Stratstone - Land Rover Tottenham Service Centre Anmeldelser 

Awful experience.
Sent my Range Rover in over 3 weeks ago for someone to take a look at a Reduced Performance issue!
Second time it’s been in with this issue but that’s another story.
Was told it required some parts and 3 weeks later I’m still waiting.
Updates and communication absolutely non existent unless I chase.
Customer service appalling.
Really badly run centre.
Only today when I threatened to take the car did they say that maybe they could offer a courtesy car - this should have been offered weeks ago!
Needless to say I’m taking the car tomorrow and will find another dealer to sort the issue.
Avoid at all costs.

Since 2017 i had the amazing fortune to have had my Jaguar XE R Sport maintained and serviced by Stratstone Jaguar Tottenham. The vehicle was my Fire Service response car so needed to be kept in the best condition possible. On each and every occasion i had my vehicle serviced at this location what was most noticeable was the absolute professionalism of the staff. The reception personnel were welcoming, patient, understanding of my needs and always provided a level of service other service centers would envy. Special note for Sarah Dicrosta-Hunter and the other reception staff, you are a credit to Jaguar. Its because of them that i will be back using this service center in the future. In addition to this my vehicle was always returned better than i took it in. Everything was done, not just a paper service an actual service. I always had complete confidence in my vehicle driving at high speeds across London responding to emergencies and it never let me down. Thanks Jaguar!!

I'd had a mind-bogglingly bad experience with another service centre, where the staff were so incompetent I felt like I'd landed in a 1980's sitcom. My experience with Stratstone couldn't have been more different. Thanks.

The team were very welcoming and accommodating. I had only booked for a recall but whilst in attendance the team advised that the vehicle was due a service. They managed to squeeze this in and also had the work done to allow me to leave before midday as I had other work commitments. Mo kept me updated regularly throughout the morning. An excellent first class service - could not recommend any higher.

Streamlined process to book services, on time vehicle collections and everyone does it with a smile and at all time takes care of my vehicle.

The day after my car was returned the battery was flat, cause unknown. Service department unavailable on Saturday. JLR Assistance did respond quickly, within an hour, and Service Department did contact me immediately on Monday.

It's the 3rd time in for tge same issue. No courtesy car and didn't resolve the problem twice before..
Sympathetic and polite staff but I paid for and need a car...

Excellent service as usual by Stratstone Land Rover. Efficient pick up and collection by professional drivers. Peter our regular always goes above and beyond to deliver a good experience. Highly recommend this garage.

ATROCIOUS after sales. No one can be bothered to reply to calls or emails. It's a real 'can't be bothered attitude'. Last time I will ever buy a range rover. Biggest mistake. The car is fantastic, but the aftersales support is just too awful and overshadows owning this car. Very sad.

Super efficient & friendly service as always.
Plus much better prices than other Land Rover franchises in London.
