Story Homes Anmeldelser

Great help from Fiona and Kendra. Lots of questions answered and support provided to get the ball rolling.

Purchasing a house with Story Homes has been such a positive experience and the best decision we’ve made! Our point of contacts have been Samantha Denham and Laura Evans who have been incredible! From when we first emailed them to enquire and now being at the stage where contracts have been exchanged, they’ve always responded promptly, they’ve been incredibly professional and always willing to help and answer any questions we have. Through the process, sometimes we would communicate with Laura and then sometimes with Samantha as we received updates and information and we really commend them on how well they work as a team as we never had any issues with miscommunication or feeling like they weren’t on the same page. We’re very grateful to Samantha, Laura and Story Homes for giving us such a stress free and positive experience!

We have recently purchased our Forever Story Home! It came at us when we least expected it and everything has worked out perfectly. From the moment Samantha Denham called us to see if we were still interested as we’d been up 12 months earlier till now has been amazing! Explaining to us the process, being professional when we had any doubts or questions, helping us choose our kitchen & tiles etc it’s really been an amazing journey so far! You hear story’s but for us it’s been perfect so far and we are sure our forever home will be too. Thank you Sam for being so supportive through this journey with us we’d highly recommend Sam to anybody who is looking to purchase there dream home. We can’t wait to move in!
Thank you Tyler Lee Irving & Shannon Cherry

excellent performance from the management team, always kept well updated with the progress of my home, fully kept in the loop at all times

We’ve just put our deposit down with Sam and Laura for our new home. They’ve been fantastic, they’ve showed us round multiple times. Answered all our questions and been really helpful helping us choose. They have made the process really easy and have gone above and beyond ☺️

Met Fiona a few weeks ago as we are thinking of moving. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and answered all our questions, even the silly ones. A total asset to your sales team.

Our experience with story homes has been good so far , they have helped us sell are home through home move, they are keeping in touch with regular updates of the progress of our new home , sales executive Samantha Denham has been very helpful from talking us through reserving our plot to picking home upgrades nothing is to much trouble, so far so good 👍

Sam has been extremely helpful, very informative, and has gone above and beyond to ensure that the house buying process has went smoothly. First class service provided! Thanks for everything Sam

From our 1st visit to Riverbrook Gardens many, many months ago until today, when we reserved our dream plot, I can honestly say we could not have had a better experience. Rebecca has kept in regular contact with us and couldn’t have been more supportive and empathetic, when we needed it. She has also shown total professionalism at all times. It has certainly been a roller coaster ride for us, especially when our 1st sale chain collapsed days before we were due to exchange (and reserve a plot). But we’ve finally got there and we are excited to be where we’re at. Looking forward to the next building stages, exchanging contracts and meeting with Rebecca to consider our options and upgrades in the next few months.

As first time buyers, Kelsey has made us feel supported through the process of purchasing our first home. She has been efficient in answering any questions we have had and couldn't have done any more for us!

We have had a very positive experience with Kelsey throughout the process. She has always been friendly, helpful and kept us well informed, answering any questions we have had along the way. We really appreciate all of her help and support and have been very happy with the service she has provided.

Kelsey has been absolutely amazing with us, kept us informed and has been very helpful and there whenever we need to speak to her.

Kelsey at Hawksley rise has been amazing throughout the buying process. She has made it seamless and gave building updates regularly. Thank you!

Kelsey really is a credit to the company. She has gone above and beyond and always has a smile for everyone and is very welcoming. I have been to visit our house at show houses and am always glad we got her as our sales advisor. What a lovely young lady she is

We have had such a positive experience purchasing our home with Story Homes at Summerpark and would highly recommend them to anyone considering buying here.

From the very beginning, Fiona, our Sales Executive, was absolutely fantastic. She was always friendly, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable, making the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication throughout was excellent. We were kept well informed with regular telephone updates, alongside being able to follow the different stages of our build online. Fiona was always happy to answer any questions we had and made what is such a big life purchase feel like a really enjoyable experience.

Since moving in, we absolutely love our new home and have been equally impressed with the aftercare we have received. Jamie, the Site Manager, has been extremely helpful and approachable, and genuinely makes you feel that nothing is ever too much trouble. Any questions or small issues we have had have been dealt with promptly and professionally, which has given us a lot of confidence in the team.

From reserving our home right through to moving in and the support afterwards, our experience with Story Homes has been fantastic. We are so pleased that we chose Summerpark and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Story Homes and the team here.

A huge thank you in particular to Fiona and Jamie for making our experience such a positive one!

We had a great experience with Story Homes. Kelsey was very knowledge about the development and our particular plot. She gave us in depth information on the details, drawings and plans and helped us understand the process easily. We were able to go back to review options at convenient times whenever we needed before deciding what choices to make. Kelsey also had great surrounding knowledge about local schools and other facilities in the area which was very helpful to us in choosing the development
