Story Homes Anmeldelser

Staff - Robert, Lisa & Amanda were pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were not pushy. We were offered wine, soft drinks and cake on arrival. It was good to visit a townhouse as a show house as lots of people are interested in this style of house -smaller than usual show houses. The Dawson was finished to a high standard including solar panels and an electric car charging point.

Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable!

I was fortunate in the extreme not only to acquire a house through Story Homes but also to be allowed to deal with Amanda and Robert for the initial discussions regarding the property. Both handled these with professionalism and courtesy while maintaining a light hearted and down to earth demeanor throughout. Looking forward to the follow-up meeting and to finalising everything with Story Homes for what I hope and expect will be a smooth process throughout. Thank you Amanda, Robert and, of course, Story Homes.

We decided to consider a Story Homes house and recently put a deposit on a new Dawson at Scotby Grove..
From our 1st visit to yesterday’s open house viewing that has helped us realize the true potential in terms of decor etc while reaffirming our decision to buy,.. Cant overstate how welcoming, helpful and professional sales executive Amanda and team have been throughout.
Amanda’s been fantastic, nothings ever a bother…

We recently purchased our story home - the journey was long, but Rachel & Brooke were outstanding in every way. Keeping us informed at every stage and doing whatever they could to make this journey easier. Their warm welcome, on every visit, was always reassuring to us. They are a credit to Story Homes, and should be congratulated on their amazing customer service. Well done Brooke & Rachel. Can I add also, the site managers and workmen were also so accommodating, courteous and mindful - fantastic!!!

Amanda, Lisa and Rob are all a fabulous team and so welcoming, answering all of my questions. So glad to be able to look round a Dawson show home as this is the one I am considering.

I went to visit Scotby Grove a few months ago, interested in the Dawson. Unfortunately there wasn’t one available to look around and that did put us off buying a property without being able to view it first. I am so pleased the Dawson show home is now available to view and it is a stunning home. This has now certainly given us a lot to think about! Huge thank you to Amanda, Lisa and Rob who were all really welcoming and answered all of my many questions!

I would like to highly recommend Kelsey at Story Homes, who supported us throughout the purchase of our new home.

From start to finish, Kelsey was absolutely fantastic. She was always on hand whenever we needed her, nothing was ever too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to help us with anything that needed sorting.

What really stood out was how personable and genuine she was. By the end of the process, it honestly felt like we had made a friend rather than simply dealt with someone helping us buy a house.

Buying our new home was such a huge milestone for us, and Kelsey played a big part in making the whole experience so positive and memorable.

Thank you so much, Kelsey, for all your help, patience and support. We really do appreciate everything you did for us and absolutely love our new home. ❤️🏡

We called in on Friday to Riverbrook Gardens in Alnwick to choose our options. We were yet again impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable and professional advice that we received from Rebecca. Can’t wait to move in to our new home next year.
Thank you again Rebecca for your guidance.

I’m really grateful that Story homes have decided to to make one of the Dawson homes at Scotby Grove a show home. We had to drive to Durham previously to see this, some distance from where we live. It has made considering the plot much easier, including furniture size, and the Dawson home in particular is difficult to get a feel for from the floor plan alone. It has also ment we can show our children, so they can decide bedrooms as well as our in-laws and wider family. Thank you! Amanda and Robert were very helpful, going out of there way to ensure any questions we had were answered or showed us different designs in different show homes.

Our experience with Story has been perfect so far. Amanda has helped us immensely with all her info and support she has provided so far. We’ve have a look at the new Dawson showhome and Rob showed us around and was very friendly and helpful. It’s so beautifully done and such a gorgeous house. So glad we chose Story and can’t wait until we get our keys for our new home!

Rachel is a credit to your company, we met Rachel last year at Robinsons Field and she was incredibly helpful then and remembered us when we met again at Killingworth Gate. We are pleased to be working with Rachel no question is a silly question and she’s always on hand to help us out. Thanks again Rachel x

Called in to Scotby today to view their new Dawson Show home after reserving our plot with Sam at Edgehill Park. Amanda and Robert were so welcoming. We thought we were being a bit cheeky by going through for a nosey but honestly they were so helpful! They didn’t mind in the slightest and allowed us as much time as we needed to measure up and have a good look round. The show home is beautiful and it was lovely to get some ideas for when we get the keys to our home. Thank you to Sam as well who let us know about it. She has been amazing with us from the start!

Great time seeing the Dawson show home today. Robert and Amanda were really knowledgeable and helpful, thank you!

Rachel at killingworth gate was absolutely fantastic taking us through the procedure of reserving our plot. I highly recommend and feel so happy with the service she has provided us so far. In my opinion Rachel is a credit to the company.

I've just bought myself a new build from the amazing Sam at Edgehill park. She went above and behind at every point, explained everything thoroughly and made sure I knew everything I needed to and more. Couldn't thank her enough.

From start to finish the buying process was good with great help and input from the friendly sales personnel, particularly Wendy and Tracey, who went above and beyond to guide us through all the options and kept us in touch with the build stages. Liam the site manager also was very helpful with all the answers needed when taking possession. A pleasure to deal with them all.

Kind, warm, helpful and funny. We were welcomed brilliantly and they were so helpful!

The experience was great. As first time buyers the team were very lovely and reassuring. Answered any questions we had and ones we hadn’t even thought about.

As a first time buyer and no idea on where to even begin, laura was really helpful and very knowledgeable that I understood everything and I now can not wait to proceed further after early birding the plot, grant the mortgage advisor was also very lovely and helpful and I look forward to seeing them both again 😊
