the thickness difference with just your eyes, and makes me question how accurate the sizing is to begin with.
Disappointed with the order, given the false claims.

Super super fast delivery. Ear tunnel is made incredibly well with decent quality materials. Item arrived securely packaged and in a heat sealed sterile bag, with a tunnel gauge guide. Will definitely be ordering from here again 15/10

Great range of products
Great price
Good customer service and fast delivery

Super fast delivery, would never order from anywhere else, really quick and easy, always super happy with the product quality aswel, the mystery bag is such a cool bonus and the gauge wage rewards are such a cool incentive!
