Poor communication and service
Courtesy car booked only to be rescinded and claimed no record of booking. Unprofessional conduct. No update on works.
Complete lack of communication.
Invoice promptly sent by email but no other communication sent.

Mercedes Glasgow charged 3 hours to…
Mercedes Glasgow charged 3 hours to investigate contaminated fuel which they said 3 hours to find cause of problem costing me £540 before any quote for work. Then said they would have to replace complete fuel system at a quote of £12000 , took car back home and was told to call out Fuel Doctor who cleaned the fuel system for £220 and car working fine, will never return to Mercedes Glasgow.

Wrong car apparently delivered then further delays
Wrong car apparently delivered, then late delivery after saying it would be imminent. On collection of car, door handle defective and was told fix would be done by the garage. Took another 5 days for appt to be arranged.
