Tasche ist zu meiner Lieblingstasche geworden. Endlich eine Schultertasche mit langen Henkeln. Die Farbe ist rustico braun echtes Leder ist top, superschnelle Lieferung.

They behave just like a scam! Please keep your money safe and dont buy from them. The products deviate from the given specifications and they will do whatever to win an argue with you. Do not expect them to accept free returns.

Color del producto muy diferente al ofertado en la web y En caso de devoluciones hay que enviar los productos a Alemania, costeando la devolución el cliente.
En compras de "poco" valor no merece la pena el envío (en mi caso 34€ de monedero y 12€ de envío de devolución)...
La asistencia por parte de la empresa es rápida, la solución pésima... la calidad del monedero y presentación es buena, pero debido a lo expuesto, no volveré a comprar aquí.

3 Ledertaschen direkt online im Shop bestellt, als Neukunde 10 € Rabatt bekommen. Innerhalb 3 Tagen war die Lieferung, super Qualität, hochwertiges Leder. Eine Tasche war zu klein für unseren Gebrauch, also Retoure. Innerhalb 1 (!!!) Tag kam die Rückerstattung - wirklich super!
So schnell hab ich das noch nie erlebt...

Hice un pedido y realice la transferencia el dia 12/12/2025 y a dia de hoy solo hacen enviarme seguimiento de pago donde dice que no he pagado y que mi pedido no ha salido, reviso la cuenta y todo es correcto, les envio el justificante de pago por email y no dan respuesta solo siguen enviando que esta falto de pago, son 80€….

Attention, escroquerie, cuir de très mauvaise qualité, marqué 4 ,5 jours d’emploi reçu au bout de 17 jours, et quand on leur dit que c’était pour un cadeau et que la date est passée, ils ne veulent pas prendre les frais de retour, et en plus la qualité du cuir est vraiment médiocre, portefeuille que vous achetez le même qualité sur les marchés à 15 € qui se permettent de vendre 60 €

El 1/12 hice un pedido. Art.Nr. 7475 Bolsa pequeña de cuero...
El día 11/12 tras haber revisado el traking ponía que el paquete había sido devuelto.
Me acerco a la oficina de correos y me dicen que han hecho la devolución del paquete porque la dirección era incorrecta. La calle estaba bien pero no había número.
Contacto con Stilord y me dicen que hasta que no reciban el paquete de vuelta no me van a devolver el dinero.
Hoy día 19/12 sigo sin tener el paquete, (regalo para mi marido) y tampoco la devolución del dinero.
NO os recomiendo comprar aquí, hay mejores sitios donde te ayudan en vez de ponerte pegas. Decididamente no pienso comprar nunca más aquí.
Si no queréis tener una experiencia así mejor no compréis en Stilord.
Yo he perdido 100€ pero vosotros mínimo un cliente, o varios....

As the product was not as expected, I ordered a return. The return costs need to be fully paid by the customer, wich is a significant amount (in my case over 40 euros due to the product being heavy).
If you are sure about the product, service is reliable in my experience. But if you are not completely sure, I would suggest you to think twice before buying.

Der letzte Laden, bei Retouren wird der falsche Betrag erstattet ( natürlich zu wenig ) und man kann hinter seinem Geld herlaufen.
Die Hotline ist nur Fake, man erreicht dort niemanden, 10x angerufen, Freizeichen aber keiner nimmt ab.

Absolut inakzeptabel dieser Online Shop.
Ich würde dort nie wieder kaufen, dies bringt offensichtlich nur Ärger.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich habe zwar das Produkt zurückgeschickt, aber das lag nicht an der Qualität oder ähnlichem, das hatte nur mit meinem Geschmack zu tun.
Der Kundenservice hat sofort und freundlich geantwortet und mir auch sofort ein kostenloses Retourenlabel geschickt.

Ho acquistato cartella porta documenti A4 e valigetta 24 hr. Prodotti di ottima manifattura e ottima qualità di materiali pelle , devo proprio dire ottima qualità e prezzo.

Die Tasche hatte leider eine derartige Farbabweichung, die nicht mehr mit "charakteristischen [...] Farbabweichungen" begründet werden konnten. Die abgebildete Tasche mit der Farbe "maraska - braun", die Tasche, die ich wollte, ist braun. Die Tasche, die ich erhalten hatte, war rotbraun. Vom Support wurde ich zudem mit Farbabweichungen seien "kein Mangel, sondern ein charakteristisches Merkmal, sie verleihen jeder Tasche ihren ganz eigenen, individuellen Charakter" abgespeist. Braun, etwas dunkler oder heller ist eine vertretbare Farbabweichung, rotbraun anstelle von braun ist es nicht! Sehr enttäuschend und nicht zu empfehlen! Der eine Stern ist schon zu viel, aber ohne kann man die Rezension nicht absenden. Die Tasche ging zurück. So verliert man einen Kunden und gewinnt keine neuen!

Pienamente soddisfatto.
Zaino capiente, elgante e robusto.
Unico appunto: notebook da 15,6" entra nel vano centrale e non in quello preposto per notebook che invece è perfetto per un 14" come nel mio caso.

Compré en Stilord por primera vez, una cartera y un bolso versátil, para usar en bandolera, cinturón o cruzado al pecho.
Ambos productos con una calidad en acabado y piel de primerísima calidad.
Atención al cliente exquisita, creando un ambiente de amabilidad y seguridad en la compra increíble, ofreciendo una flexibilidad en el pedido buenísima.
Para venir los productos de Alemania y teniendo en cuenta el tiempo en aduana, un tiempo de entrega más que adecuado.
Embalaje perfecto.

Ho acquistato una borsa a Marzo 23 del valore di oltre 200 euro. A dicembre 2024 si è rotto un moschettone della tracolla, per altro mettendo in luce la scarsa qualità costruttiva dello stesso, che è di un materiale veramente scadente.

Oggi chiedo se possono mandarmi un altro moschettone (che varrà 50 centesimi, ma giusto per averlo uguale all’altro) e mi dicono che non si può perché sono passati i due anni di garanzia (da 2 mesi) e di rivolgermi ad un calzolaio. Inoltre mi dicono che anche volendo non hanno il ricambio, sebbene la borsa sia tuttora in vendita sul loro sito (?).

Insomma, se vi volete fidare di un’azienda che si sputtana per un moschettone da 50 centesimi … io starei (e starò) alla larga.

Koupila jsem si od této “firmy” cestovní koženou brašnu HERKULES, ihned po rozbalení (uložení tašky v krabici bylo na první pohled špatné) jsem zjistila, že na jejím povrchu jsou škrábance (narušen povrch doslova shrnutá barva). V obchodních podmínkách firma uvádí odkazy na ustanovení platného obchodního zákoníku ČR (odstoupení od kupní smlouvy, výměnu ……) Vše jsem tedy nafotila a zaslala prodejci s žádostí o výměnu zboží. Dočkala jsem se však značně arogantní odpovědi s tím že je to jen můj dojem, že je výrobek originální a škrábance nejsou vadou. Tašku jsem tedy nechala posoudit odborníkem, jenž konstatoval, že se skutečně jedná o mechanické poškození. Firmu STILORD jsem znovu kontaktovala, předestřela závěr odborníka a opakovaně žádala o výměnu. Firmu jsem také upozornila, že jestliže můj požadavek nebude akceptován, tak budu tašku reklamovat. Dočkala jsem se odpovědi, že na případnou reklamaci se vztahuje § 434 německého občanského zákoníku (BGB), kdy mi bylo znovu sděleno, že zmíněné škrábance jsou běžné, neovlivňují funkčnost ani použitelnost tašky, a nejedná se o žádnou vadu v právním smyslu. Takže pokud si chcete koupit novou nepoškozenou tašku, tak si určitě vyberte jiného prodejce než firmu STILORD GmbH, která Vám zašle poškozený výrobek, nerespektuje ustanovení ani svých obchodních podmínek, nemluvě o podmínkách evropského práva a navíc komunikuje značně arogantně. Už nikdy vice bych si od nich nic nekoupila.

I bought a travel leather bag called HERKULES from this “company.” Immediately after unpacking it (the way the bag was stored in the box was clearly poor at first glance), I noticed scratches on its surface (the finish was literally scraped off). In their terms and conditions, the company refers to provisions of the applicable Czech Commercial Code (withdrawal from the purchase contract, exchange, etc.). So I took photos of everything and sent them to the seller along with a request for an exchange.

However, I received a rather arrogant response, stating that this was merely my impression, that the product was original, and that the scratches were not considered a defect. I then had the bag assessed by an expert, who confirmed that it was indeed mechanical damage. I contacted STILORD again, presented the expert’s conclusion, and repeatedly requested a replacement. I also informed the company that if my request was not accepted, I would file a complaint about the product.

In response, I was told that any potential complaint would fall under § 434 of the German Civil Code (BGB), and I was again informed that the scratches in question are considered normal, do not affect the functionality or usability of the bag, and do not constitute a legal defect.

So if you’re looking to buy a new, undamaged bag, I strongly recommend choosing a different seller than STILORD GmbH — a company that sends you a damaged product, does not respect even its own terms and conditions, let alone those of European law, and communicates in a highly arrogant manner. I would never buy anything from them again.

Rachat d'un sac noir assez classique pour un anniversaire, après avoir acquis un sac à dos ordinateur vintage pour moi il y a deux ans et demi.
Le cuir est de très belle qualité et patine joliment avec les années, je n'en ai que des compliments, d'où le récent second achat, qui semble tout aussi qualitatif.

j'ai commandé un sac en bandoulière couleur cognac. j'en ai reçu un marron
.très déçue 😞 😞 ce n'est pas la même couleur que sur la photo il est plus foncé. !! ya 2 marron comme couleur..ils pourraient préciser..
