My car broke down and was taken to…
My car broke down and was taken to Tottenham service centre. I was disappointed that it took two attempts to deliver the car and I didn’t receive a courtesy call to say they had the car. I then received a text two days later telling me the part that was needed was on order. I phoned the service centre to voice my concerns why I had not received a courtesy call. Mo the gentleman who took my call, turned the situation into a positive by chasing up a courtesy car and keeping me updated throughout. Thank you. The car was repaired within a reasonable time my only slight criticism is that the car needed a new tyre and the dealership is not competitive in price.

The team at Stratstone Tottenham are a pleasure to deal with. Even with car having issues and parts on back order, being made aware and kept in the loop makes the difference and then accommodating where they can - makes the world of difference

Booked my vehicle in for a service. The process was very easy and efficient. Took my vehicle in on the allocated date and the job was done within the specified time and within the price quoted. I was contacted when the job was complete and was made to feel welcome and important when I went to collect it. Very happy with the overall experience.
