We have been looking for a family car for a while now. Financially as running two cars is expensive, but buying a new car is also expensive. We don’t have the best trade ins either. Jack was very helpful throughout the process. There’s a wide variety of cars to meet needs, and we fell in love with a Tiguan. Jack was a great sales rep, talking us through the car finances options, talking about the car. Jack was friendly and approachable throughout and was relatable. The experience went beyond just buying a car. The trade in process was easy and Jack was helpful along the way in answering any questions, even helping us unload the car to put in the new car on pick up day as we needed the stuff for our 8 week old.
Would go back next time.

From the minute we walked into the show room, we were really impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and atmosphere of the place.

We had booked to look at a particular car and were taken car of by Charlie, who showed us around the car, arranged the test drive and talked us through all the paperwork. It was a very smooth procedure. Charlie also kept us up to date on delivery times of the vehicle, which we had opted to have delivered to our home.

Can’t recommend Stebbings and Charlie highly enough - excellent service from start to finish.

Stebbings have a great showroom, variety of cars and fantastic customer service. I dealt with Tom Boyns when I purchased my new car and he was amazing throughout. Tom answered all the questions I had and provided excellent customer service from our initial contact right up to after sales care. He was very helpful and great to deal with. The car was ready for me to collect within a week after the agreement of the sale. The car was spotless when I collected it and handover was very straightforward. My partner found an all electric Mustang Mach e at Stebbings car supermarket , the mileage was great and the price excellent value for money , we dealt with Tom Boyns who was an excellent no pressure salesman , offering advice and information but unlike other dealers we visited no pressure sales.

Mr Tom Byons was working and went to speak to Tom. A very polite smart gentleman and answered professionaly the answers to my questions. As I had a very bad experience with another car company. I bought a car from Stebbings Car Supermarket in March 2026.

I had a problem with the car about 3 days later, an engine management light came on my Dash. Stebbings provided me with a 3 month warranty with Autoprotect which I attempted to envoke using my mechanic, I had some complications with this, quite a bit of time was wasted hanging on the phone to Autoprotect, and my mechanic had some issues dealing with the warranty company. Anyhow, I contacted Stebbings and eventually got through to the right person namely Dale Hunt, who seemed to immediately get on top of this issue. Dale chased the warranty company, took over the claims process, so all I had to do was to get my car to the mechanic of my choice. I can't tell you how much that took the stress out of having something go wrong with a car you've just bought.
Things can go wrong when purchasing a new vehicle, and its generally not about what goes wrong, its about how it is dealt with and I'm pleased to say that Stebbings dealt with this very well, and I am grateful to Dale for taking the stress out of dealing with the issues mentioned above.
Too many companies are happy to forget about after sales.
Big mistake!
If you want to remain in business with reputation intact and repeat customers, then it's all about the Aftersales service.
Stebbings Car Centre/Supermarket will have my repeat business, all because of their aftersales service.

My husband and I were treated with the utmost respect and kindness throughout the whole process. All the online procedures were performed for us, which speeded things immensely. Charlie was charming and very helpful, going beyond what would normally be expected, taking us to the Post Office to legalise our paperwork which, as we’d travelled some distance, we would have been unable to accomplish in time.
