Custom Plugs Anmeldelser

Where to begin..!! first of all encountered an issue when my parcel was swiped off my doorstep thanks to Royal Mail leaving it out in the open for anyone to take. Upon realising the parcel had been stolen, I emailed the team who very quickly reassured me that a replacement parcel would be sent out and it was.

As soon as the package arrived however I was mortified to realise that I had ordered the wrong size plugs, quickly seeing that they were much smaller than what I usually wear. After reaching out to the customer service team again rather sheepishly, they quickly reassured me that I would be able to return the unopened jewellery for a replacement in the correct size. After sending them back, they very quickly issued a new parcel. They finally arrived today and I am over the moon with them. Not only the quality and the variety, but the friendliness of the customer service team. In an age of AI and customer services teams based overseas who don’t really seem to care when you have an issue, it’s been really refreshing to deal with this company, and I will definitely be returning to buy jewellery from Custom Plugs in the future.

Also - love the custom artwork on your packaging!! So so cool.

I've ordered from these folks a few times over the last few years, they're always super helpful, easy to deal with. I've never had an issue, everything looks exactly like the photos, it's just a super easy experience all around

I've ordered from Custom Plugs multiple times now and they're always super high quality pieces
Customer service is always spot on as well, very helpful and fast to reply

I LOVE all plugs and hangers ive bought from this company
They always arrive within a timely manner and the quality is unmatched

I’ve ordered from custom plugs soooo many times now and each purchase is always so quick to arrive- products are packaged neatly, sometimes they even add in vouchers for you or extra fun things. This last purchase I needed extra accessories but Amy from customer support sorted it all so quickly- would never hesitate to recommend 🖤

Big love for UK Custom Plugs, I have been buying from them for years, and I have never been disappointed.
Recently I spent enough to get a free gift, but mucked up and didn't claim it. I asked them if they could help, and they bent over backwards to sort it for me, managing to get it into my order before it left.
They have a great range across all sizes and materials, and the rest of their jewelry and aftercare products are amazing too.

Speedy and efficient service and awesome quality of products, never fail. Thanks

Their products i find to be extremely good, everything as described. I live in Spain and I find the delivery to be quick and reliable.

I love ordering from custom plugs! I have a jewelry box full of plugs I buy from them and I love them! I never have any issues, this last order I had one plug, the bat broke off when I received it so I messaged and told them what happened and once again they were so helpful! They sent me another plug. Very happy with my orders! ❤️❤️❤️

Good shipping time and excellent product!

Really good quality material and fit nice and snug and look wicked!

Arrived really quickly too even with a delay due to a limited edition plug that caused delays, still arrived quick and prompt

I really like the quality of the body Jewellery that I have picked up at Custom plugs. I use big gauge jewellery which can be hard to find with a lot of suppliers so I was really glad to find something that isn’t the standard single flared surgical steel eyelet.
When I’ve got in touch with product queries and other enquiries they have been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Mit der Ware bin ich bisher sehr zufrieden und auch als es einmal Probleme gab, hat der Kundensupport schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Dort bestelle ich wieder und kann die Seite aktuell nur empfehlen.

I have been ordering from Custom Plugs since I started my stretching journey and I don't think that I'll ever find another store that offers better quality and better designs. I haven't even looked for another store because I know that this is the place where I can find the coolest tunnels/plugs for myself. They offer amazing customer support too and my orders always arrive very quickly. They are the best!!! ^_^

Quick delivery amazing materials and amazing quality!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Amazing experience!

I’m absolutely in love with everything! From the moment I placed my order to the day it arrived, the whole experience was perfect. Shipping was very fast, the packaging was beautiful and carefully prepared, and the products are of outstanding quality. Every single piece is even more beautiful in person!

I also want to thank the team for their amazing customer service. They replied very quickly to all my questions and handled my exchange with kindness and efficiency. That level of care really makes a difference.

I have bought from other stores before, but none of them compare to the quality of the products and the excellent customer service from Custom Plugs.

Thank you so much! You have definitely gained a loyal customer. I highly recommend Custom Plugs to everyone! ❤️

I adore them.

Plugs are beautiful and long lasting, don't cause any medical issues.

What do I adore the most? Just THEM! the service is exceptional, and I don't mean good, I mean EXCEPTIONAL!!! I've ordered from them for years, and probably have spent a fair bit - today, they gave me my order with a £45 gift card just for being loyal.

I highly HIGHLY recommend them to anybody. They know what service is, and know their people.

I've had stretched ears since I was 14, now at 36, they're my go to!

Ordered for the first time last week on several recommendations and I am not disappointed. Products are great quality and shipping fast and tracked. I made a mistake and did not enter my 10% first order discount code. A quick email and they are refunding the 10% to my card. Bearing in mind this was my mistake they have still sorted. Have placed another order today ready for when I size up my stretch. Thanks so much

I received a faulty pair of plugs (two different sizes) the customer service i received was amazing. They got me a new set, sent me photos of them being measured before sending for peace of mind! I would highly recommend this store to everyone! To the person who was dealing with my enquiry was lovely and very informative! 10/10

Awesome jewellery, delivery fast very happy customer definitely be using them again
