The best tile from The Stone & Tile Company
After receiving many samples from various tile shops, The Stone & Tile Company came up trumps with the tile that I'll be ordering for our bathroom refit. Very quick delivery and well packaged. Also helped me with a grout colour suggestion. Would recommend 😊

Svar fra The Stone & Tile Company
We’re very sorry to hear that you received damaged tiles and understand how disappointing this must be.
Whilst we take every precaution to protect our tiles during transit, unfortunately damage can occasionally occur while shipments are being handled by couriers.
We do have procedures in place to resolve situations like this, and all consignments are inspected and photographed prior to leaving us as part of our quality and dispatch process.
If you could kindly contact us on help@stonetilecompany.co.uk and provide photographs of the damaged tiles, we would be more than happy to investigate this for you and work towards a resolution.
