I ordered a seiko watch that had been nicely discounted from Steffans in September 22. Ordered on a Friday morning, the watch was delivered Saturday afternoon. I certainly wasn't expecting that.
Very well packaged, exactly as ordered despite the discount and they'd even inuded a small gift and put a lovely ribbon around the watch box.
Absolutely superb service I think and standing above the rest with the extra attention to detail.

Cancelled order because Steffans has no idea on their stock and orders- I placed online order (last week of Dec) and I was told the team is back only after New Year and they don't have anyone to dispatch. They would have known if the stock is available at this time itself as I have called asking about the order? This is where I think they have no clue about their orders and their stock. After New Year, no news on watch dispatch and after two calls and one email, you get told their stock online wasn't refreshed and unfortunately, they can't fulfill my order. The irony is their offer to give me a watch that I may like to select for the actual amount I paid (not the amount I made the order which was a discounted price). Eventually Steffans is trying to sell you a watch for the price they quote. You have no way of trusting this was accidental or intentional. In what way this is different from me going into their store and buying one of their old stocks for full price? This was near unbelievable to hear. I have asked my order to be canceled and received a confirmation email from their ecomm manager without even an apology mentioned in the email. One lesson is enough for me. The two stars I have given is to acknowledge them sounding sincere in the call. Steffans can treat customers slightly better and fix their systems so they can fulfill the orders. They seem to take this lightly.

Great Christmas sale. Bought a limited edition tissot t race watch. Special next day delivery as they promised! Watch boxed very well by Felix. I realy love the watch as well. Thank you so much Steffans jeweller. I will definitely buy from you again

Having been told by the jewelers that I brought my engagement and wedding rings from that they were unble to resize them, I contacted Steffans Jewellers who were so very helpful. Very prompt with their communication and the lady was very patient with me trying to figure out my new size. All returned to me in 2 weeks looking brand new and fitting perfectly. I am very happy. Thank you so much.

Contacted Steffans via WhatsApp before I placed an order to discuss engraving. Was assisted by Reece. Extremely helpful and sent pictures of the product I ordered. Very fast response. Customer service is second to none. Will definitely shop here again.

Placed an order online but unfortunately one of my choices was no longer available. However the resultant help from Max in choosing a replacement was fantastic. Everything he promised was delivered. Perfect customer service turning what could of been a frown into a smile. Keep up the good work and a big thank you to Max.

FAULTLESS service from Steffans. I was looking for a watch for a birthday and Steffans helped me to get this. After ordering the watch was here the next day.

Great service. Good communication all through. Ordered online and was posted on time. I wanted the watch strap altered. No problem - send it back and we will cover the postage. This was completed as promised and the watch fits perfectly.

Whilst researching for Valentines gifts I contacted Steffans to make sure they could deliver before Valentines Day which they confidently confirmed ‘Yes’ so I placed the order.

Having not heard anything (other than the order confirmation email) by Friday 12th I emailed to check it was still to be delivered in time and I was again told ‘Yes, by Special Delivery. It will be with you tomorrow’.

Friday afternoon I miss calls and receive emails telling me 1. The items will not be with me by Valentines. 2. Here are some alternatives; that we still can’t get to you for Valentines (what is the point then).

Given the current uncertainty with higher street retail this is not how to treat your e-commerce customers.

I now have no time in which to buy a gift for my partner.

I must say, I’ve been incredibly impressed by Steffans. From my initial enquiry through to the finished product, they couldn’t have been more helpful. The finished piece is absolutely beautiful and the recipient is delighted with it. Huge thanks to Emma for the quality of her service throughout. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I have read the previous entries re Steffans. I am very much a take it like you find it individual. I ordered a specific watch similar to one I already own, a Tissot MotoGP edition. The order process was easy, web site clear and payment without a hitch. Obviously due to Christmas I wanted confirmation that watch would be on its way. I contacted Steffans, who explained that orders were being processed but as deliveries to them were disrupted that delivery would be delayed. Of course I understood, if my normal mail is delayed it is expected that everyone’s would be. I received confirmation from Amanda that the order would arrive and be processed with them and sent out next day for delivery. As promised, the watch arrived first thing. Did it arrive on time, within posted timing, no. It that expected given global circumstances, yes. I remain more than happy with my purchase, was dealt with respectively and responded to promptly at all times. Thankyou Amanda @ Steffans. Great service. My thoughts as I experienced.

Bought a watch online on Saturday from Steffans Northampton. The website said there was a 7-10 day pre order. I phoned before I placed the order and spoke to Max who was extremely helpful. He told me they had one in stock and put it to one side awaiting my order. As promised it was sent out next day delivery on Monday, I had never heard of Steffans before finding them online at the weekend but I would not hesitate to recommend them or buy from them again. Really pleased with my purchase. Thank you Steffans.

Excellent service advise and help purchased over the phone and the watch was with me less than 24 hours later. Will definitely buy from again in the future.

Do not order from these cowboys!! I ordered from steffans jewellers under a 2-4 day leadtime. On day 3 i called as i hadnt received tracking info only to be told they were shipping that day. Low and behold i didnt receive the next day so called back to be told they were just being picked for despatch. When i said i was told that yesterday the guy went away and came back to say they're actually not in stock. My girlfriend is now without her birthday present. Do yourself a favour and order from a reputable company like beaverbrooks or goldsmiths as these guys will just spin you lines and not deliver on promises.

Once again, brilliant, personal, natural service received at Steffans. I actually live in Colchester, Essex but happily travel 2 hours to Northampton to purchase from here as its such a fantastic experience. I have now spent over 3k on Tag Heuer watches in this stylish and quirky store and will always be loyal to them for any future purchases. Special mention to Max who couldn’t be more helpful, we even worked together to sneak my girlfriend a new watch into the bag without her noticing! Highly Recommend!

Steffan's had the TISSOT SUPERSPORT CHRONO TOUR DE FRANCE 2020 watch on interest free which was to good to miss.
When ordering it went out if stock. I phoned Stefan's enquiring if it was due in again. Unfortunately not. However the following day the girl I spoke to phoned me & let me know 2 had come into stock & would be going in their website. I ordered right away @ 2pm on the Tuesday & the watch was on my wrist @09.30 on the Wednesday morning. Unbelievable service throughout & delivery time was excellent. Will definitely use Steffan's in future purchases. Special thanks to to the girl who phoned back above & beyond normal expected customer service....

Agreed a deal then they went back on it when I accepted, they’re all over the place, don’t have a clue what they’re doing, pay a little more to deal with someone who’ll look after you!!!

Bought the Tag Heuer Connected 20 from here. Initially I was told 7 days for delivery...6 weeks later I recieved my watch with only medium levels of contact and communication which I always instigated, never steffans.
I was also promised an upgraded watch strap for my inconvenience, this did not happen and was sent the more basic one, needless to say I am less that satisfied with the buying process from start to finish, that is why I have purchased my new Bell & Ross BR03-92 from another Jeweler. Overall pushing 2 star and that's being generous.
