What can I say second time purchasing from Steffens both watches and the service is nothing but exceptional.
Delivered less than 24 hours and communications 5 star will be dealing again

They have apologised, accepted that the service wasn't good enough and given a full refund.

Terrible online service.
I ordered a pair of earrings for my wife for valentines on February 9th. Guaranteed delivery 1-2 days. Still not arrived on 14th so I rang the number. It was yet to be dispatched and the lady on the phone was genuinely surprised I had ordered as a valentines gift. I was faithfully promised they would be dispatched with guaranteed delivery by 1pm today. I asked to change the delivery address as I’m not at my business address for the next week. Told no problem. Shipment email showed dispatched several hours after our conservation with old delivery address still on it. I chased again this morning to be told that it wouldn’t be delivered until Monday at the earliest and they couldn’t change the delivery address on their system! I told them no one will be at address to sign for delivery as it is closed fo a week. Could I have a refund. Was told by lady on phone she couldn’t deal with that request and I would need to go back to the online service. I thought that was who I was speaking to. Fingers crossed they will deliver by Monday. Massive inconvenience.

Really disappointed!

wanted to buy a watch, called the northampton shop to check stock.
visited them the next day.

staff were very competent and eager to help, had a little trouble finding where they had kept my request, so offered me a free tea/coffee whilst i waited.
fantastic level of service, kind and attentive staff, no pestering sales pitches, professional, simply awesome.

left feeling very happy.

Bought a £500 watch 10 days before Christmas only for my husband to open it Christmas morning and it not working. We were not shown it working as we were distracted and it was quickly gift wrapped. They obviously didn't have another one in stock so realised they wouldn't make the sale.
Returned it first shopping day after Christmas but they wouldn't give us a refund the manageress (Market Harbough Branch) who sold it to us was very unprofessional and rude.
We sought legal advice and were told we were entitled to a full refund but she wouldn't honour it.
In the end instead of a legal battle we exchanged it at the Northampton Branch which wasn't what we wanted but the staff were a lot more pleasant.
Will not be shopping at Steffens Market Harborough again and will give our opinion to all our friends.

Used to be an Argento customer, they are an appalling company especially customer services - what a joke.
Steffans are simply the opposite, professional and speedy and no delivery charges (unlike Argento) highly recommended, Argento's loss is Steffans gain.

I recently bought a Thomas Sabo Ready Made Red Heart Charm Bracelet from Steffan's the Jewelers via their website. The item was claimed to be made of black obsidian, however when I opened the jewelery box it was quite obviously made of pearl.

I contacted Steffan's the Jewelers internet support department via telephone. The gentleman on the other end of the line was extremely apologetic and said he would investigate the matter further. I was initially offered a direct replacement, however this wasn't what I desired & after a brief discussion the gentleman did agree for me to send the bracelet back with a full refund and extra payment to cover the postage of the bracelet upon its return.
